Probably the worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever set foot in, waiter didn’t care, service far too slow & when I complained manager didn’t care I’d just avoid at all costs

Food was fantastic as always. However service was very poor. Took 5 or so minutes after seated until drinks were ordered. Asked for the kids meal to come as soon as it was ready however I feel this was misunderstood as it all came together. Not once during eating or when clearing starters and mains were we asked how everything was. Even during the bill process when I asked for the bill and presented a voucher code to there was no communication from the server at all. Not one word to ask how our visit was or how much the bill was. Just shoved card machine in our face without a bid farewell or anything. Management defientely need to intervene as service is really shocking for the establishment it is meant to be

No disfruté de mi experiencia aquí, reservé una mesa pedí cierta mesa la camarera joven dijo que estaría bien, cuando llegué y dio el nombre fue un gerente que nos sentó nos llevó a la peor mesa que está enfrente de la hasta que le dije que no era una buena mesa él era bastante curtido y dijo que era una mesa para dos y procedió a sentarnos allí ahora Entendería esto si estaba ocupado pero había mesas para dos en la recepción dos caballeros entraron preguntaron si tenían alguna mesa que procedieron a la mesa para dos en la parte delantera así fue; no es un caso que estaban reservados para otra persona el personal es muy duro trabajando pero tristemente el gerente realmente necesita aprender cómo hablar con ellos, ya que no era agradable ver y considerando dónde estaba sentado pude verlo todo, la comida estaba bien recibí mejillones que eran agradables, pero algunos estaban fríos el plato de pollo que conseguí era sabroso, pero el pollo estaba muy seco mi compañera era una dama para la que trabajo y no podía enviar la comida de vuelta, ya que pensaría que algo era malo y no comería la suya Entiendo que no es la culpa de los restaurantes, ya que nunca les di la oportunidad de arreglarlo, en general el ajetreo y el bullicio que soportas en esa mesa es demasiado para que alguien se relaje y disfrute de su comida

We sat at 2 different tables to try to heat up as the door was wedged open and eventually asked if it could be shut which it was.Both tables were rocky. We ordered 2 panini one with chicken and vegetables and the other with Italian sausage.They cost £7 each and were massive so in future one between two is plenty.Not normal panini more like a pizza base doubled over or a flatbread.They tasted lovely however the chicken was ridiculously salty.We also had coffee. The staff were not particularly friendly and there was a young boy and a toddler belonging to the Italian lady running about which is not really acceptable but seemingly happens quite regularly. We did enjoy our food but the chicken should be less salty and the atmosphere better.

Otra gran noche en esta pequeña joya en el East End de Glasgow. La comida es increíble el ambiente es genial y el personal es fantástico. Si no lo has hecho, necesitas probarlo

LThis place was the definition of underwhelming. The macaroni tasted like that cheap, tinned crap. Vom. I’m pretty sure I’d eat any kind of pizza. Even bad pizza has it’s time and place (usually on the way home from a night out), but this wouldn’t even fit that scenario. Slightly more edible than the macaroni, but still pretty dire. It’s a no from me.

gracias a todo el personal, muy amable y volveremos pronto, la comida fue excelente, desde los entrantes hasta el plato principal, el arroz y los naan, no hubo nada que no disfrutamos, este restaurante es encantador, vale la pena visitarlo y lo haría recomendar a todos

Raging is an understatement. Order at 5:45 for a collection order (coming from East Kilbride) just pulled up out side the place for me to get a text to say it was cancelled! After it being accepted and told would be ready for 6:15! No explanation… nothing! Terrible service and a waste of fuel

Pedí vía solo comer, no recibí mi pedido. Procedí a llamar a Shamelas para discutir dónde estaba mi entrega y si podían ayudar, me respondieron con un empleado grosero , abrupto y ruidoso que francamente necesita trabajar en sus habilidades de servicio al cliente. Habría dado 0 / 5 si es posible. Extremadamente inútil.

Terrible Got sausage supper sausage was hard. They don't even make real chips thin frozen chips served. Won't be back

Such a beautiful bakery! We ordered lattes and snacks for takeaway and everything was excellent. I had the focaccia and salami sandwich and I’m still thinking about it almost two weeks later. The pastries were incredible.
