Very plain not much sauce at all meet balls only 3 and very small chips over cooked most of them very hard not the best iv had from you

Really nice meal for a Sunday lunch. Nice food, staff really friendly and efficient.

Visited today with my young autistic son, we were given a table at a booth in a quiet section of the restaurant - which was perfect for his needs! The food was lovely, and the service was excellent. I didn’t catch our servers name but I hope she reads this, because she was just fab! She went above and beyond accommodating my son’s needs. With extra crayons and activities, a calm and attentive manner, and just wonderfully professional and really kind! Nothing was too much and we will definitely be returning.

The staff here exhibits exceptional understanding and friendliness. Due to the delayed delivery of my order this evening, they waived the payment despite my insistence. The restaurant atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, even for a solo diner. As this is my new neighborhood, I will definitely return to Bella Italia. I anticipate a flawless experience next time, and will certainly leave a generous gratuity.

Arrived at restaurant, to be met & seated literally immediately. Drinks order taken & food order placed not long after. Service was excellent and food fantastic.

Mains courses were very good, Chicken Milanese and Veggie Calzone. Amazing vegan dessert.

We had vouchers to use but they never worked, but Ben was excellent in explaining why they didn't work and the service was brilliant and very friendly, we'll definitely come back.

Was great service.. the food was freshly made and arrived to the table hot. The price was brilliant.. who needs fast food burgers when you can get great Italian food at a similar cost.

Seated quickly even though we were a little early for our booking. Good choice of food and drink. Our server Taela was particularly conscientious and accommodating helping me to make choices and arranging for the child in our party to have their pizza cut just how they like.

Abbie was a very lovely server and the food was delicious but the festive fondant desert could have been bigger since it was to share.

Asked for lemon Sorbet Gelato but got Salted Caramel. Everything else was Exceptional! Me and my son had a brilliant time.

Called one night on our way home my wife bought a pizza and was not very impressed, she said there was not much topping on it and the crust was hard, for £13 she expected a lot better.

We went to the Bella Italia in Xscape, Castleford a few months back and was really disappointed. But this Bella Italia was like a completely different chain! Attended for Christmas Party. Food was great, service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean 👍

Popped in for a meal with the family, 2 adults and 4 kids. The food was average, what would be expected of a chain restaurant really. However the service was really lovely, the young woman serving us was very smiley and happy. Chatted to the kids and was super helpful! Food reasonably priced

Me and my family had a lovely meal at Bella Italia. This is one of our favourite restaurants to visit as it’s local, all the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. My sister has a gluten intolerance and the team always makes sure she can eat a delicious and full meal. Our server Reine was really helpful and made sure our experience here was as wonderful as always.

Fab dinner at Bella Italia Losing a star for service as our server disappeared with our dessert on the pass. But the manager sorted it out, no worries there. Really good knowledge and handling on allergies Cute little coke bottle left on the table to let all servers know we had an allergy. All food was brought from the kitchen by the manager, with a little allergy flag. Food was a good portion size and very tasty.

On returning many months later the food is beautiful.

Lovely meal for my son's birthday. Kids meals are really small (even the ones called 'large'!) so both our children aged 8 & 10 had an adult pizza and ate almost all of it (we've got a couple of bits in a box to take home). Abbie was really friendly and helpful.
