Mahonys Chiken House in Renfrewshire

Love Mahony's! Never had a bad meal anytime i've eaten here. Even had a family meal, for 16 people, for a birthday celebration. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Seemingly it has the best steak pie, ever - from everyone that had it! :-) The staff are lovely - can't fault them in any way. Very attentive.

2 dinner course for £12.95 Soup amazing not alot though and toasty bread brill Spicy Chicken tasty but what let's the meal down cheapest chips you get from farmfoods horrible nobody ate and woman across the same Peroni pint 👌

Tuve una gran comida de 3 platos con mi hija. Excelente relación calidad-precio. El personal es muy educado, no reservó pero consiguió una mesa. La comida era excelente, definitivamente volveré a visitar

Qué lástima se fue cuesta abajo rápidamente cuando se abrió por primera vez, fue encantador, con un personal realmente agradable, simplemente no fue bueno, papas fritas, pastel de carne desagradable y barato, no es el mismo que antes de la hamburguesa, el helado muy graso tenía grumos de diferentes colores, lo arrojó, un pastel de manzana sabía rancio. aunque el personal era agradable pero no a la altura del estándar anterior, lamentablemente no volveré. También los platos estaban prácticamente llenos cuando los recuperaron y ni siquiera preguntaron por qué

La comida era fresca y sabrosa weng para cenar con mi hija. Consiguió una hamburguesa con queso y macarrones, estaba sabrosa y carnosa. Obtuve un festín de pollo para 1 delicioso y sabroso suculento, fresco y húmedo.

Beautiful restaurant, staff are so welcoming, the food is delicious, my daughter is autistic & such a picky eater, she loves it here, so good to have a restaurant in Clydebank that does amazing food

Had the pre theatre menu, 2 courses and a glass of wine, mozzarella sticks and mussels, steak pie with home cooked chips, rib eye with home cooked chips.... Well presented, tasted great and service was great. We will definitely return. Thank you

Bought a 5pm offer for this place which was £12.95 for 2 courses and a drink. But when we arrived folks were still being offered the same menu. Anyway, the food was nice, not large portions but perfect for lunchtime. This restaurant has changed its name many times over the past couple of years, presumably different owners, but is does need a wee bit of TLC now

the offer was very reasonable - lunch time deal - but the food was not the best presentation was poor - greasy Would not return - its a shame as its in a prime location

Menu looked good initially but the food didn't live up to it. The food didn't seem to go with each other, like a clash of sauces. Ordered a side which never came too

Took advantage od the lunchtime special, 2 courses for 9.95 Wasn't disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall staff were 1st class. The food was great but my only criticism os that the mussel starter wasn't available. Meatballs and mushroom starter were really good, the burger was homemade and tasty and my wife said the steak pie was the best she had tasted. It was certainly packed full of juicy tender steak. We will definitely be back and hopefully sample the mussels next time.

Family meal here last night. Service was spot on but the food was a bit 'hit and miss' Starters were lovely. Hot freshly cooked prawns and ribs all hit the spot. However, the mains were not so great. Steak pie was fine, as was the burger. Avoid the peppercorn beef with pasta. Quite possibly the worst main course I've ever had. Cold, tough and tasted awful. Manager took the cost off the bill which was appreciated. Offered a free replacement too , but I found that was not the case when the bill came. Wont be back here.
