The best restaurants serving Japanese food in Brighton and Hove South East

Only recently discovered this little gem. It's one of the pop up style food stalls in the Open Market and the food is amazing. you must try it!

Excellent vegan Asian small plates. Crispy tofu especially good. Not the cheapest but 75 for two including service and alcohol not unreasonable either. Well worth a visit.

Disgrace of a place. Absolute waste of time ordering from this lot.

The pork belly yakitory was perfectly juicy and tender and every food was great! Especially the galic rice, it is really delicious. I strongly recommend this place.👍 I wish Bincho were in london as well.

Authentic Japanese food, but you can only pay in cash and there is no waiter service, you have to order at the counter. Place with very little space to sit

Visited here twice in three days . We booked both times as the place is very busy. Had sushi mostly but also tried the seafood omelette which was delicious. Not cheap but the quality of the sushi was excellent. Friendly staff and clientele of mixed ages so nice atmosphere. We will definitely return.

A lovely experience solo in Blossoms in Brighton for supper. Poached eggs perfect, a fresh very delicious meal. Chef came out of kitchen to see customers which is an added personal touch. Mmmmm scrumpy, will definitely be returning and would recommend this clean, friendly.comfortable , cosy atmosphere. Service is great, professional, friendly and relaxing music in the background 👌 Thank you Blossoms, and I may have a cheeky lager before leaving as Blossoms also has a bar 🍸
