Only recently discovered this little gem. It's one of the pop up style food stalls in the Open Market and the food is amazing. you must try it!

27 Boundary RoadI was in brighton for a day and spotted this cafe on the map, it was a great experience, I was warmly welcomed when I entered. The lady helped explain the menu to me. I ordered a Sancha Tea and a Katsu chicken baguette. Definitely the best katsu chicken I've had and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I recommend it 100%.
