Delicious pizza and great service

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. My friend and I had a reservation, but the moment we walked in, no one even looked at us. We waited around 25 minutes before someone finally came over—only to tell us we had to wait until everyone else who arrived earlier ordered first. Seriously? Another 25 minutes passed before anyone took our order. Then the food took forever to come out. And when we were ready to pay? Same story—ignored again. We had to ask twice and still waited 20 more minutes just to pay. What a joke. But here’s the part that really pissed me off: we were the only people who looked different in that restaurant, and it honestly felt like we were being treated that way because of it. Last time I came here with a local friend, everything was smooth. This time, it was a nightmare. Coincidence? I don’t think so. This wasn’t just bad service—it felt personal. Disrespectful. I’m never coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay far away.

Comida recién cocinada y un gran servicio. Algunos entrantes eran bastante grandes. Todos teníamos platos de pasta a un precio razonable. No hay lugar para el postre. Muy servicial camarero y personal amable.

Called earlier for a take away pizza, I expected it to be quiet at that time but it was buzzing as always. So good I ate a bit on the way home 🍕 and I still have leftover 🤘🏼

This was the perfect find for our trip. Non-touristy local restaurant with great food and service. The lasagna and tiramisu were solid. Definitely recommend.

The place is lovely, and the good is a Must. And the services was great. It was a wee treat as it's a bit pricy.

Lovely cannoli, nice buzz in the place so we popped in again the next day after the Alloa half marathon for a pizza and another cannoli 😀

Stopped in this afternoon for lunch, we were received warmly and promptly had our order taken. The wine was of great quality, we had the pizza and pasta arrabiata with polenta chips which were all delicious. Thoroughly recommend this place. Simple and delicious Italian food and warm, courteous staff.

First time visiting Incontri , and I must admit this place was buzzing, that’s when you know good food is served here, The waiter was so helpful and polite , food we ordered was on the table in no time at all , 10/10 for all the dishes served, The meal was amazing cooked to perfection, I have to say staff and management take great pride in this establishment , will definitely recommend to family and friends ❤️

Lovely food, the service was quick but we didn't feel rushed. We also used the take away service which also was very tasty.

We stayed in Irvine for a night before catching the ferry to Arran and ate here. Lovely ambiance and the food and service were excellent. Set menu very good value. Highly recommended .
