Prezzo in Renfrewshire

Probably the worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever set foot in, waiter didn’t care, service far too slow & when I complained manager didn’t care I’d just avoid at all costs

We got off to a good start as we were seated promptly. However it went rapidly downhill from there. We waited for around 20 minutes before the manager said they’d be with us in 2 wee seconds. This never happened. When the waiter then decided to take the order of someone who’d been sat for only 5 minutes that was our cue to leave. I made a point of approaching the manager to advise him not to bother taking our order as we were leaving. No attempt was made by him to try and rectify the situation with only a meaningless apology given. We won’t be back

Poor service with disinterested manageress/waitress. Couldn’t have been less friendly. Food reasonable but spoiled by one person’s poor attitude

Called in for dinner and met the amazing Semo who was our server. He has a great personality and was so friendly and attentive during our visit. It was just his second day working and already he is a great ambassador for the company. This place has a great atmosphere and us so bright and cheerful. Menu is varied and and caters for all tastes. Will be back for sure.

I'm surprised at the number of 5 star reviews; people must have money to give away, and compromised taste buds. Probably some readers will think that a bit rude, but there it is. In my, clearly more discerning opinion, the food was less than, the price more than. The table service was sweet. I'm not complaining about the food in this review. I've done that to the Customer Services department....twice. The CS automated email to an online complaint states, you will receive a response to your complaint within 10-days, well....crickets. And annoyingly, but perhaps tellingly, there isn't a reference number for you to refer to when you attempt to follow up. One can only imagine the Prezzo Complaints Dept must be inundated with complaints from people hoping for their hard earned pennies back (please not a voucher), and staff looking for employment elsewhere. Not normally a chain restaurant-type family, this little adventure to the other side has been not very fab. Ours was not an Arrivederchi moment.

First time eating at Prezzo, and it was amazing. Friendly staff on arrival. Lovely seating area, great menu choices. I had the seabass for main meal and it was delicious. So tender and tasty. My husband had the Pasta and said it was lovely. Very clean and great prices. Would recommend.

First visit. Delicious lunch with excellent service. Food was piping hot, very tasty and presented well. Emma deserves a special mention. She looked after us very well, very pleasant and chatty. Thank you.

Went here with my mum. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was good and served piping hot. The service was excellent too. Would highly recommend after a days shopping.
