Decent experience. As a person who lived in Japan for 7 years, I am always trying to find restaurants that provide an authentic taste when I am missing my home from home. This place does a pretty good job and the staff were very kind and attentive.

Absolutely amazing Ramen, this is more than a noodle bar. Not the biggest restaurant and located down a passage just across from Kings. You enter down the stairs and end up in this wonderful basement selling the most wonderful food. Not the biggest menu but everything on it is good. The doors open at 12.00 and soon after that, it is full. Service is quick and efficient. About mid price for the food, but well worth it.

I dare to write this review in Japanese. On weekends, it is crowded with many customers. It seems to be a popular restaurant locally. It's heartwarming to see local people enjoying their meals. However, for those who have lived in Japan for a long time, the quality is disappointing. It may be a healthy food, but it is different from Japanese food. If you are a tourist from Japan or can read this review without translation, it would be wise not to go there. Eat a burger in Cambridge. I think Wagamama is the Japanese food chain that Queen Akiko briefly mentioned in her book Diary of Studying Abroad at Oxford.

Manager is awful, rude and disrespectful. We ordered the £26 all you can eat sushi. Had a few plates with around 1/3 of food left on them. Ask for a box to take home. Rude manager tells us we either eat all the food or he will charge us full price for the sushi. Speaks to us rudely and approaches our table later on while we are talking to other customers. Very rude and aggressive man. While the waitress apologised for his behaviour, this is not acceptable. We felt forced to eat the rest of the food, which the waitress later said she wouldn't have made us do. AVOID this restaurant. Rude man does not deserve your custom.
