George our waiter was fantastic, he really added an extra special touch to our visit

As a French person I really enjoyed it, ellena was very kind with us. Little bad point : too much cheese, we cant see the pasta ( for sure i joke) it was perfect ;) Venez ici les français c’est abuser comment c’est bon !!

The service was great. Despite some of the party being late. We were welcomed in with politeness. I was able to wait in the seated bar area until my the rest of my group arrived and was served quickly. Lillie was a lovely waitress and always made sure we were good and enjoying our experience.

The Camembert pizza was absolutely incredible! Would highly recommend over the Christmas period. Lillie was our server and she was so lovely! Very attentive and provided great service. Not been to Bella Italia in years but will absolutely be back soon!

The service was superb. We've repeatedly come here over the years, on a semi regular basis, simply because the service and atmosphere is always good. Far superior the the city centre branch, consistently. It was my Dad's 80th birthday. The lady that served us was also the same person who served us for my Mum's birthday a few months ago. She was attentive, friendly, and professional. She served my Dad free tiramisu with happy birthday writing and a candle. She also sang happy birthday with us and gave us free limomcello. Her service was very friendly and proficient, as we were all ordering and talking at the same time, and she took it all in her stride with a lovely, relaxed and happy attitude.

Felt the music was a little loud for comfort but apart from that it was great!

We went on a whim whilst walking past. Kids ate for free, 3 courses and a drink FREE!!! They also were given a nice a sheet and colouring in. Their starters were served quickly which we really appreciated and same main courses they gave the kids first. The adult meals, we ordered pizza were lovely and a good price. My vegetarian one was very good. We would go every Thursday for this deal but our girls were too tired this week. I really loved the decor too. Thanks for a lovely evening and food.

Laid back atmosphere, a great menu with Italian highlights is sure to please multiple age groups. We were two adults and had two alcoholic beverages and the 3 course menu, which was around £22 per person for starter, main course and a decadent dessert. Pros - Ample parking in the centertainment area - No wait for dinner, even though It was a Saturday evening and the place was packed - Outstanding customer service - Food came out quickly and was nice and hot - large variety of dishes and desserts I would definitely return and highly recommend it!

Our server George really made our visit. He was funny and welcoming from the minute we arrived right up until the minute we left. He was quick to take our orders and get them out to us. He had no problem sorting a couple of dish changes we enquired about. He was very informative about the dishes when we enquired about different ones. He was the perfect server. The food as always was brilliant and averagely priced which is always good.

This was a superb restaurant for dinner, with a comforting design brought on by the lights and mock trees! Staff were friendly and menus are provided when entering for bookings, toilets were kept clean too. I had a tasty pasta dish with Chicken and Mushrooms, served in due time and the seating is comfy!

Waiting stuff were very good ad attentive, issues really the food. We were large pre booked party, starters were nice but 4 of us had ordered the spicy sausage for main. It was absolutely revolting, the most intense heat you could imagine but always extremely flavourless. Pretty much everyone sent it back. I love spicy food but the spice is meant to come with flavour this was disgusting

First time here with work colleagues and sadly the last. The pizzas were cold, pre made, hard and tasteless. The service was rude, unprofessional and disgraceful. If I had the choice of no stars I'd have chose that.

Visited today Sunday lunch time 3 adults and 2 kids. The adults had the 2 course set menu and the kids had the kids meal (larger portion). We couldn’t believe how good value the kids meal was £8.49 for 3 courses with a drink and all really good size portions! The adults all had lasagne which was delicious. The waiter (Harry) was very attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. It was my nieces birthday and he stuck candles in the ice cream and wrote happy birthday on the plate which was a lovely touch. The service and food was great and it was really good value for money! We had a great meal! Thank you we will be back :)

Visited here for the first time last night with family. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food came out promptly and was mainly really good. The pizza was very thin and quite dry and tough around the centre but other than that it was spot on. Calzone was amazing. The only other thing to note is that the tiramisu was not traditional tiramisu it was like coffee sponge cake, it was disappointing that they have changed it as it was so good before. I told the waitress about this and she just took it off the bill which was a nice unexpected surprise. I would recommend this place.
