Addiction Dessert in Doncaster

Order was wrong. Staff in the store was extremely rude and just gave excuses and then hung up on me

over priced for the cheesecake, really small portions, really nice tho, premium shakes were a total let down

Delivered me the wrong items and had to throw half of the order in the bin as I’m allergic to it

Very nice but I got ice cream instead of custard for my jam rolypoly not the same at all

Missing items, ordered 2 desserts and we received only 1, phone number of the restaurant of course is not working, poor customer service

desserts are much smaller than they used to be, not worth the cost anymore, and sundae was basically melted by the time it arrived

All the crepes are the same, just a crepe with a drizzle of chocolate, the strawberries were manky. It took 30mins to come, one at a time. The staff had to ask several times what we wanted and currently the time waiting for a coffee is 30mins. And now we are leaving without it.

After entering the shop and stood there for 10 minutes with out even seeing staff we was ready to leave then a young lass appeared taken our order. No apologise for the long wait. Cookie dough was nice and the milkshakes was literally like milk no sign of any ice cream. On leaving shouted thanks and bye as the staff vanished again. All we got was “No Worries” Shame but we will not be returning!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND placed an order online, had a phone call close to my pick up time saying that their waffle machine is down so was asked if they can make it into crepes instead. I agreed hoping to get something extra since crepes are cheaper than waffles. Not only did i not get anything extra but one waffle had no strawberries and there was no gelato like there was supposed to be. If you can, avoid this place at all cost

Cheesecake was very small but tasted lovely. Bit disappointed as no salsa on the nachos which i ordered with salsa at an extra cost. All tasted lovely though. Quick delivery

Food arrived Cold. Told food went out at 22:15 with just eat and only just arrived. which should take 10 minutes to get to us.

Took over 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was not edible as it looked like it had been prepared hours before it was delivered.

original delivery time was 21:20 and it jumped to 21:55-22:15 soon after, however the food was absolutely fantastic! definitely worth the wait!

Great communication - didn’t have some of my order currently in stock, store had the decency to call and change order. Good vegan options, will be going again

Ordered the chicken and onions Prawn fried rice and chips the food arrived early piping hot and tasted lovely.

Courier was sat in his car outside my house on his phone for good 5/10 mins before getting out and bringing the food

Custard was cold, deserts like warm & Hot chocolate spilled all into bag.

Milkshake was tiny and was full of tin foil for some reason and was sent with no straw? The cookie dough was hard. Not impressed

Cookie dough was stuck to the bottom of the tray and burnt. Waffle was okay but stone cold.

Delivery driver on bike was brilliant very polite and welcoming

The milkshake was more a smoothie, the waffle toppings were all clumped at the side (bad driver?) and waffle was cold. Cookie dough was really good

Wrong order turned up, driver a to go to car come back to the door and give me correct order after going through other deliveries and one item was missing my ice cream so didn't even get full order. Shocking won't order again

Had a nice quiet dessert with the family, Ash I think his name is - was so polite and delivered exceptional service. Was a fantastic experience visiting Addiction.

Addictionz is a top-notch spot for ice cream lovers! The flavors are out of this world, each scoop is a taste of pure happiness. The creamy goodness and friendly staff make every visit a treat. Ordered white gateaux and was given fudge, ordered lemon meringue and was given apple crumble, ordered white chocolate sauce and got ice cream instead. Terrible service

Ordered a Nutella and strawberry cookie dough and received a overcooked cookie with strawberries on no Nutella or sauce will not be ordering again

Driver picked my order up then didn’t turn up for half hour, my desert was stone cold and hard, my ice cream had melted and so did my milkshake,

They kept changing the time and in the end it was 30 minutes later

Amazing food literally the best

On delivery the delivery driver was very rude and just through the food at me. Also it states that it come with Belgian choc sauce which it did not and I paid extra for white chocolate sauce. Only 1 sauce was delivered

Food was lovely :). Went for the £9.99 regular Strawberries covered in chocolate. It is £6.99 for a small which has 6 in. Bit disappointed I only got 7 in the regular basically paying an extra £3 for 1 strawberry. Apart from this when ordered from here before always been spot on.

Chocolate concrete cold and seems wet in the middle. And ordered a bubblegum gateu and you sent me a rainbow cake. Ans rainbow cake seems stale. My god when wad these cakes made.

I have ordered several times from here without any disappointment. These are a special treat on a rare occasion after a hard day's work. Dessert arrived un-chewable, dry tastless and cold (waffle) AND... How can a cheesecake be chewy and soggy I ask.....Well it was ! Unfortunately I don't think I'll trust again. Too expensive for disappointment.

My order didn’t come with any Reece’s cups on like it said it would. Really disappointed tbh

They called when the mogu mogu drink wasn't available and offered to swap the drinks and throw an extra one in. After waiting over 2hrs for the delivery, we opened the bag and saw only 2 drinks and a pink gelato that tasted like cough medicine. I know the drivers aren't employed by the restaurant so I don't blame them for the 2hr delay or the driver not apologising for being late

There was missing items from our order

£47 for 2 cookie dough a hotdog and 2 milkshakes bit steep but the portion sizes of cookie dough and milkshakes are good and they are really tasty

2 hours and 40 minutes. That’s the time lapse from ordering online to receiving my order. I could have made my order myself, from scratch, in quicker time. Judas, that’s what this establishment should be called. Judas Desserts

Waffle was cold and a bit on the soggy side, but tasted ok.

Amazing food and when there was an issue it was very quickly rectified

Quick delivery, food was gorgeous. Ordered 2 mogu mogu bottles of the same flavour, was given 3 bottles of 3 diff flavours which I'm not mad about at all cos I wanted to try more anyway! 2 slices of cake in 1 tub, the gelato was either huge or they gave us ice cream. Again, not mad at all! I love this place, I don't know why they did what they did but I'm very grateful; I'm just getting over covid and this was a pick me up treat, and they really helped with the little special bits 💕

I said my daughter is allergic to mustard and even said no mustard on the notes and it’s still come with it on!!

Took the delivery driver almost 45 mins to go less than 2 miles. Food was cold by the time it arrived. Restaurant called me prior to say they didn't have 1 of my items & to get a refund through just eat, which isn't so straightforward!

The smoothie was too liquidy, the crepe was so poorly done and the donut was microscopic for the price. Besides the items not being worth the price, it tastes exactly like Aldi and Nutella crepes… such a waste of money. It’s a shame because my first order with them was really good…

Normally a delivery driver delivers to your door, correct? Well I had to walk all the way down the road to meet him as he didn’t want to get wet in the rain I think. He said there’s no parking here but there’s a car park and other drivers always come to the main door!

Food arrived over 45 minutes late and cold! Seems the driver did a 30 minute detour of the local area and was sat at another address and then a shop premise for 20 minutes! Never really had a problem in all the times I have ordered but very disappointed with todays service!!

Good delivery time. Poor quality food. Classed as an American BBQ hotdog but it’s a normal sized hot dog in a bread bun with sauce tasted cheap.

Only had milkshakes but will be back to try some of the desserts next time I’m in donny! The combo shake with daim bar was 11/10, wish they did a just daim bar shake! Delivery was on time, and was constantly updated about progress of my order. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat

Absolutely beautiful food! We ordered a chocolate fudge cake with custard and a vegan oreo cake, we have zero complaints, the cakes was just perfect, arrived warm and sizes were very generous! We're already planning our next order! Thank you

Ordered a large hotdog got large sausage in small finger roll. Not very good value for money. Pudding nice though.
