Food was lovely portion was a little small especially for the price. Was greeted by Will who was so helpful & friendly. Answered any questions we had. Made our experience here so much better. Definitely will come again! Espresso Martini was yummy

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bella Italia. The ambience set the tone for a delightful experience. The food was simply amazing, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. We ordered meat balls as starter with Marco Polo and Pollo funghi as Mains. But what truly made our evening exceptional was the cheerful and attentive service provided by Wik. Her warm and genuine enthusiasm elevated our dining experience to another level. Wik's passion for hospitality was clearly visible in every interaction we had with her. I highly recommend Bella Italia not only for its fantastic food and inviting atmosphere but also for the outstanding service provided by gems like Wik. This five-star rating is truly well-deserved for Wik and the amazing food.

Food was lovely and good portion sizes and very tasty . Lady at front desk and who served us was terrific and amazing with my daughter who was very curious as to what the lady was doing in her job role great role model to your company

Visited tonight with friends and had pre booked a table for 7.30pm. We mentioned several times that we had come for the 3 course set menu. The staff were friendly and pleasant, drinks and starters were brought quickly. These were all ok. The main course pizzas were dry and crusts hard. The side salad contained a lot of the middle of the lettuce. But the main course vegetarian salad with goats cheese was good. Our plates were not cleared for a while and no dessert menus were given to us, even when we asked for them. Unfortunately what ruined our evening was when we tried to order desserts at 9pm and were told that the kitchen had closed at 8.45pm. Obviously we had not been warned about this or given the chance to order desserts before the "deadline". When we protested we were told that we could have brownies or ice cream - we declined as we had all wanted the cookie dough dessert. Really disappointing and totally took the shine off our evening. Never again!

Really good options if you eat gluten-free. There were several options included in the set menu for each course. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. Overall, the service was good, but it took a very long time to receive the bill when it was not busy, and it felt like we were ignored.

Decided to take my parents here for Mothers' Day and my dad's birthday. They've never been before (we go quite often), but they really enjoyed it. The flatbread, spaghetti bolognese, pizza and vegan cookie dough ice cream stood out. Our waiter, George, was brilliant! He was very friendly, helpful, highly conscious of allergies and funny. The food was great - a good vegetarian and vegan selection. A lot of dishes can be adapted to suit. The atmosphere is also always nice, so it's definitely on my parents' list to try again!

We left Meadowhall to go to Bella Italia on Thursday 29/2 at 6.30 as we’d previously had a good meal there. I ordered vegetarian pizza and my friend gluten free chicken pasta . I was very dissatisfied with a pizza that looked like it had no cheese , a few slithers dotted here and there of peppers and onions with the minutest pinch of spinach ! The waitress took it back to the chef and she brought out a fresh one saying he’d put extra cheese on it - I still couldn’t taste any or see any ! I gave my friend some to taste and she couldn’t taste it either - and it was very bland ! I can honestly say that is the worst vegetarian pizza I’ve ever been served - the amount of vegetables on it wouldn’t cover a table spoon . My friends pasta was also a disappointment- over cooked pasta - was like rubber . No qualms with the serving staff , but I would recommend them getting a new chef ! - we won’t be returning, really ruined what had been a lovely girly day for us

My experience here wasn’t amazing to be honest, for a number of reasons. First let’s start with the food itself, I went for the calzone. It looked a decent size upon first glance, but as soon as I started cutting into it, I realised there wasn’t much in terms of filling, it also wasn’t the most flavoursome. I’m sure I will have had worse in the past, but just didn’t think it was worth the price I paid, I believe it was over £20 with the frozen type fries i opted to include. Now the service, i do appreciate it was a Saturday evening and it’s peak time, but it seemed there was no urgency to attend to our table, waiting a good half an hour before we could order a drink. To sum things up, it’s somewhere I wouldn’t go for food again, as it just didn’t have the quality feel to the food for the price.

Good food had meat pizza then tiramisu as desert.

Never had a bad meal here. Service is great so is the atmosphere. A bit pricey though for what you get so we don’t tend to go unless we have a discount voucher.

Amazing Food, Struggled with the ordering app due to there being barely any phone signal! The music was way too loud for the staff to hear our order after this. Really nice inside the restaurant otherwise.

Booked this restaurant for our Staff Christmas Meal, and was thoroughly disappointing . The place was busy as you would expect , and the team pre ordered food well in advance of our visit to avoid any problems on the evening . Food that was preordered did not arrive and had to summon waiting staff ( who were very sparse on the restaurant floor ). Waiting staff eventually rectified the missing meal ( after most of my colleagues had already finished their mains ). The manager removed this meal from the final bill , but added a 10% stealth service charge without mentioning this - which we had removed ( Please be aware of this ) . The final insult was to ask for a tip for service that was non existent. Food was good . Service disappointing . Stealth Service charge - shameful

We went to Bella Itália after an ice skating session, our meal was good, and the service was fast and friendly.

The staff here are amazing. I had a very bad nosebleed whilst eating there on Saturday the 16th December and all the staff were so helpful. Thank you to everyone and I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and a very happy new year.

George was just fantastic!! So funny. He was charming and professional. I had a horrible experience once in London Stratford and was nervous to come, but it was just amazing. Service was so so quick, food was piping hot, not warm. Was lush. Festive pasta was full of flavour-just yummy!!! Would 100% come to this branch again.

Food had zero taste to it ordered spaghetti carbonara prawn started calamari’s and was so blamed service was ok but the decor wasnt good too bright horrible colours not Italian looking at all it looked like it was the painting and decorating was not finished it used to be nice but now its got no authenticity at all.

Food is ok. The prices aren't terrible. The ladies in front of house were very efficient and friendly.

Waited 5 minutes at the door to be seated. Eventually got seated by a young man who was clearly new. When we were seated, we asked about the tesco vouchers and whether we were able to use them, the young lad said he would check with his manager, but never returned. This young lad, then proceeded to leave the venue what appeared to be the end of his shift without him or someone else returning to the table. At this point we had more than enough time to decide on our order, and no one had been over to even take a drinks order. The restaurant wasn't that busy, but there was only to FOH staff on shift now from what we could see, we proceeded to wait another 10 minutes without being seen to so we decided to up and leave. Very poor service and no priority or expectations on service set at all and took ourselves elsewhere for our evening meal!

I had chicken burger with a cup of fruit smash drink and it was absolutely sumptuous. My friends ordered different meals from their menu and they had no complaints. Experience was good and I hope to visit again and try something else.

For a chain it was pretty good food to be honest. The staff gave it that personal experience and pricing is fair too .

We waited until the Steelers were in play as we knew Centertainment would be busy, it was lovely and quiet when we went in. The staff were lovely and the drinks and food came in a timely manner. Will definitely visit again if we're in the area.

Took our Niece for lunch after the cinema. I had the risotto which was very nice and then the Chocolate Dough Chi® Balls which were delicious. Service was good and the prices reasonable, especially with Cineworld Unlimited 25% off!

Jam packed with fillings 😁 Rhian a our waitress was fantastic and attentive, she couldn't be more helpful! Even got me a pot of bolegnese sauce for my Calzone (don't judge until you try it) 😂

My mum and I came for tea after the cinema on Friday night and was quickly shown to a table despite not booking. We were served by Will who was lovely and friendly and got us everything we needed. Food was piping hot and delicious too which made it even better. Thanks Will 🙂

The food ordered via Deliveroo from here was not nice at all. The fries were OK but the pasta genovese was dry and tasteless. It didn't have the toasted pine nuts or the pecorino cheese.

We visited this restaurant as we were going to see Pulp at the Sheffield Arena. Very very busy as you might imagine and they were turning people away as they hadn't booked. Our waitress was great, helped to explain the menu as my girlfriend is gluton intolerant. The food was good, drinks good and the service excellent. Would definitely return.

Used Bella Italia on many occasions and nothing changes, visited for lunch with my daughter & grandson, carpark was busy but ok, plenty of seating inside, quiet relaxed atmosphere, Rob was our waiter and was courteous, polite, informative and quick. We will certainly be returning.

The first time I was in a downtown restaurant where I tried Carborana pasta. It was overcooked pasta that was impossible to eat with a very unpleasant sauce that flooded the entire plate. I gave the restaurant another chance and this time I was at the Sheffield Arena Restaurant. I ordered a Caesar salad. The salad was not fresh, the lettuce leaves were old, also the bread cubes were soft and old. The dressing was very sour, it seems like the cheapest store-bought salad dressing.The chicken had a strange taste, it seems that the deadline had passed and they tried to hide it all with salad dressing. This restaurant has nothing to do with Italy. They don't know how to make Italian food, they don't know anything about recipes, and because of that, the prices are very high.

Good service and food when you've had a hard day. Ticks all the boxes especially as a convenient place to go before the cinema.

We came for our daughter’s 9th birthday and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. George was fantastic! He kept the whole table entertained and had such a lovely manner with Isobel (9) and Ted (6). “George was super funny!” Isobel. To top it off, the food was great too…

The food tasted like it had been microwaved.Two women from the staff they were not interested in serving us.They didn't even offer a dessert to the kids.Very low level of personal culture.

First time visiting Bella Italia as was made welcome by Jodie and was offered seating. She was excellent at giving us time to look at the menu and telling us about the daytime offered Menu. We ordered our food and it was delicious and will definitely be visiting again.

We love Bella Italia have been several times over the years. The food is always really good. This occasion wasn't the best visit. Had to wait quite a while for service, wasn't overly busy but seemed understaffed, the poor girl serving was running all over trying to get to everyone as quick as possible but just not enough bodies. Pricing seems to have shot up too, for mains and dessert and one drink each for 2 people it came to £75, which we thought was a bit expensive. The food was delicious though and enjoyed our visit overall.

Lovely evening with great food, one of us was gluten free and it was made very easy to order and felt safe to eat with their #allergyaware flags. Our server, George, was lovely and gave great service too.

The food was acceptable, came out quick. Lasagne was nice, meatballs satisfactory but went cold quickly. Beer expensive but tasty! Dough balls bland. Initial host was very friendly lady who seated us quickly and was really politely. The gentleman who brought the food out on the other hand, came out with a comment of ‘finished already?’ Absolutely appalled by this as the time it takes to eat the 4 dough balls isn’t exactly hours is it? Then his ‘polite’ tone lowered further when he realised he wouldn’t be getting a tip. Also £4+ for a cup (literally) of small fries was a little expensive. That being said it wasn’t that bad all in all, just a hiccup in service / hosting.

Been here tonight and the food was gorgeous. Everybody really enjoyed what they had. George our waiter really made our visit! He was funny and attentive and the kids absolutely loved him!!! Thank you for making our time together so enjoyable. We cannot wait to return soon!

Food & service was ok, but found it to be overpriced. My partner had the lasagne and it came with no sides so he decided to order ciabatta bread, this was expensive for 2 small pieces! For the price of the lasagne you would expect salad or garlic bread on the side! We won't be visiting again anytime soon! We used to love Bella Italia but the prices have put us off going back! ☹️
