The best restaurants serving Italian food in Yorkshire and The Humber

I reviewed the wrong restaurant (Bella Italia Uxbridge) and it was extremely disappointing. I gave it 1 star and left it on this profile for nearly a year; I am sorry:) This restaurant apparently has nothing to do with it, so i am truly sorry for the misunderstanding! I'll come and visit you and leave a proper review for you guys:)

Gran comida y ambiente. Tenía filete de filete y estaban felices de modificar la salsa / setas, etc. Muy buen entrante de hígado de pollo y todo lavado con Amarone. Estará en lo alto de mi lista cuando vaya al grillo de nuevo.

Unbelievably friendly staff. Unbelievable food. Please go and visit these guys you will not be disappointed. Huge menu that will suit to everyone’s needs and wants. Will definitely be returning .

Amazing restaurant with great food and fabulous service! Came here for a Birthday celebration with 6 adults and 4 children. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions and reasonably priced. The owner went over and above to make us feel welcome, especially the children who were invited to make their own ice cream desserts! Would absolutely recommend!

We absolutely loved it here. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was amazing and such good value for money. We can't wait to return. The food was so fresh and I would definitely recommend both the main dishes. I had the beef cheek and my husband had the belly pork. They were both melt in the mouth! The atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxed. One of the best restaurants we've been to.

Went here for a meal before going to Grand Theatre to see Sister Act. It may not look great but Brilliant Pizzas and simple but fresh salad. Great friendly service. Just what was needed a perfect pre theatre meal.

We were walking from Ilkley to Addingham when my dear hubby took a wrong turn 🙁 silver lining we came across this lovely cafe/ restaurant which saved me from straggling him ! We had homemade lasagna and a flatbread with chicken and salad - absolutely lovely. We sat outside which was great but did go inside to find a beautifully cosy dining room. The staff were lovely and attentive . We will certainly be back now we have found such a gem.

Nunca antes habíamos visitado este lugar y pensamos que San Valentín sería la ocasión perfecta para ello. Todas las opciones en el menú para pasar la noche se veían increíbles, y cada curso era simplemente fantástico. Lo que terminó nuestra noche fue recibir un agradecimiento especial del propietario, que fue un toque encantador. Sin duda volveremos pronto, no puedo recomendar lo suficiente!

Tasty food and high level of customer service!!!

Ordered and picked up 3 large pizzas for my family. Pizzas were excellent and fairly priced, good toppings and crusts etc. no complaints, was very good for the price.

New owners' food was great. I had a mixed kebab and platter, and free garlic bread; everything was fantastic. You should definitely give it a try.

Recuerda este lugar (hace unos años) como buen lugar para un tiempo tranquilo conmigo con café de buena calidad pero ya no (enero 2025 ) Latte sabe a gota de café diluido en cubo de leche y ruido... . omg. Honestamente, más tranquilo está en la calle. Y el personal no ayuda en esto arrastrando jaulas pesadas y traqueteantes a través de la puerta de entrada de la cafetería y el piso, golpeando y dejando caer cosas detrás de la barra. Evita como una plaga. Un espacio restaurado bastante fresco eliminó mis puntos favoritos en la ventana junto a las neveras de exhibición de alimentos y ahora tienes allí estantes estilo andamio con mercancía que nadie compra. Desperdicio masivo de espacio y quién cubre la vista en la plaza y los árboles con algo así? Esta plaza es hermosa durante los meses de primavera / verano. Desventajas principales - super ruidoso, sin posibilidad de reunir sus pensamientos y extremadamente lleno - la gente está sentada allí como gallinas en una percha. La calidad del café disminuyó masivamente, como los propietarios que ahorran en cantidades de café que obtiene. No recomiendo este lugar.

It's now called Hedon Pizza, good choice of takeaway food, recommend the chicken kebab. The pizza are good aswell.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience here. The food was delivered upstairs without any cutlery. I didn't mind and went downstairs to get some, making sure I went to be Tiro so I was taking cutlery from the place I had ordered the food. The 2 chefs were busy, one had just brought the food to my table, I took a knife and fork from the counter and the man who had just delivered the food snapped my head off. I explained that I had just ordered from him and he hadn't brought us any cutlery... He had just been at my table 2 minutes before so I would have expected him to recognise me. He continued to look at me in disgust and shake his head at me... I found it hard to understand why someone could get so angry over disposable cutlery. I will not be ordering from here again.

This restaurant was a great find. Food was excellent. We had a mixture of steaks, fish and pasta dishes with a lovely side selection of vegetables. All cooked to perfection. Dessert's were good to. All reasonable priced. Would recommend Silvano's.
