Perfect 👌. Me and the wife went after going to the cinema, and the customer service is spot on even though they were rushed off their feet but couldn't do enough for us and the food was cooked to perfection. Defo recommend, and we will be coming back soon, but I'll defo recommend getting the app as they have so many perks to make the bill cheeper.

The service is good (just a little push towards the excellence) but the food is disastrous. Now, I don't write that because I'm Italian and some of the food served here doesn't even exist in Italy. I write that because sometimes the food is not wellcooked or has a strange texture. Anyway 3 stars are the right rate, IMO.

Very nice Italian restaurant, food is delicious and offers a good selection of dishes, and on each occasion they have always been on the ball with regards to dietary requirements and allergies.

Connie was great, especially with our daughter. Made her meal very special & she's gone away talking about her. Lovely food, quick service.

Another great experience at Bella Italia! Sometimes dread eating out with 2 young children but Connie made it so much easier, going above and beyond to make sure the kids were being catered for which, in turn, made things better for us. Cannot thank her enough.

We came for my grandad’s 93rd birthday today. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Connie our waitress was amazing with our dietary requirements and the birthday. She arranged a happy birthday surprise for my grandad.

We came on a deal we thought was too good to be true! It was everything we wished for and more! Even on a busy night manager Ben was excellent! Running front of the house and helping serve to keep things moving along nicely! Abbie was excellent making sure our food and drinks were really good!

Alice was very polite, attentive and kind. Recommend for family’s mainly as there are a fair few kids. Probably not suited for a quiet dining experience.

We went to Bella Italia in York to celebrate our daughter getting into Elmhurst (yes, the ballet one — proud parent moment!), and it was everything we hoped for. Alice and Abbie were absolute stars — warm, funny, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. Service was spot-on, food was delicious (the food deserves an award), and the whole place had such a feel-good vibe we almost started doing pirouettes at the table. Big thanks to the Bella team for making our celebration extra special — and to Alice and Abbie: you’re legends. Bravo! Will return — probably with stretchy trousers next time.

Nothing was too much bother, the staff went out of their way to make sure our entire birthday celebrations was as lovely as possible. Friendly, patient, moving tables when extra family turned up! It all made for a brilliant night, thank you!

We absolutely love Bella Italia at Clifton Moor!! The food is brilliant and all the staff are amazing!! Big thanks to Alice for being amazing with our children, we are regulars and she always makes the effort to come and speak to them. The chefs are also great and they always accommodate our children who both have difficulty with eating. Would highly recommend ☺️

Fantastic value for money! I had dough balls, pepperoni pizza and cream egg cookie dough for dessert. The food was all good, especially the dessert, and the service from Connie was exemplary, she is a real gift to this branch and must be looked after!

Group meal for a retirement, opened early for us and the food was delicious and promptly brought out, Connie was very friendly and welcoming.

We have not been to a Bella Italian for years. So we decided to go before the cinema yesterday!! But I must say the food and service was a 💯 brilliant 👏 well done to everyone of you .....it was a pleasure and we will be returning very soon. It's nice to see a young professional team . Lovely staff and nice atmosphere but for what you end up paying the food is very so-so. I'd recommend the pizza, but if you're coming for the pasta, you could probably make something tastier with store-bought ingredients at home, and it'll definitely be more worth the price.

Visited today with my young autistic son, we were given a table at a booth in a quiet section of the restaurant - which was perfect for his needs! The food was lovely, and the service was excellent. I didn’t catch our servers name but I hope she reads this, because she was just fab! She went above and beyond accommodating my son’s needs. With extra crayons and activities, a calm and attentive manner, and just wonderfully professional and really kind! Nothing was too much and we will definitely be returning.

The staff here exhibits exceptional understanding and friendliness. Due to the delayed delivery of my order this evening, they waived the payment despite my insistence. The restaurant atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, even for a solo diner. As this is my new neighborhood, I will definitely return to Bella Italia. I anticipate a flawless experience next time, and will certainly leave a generous gratuity.

Evening meal for two, we booked a table and was greeted straight away. Friendly staff and good food.

Arrived at restaurant, to be met & seated literally immediately. Drinks order taken & food order placed not long after. Service was excellent and food fantastic.

Mains courses were very good, Chicken Milanese and Veggie Calzone. Amazing vegan dessert.
