A great moment of happiness We came here with a friend of mine on a recommendation and I can say that we were not disappointed. The atmosphere is very warm and the restaurant is very well laid out. You feel really comfortable and the atmosphere really makes you want to stay there until the end of the service. The food is excellent and in no way inferior to the restaurants I have stayed in in Italy. I would personally like to thank the whole team for their warm welcome, but in particular Lillie who served us. Smiling and bubbly, she brought sunshine to this meal even though the weather outside was rainy. Waiting stuff were very good ad attentive, issues really the food. We were large pre booked party, starters were nice but 4 of us had ordered the spicy sausage for main. It was absolutely revolting, the most intense heat you could imagine but always extremely flavourless. Pretty much everyone sent it back. I love spicy food but the spice is meant to come with flavour this was disgusting

Visited today Sunday lunch time 3 adults and 2 kids. The adults had the 2 course set menu and the kids had the kids meal (larger portion). We couldn’t believe how good value the kids meal was £8.49 for 3 courses with a drink and all really good size portions! The adults all had lasagne which was delicious. The waiter (Harry) was very attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. It was my nieces birthday and he stuck candles in the ice cream and wrote happy birthday on the plate which was a lovely touch. The service and food was great and it was really good value for money! We had a great meal! Thank you we will be back :)

First time here with work colleagues and sadly the last. The pizzas were cold, pre made, hard and tasteless. The service was rude, unprofessional and disgraceful. If I had the choice of no stars I'd have chose that.

Visited here for the first time last night with family. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food came out promptly and was mainly really good. The pizza was very thin and quite dry and tough around the centre but other than that it was spot on. Calzone was amazing. The only other thing to note is that the tiramisu was not traditional tiramisu it was like coffee sponge cake, it was disappointing that they have changed it as it was so good before. I told the waitress about this and she just took it off the bill which was a nice unexpected surprise. I would recommend this place.

If you want a reasonably priced and tasty Italian meal, this is well worth a shot. The food is excellent. With friendly and helpful staff, it's a great choice. The atmosphere is ok but I think the restaurant layout suffers from just being a box. There isn't much to be done about that but there are other Italian restaurants that have an amazing atmosphere helped with accessories and features.

Me my hubby and two children went for a spontaneous meal & had a lovely time. From start to finish. We were served and taken care of by Ellena who was smiling from start to the end very attentive without being intrusive, food was piping hot and super tasty and I am very fussy when it comes to food particularly when it comes to my food being hot, the service was prompt we had 3 courses and no problems at all. We last visited several years ago and the experience was poor so our expectations were low but we took a risk based on new reviews which were positive and being a family who love Italian food. Often with franchises you lose quality but this time we definitely did not lose quality in all areas. The music playing in the background was great and overall we had a very positive experience. No complaints. Thankyou Ellena for a fab service and beautiful smile. 😍

We chose to eat here before an event at the Utilita Arena over the road. Very friendly helpful staff. We arrived early, so sat outside in the rare warm sunshine until our table was ready. The food was excellent, piping hot, tasty, and the right portion sizes. The only negatives was that service was a little slow, but luckily we had allowed plenty of time before the gig. Also, we were served warm bottles of beer! We did mention it to our waiter who tried his best to get a colder beer for the second round. We will try our local Bella Italia and fingers crossed the food is as good as the Sheffield branch.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bella Italia. The ambience set the tone for a delightful experience. The food was simply amazing, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. We ordered meat balls as starter with Marco Polo and Pollo funghi as Mains. But what truly made our evening exceptional was the cheerful and attentive service provided by Wik. Her warm and genuine enthusiasm elevated our dining experience to another level. Wik's passion for hospitality was clearly visible in every interaction we had with her. I highly recommend Bella Italia not only for its fantastic food and inviting atmosphere but also for the outstanding service provided by gems like Wik. This five-star rating is truly well-deserved for Wik and the amazing food.

Visited tonight with friends and had pre booked a table for 7.30pm. We mentioned several times that we had come for the 3 course set menu. The staff were friendly and pleasant, drinks and starters were brought quickly. These were all ok. The main course pizzas were dry and crusts hard. The side salad contained a lot of the middle of the lettuce. But the main course vegetarian salad with goats cheese was good. Our plates were not cleared for a while and no dessert menus were given to us, even when we asked for them. Unfortunately what ruined our evening was when we tried to order desserts at 9pm and were told that the kitchen had closed at 8.45pm. Obviously we had not been warned about this or given the chance to order desserts before the "deadline". When we protested we were told that we could have brownies or ice cream - we declined as we had all wanted the cookie dough dessert. Really disappointing and totally took the shine off our evening. Never again!

Really good options if you eat gluten-free. There were several options included in the set menu for each course. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. Overall, the service was good, but it took a very long time to receive the bill when it was not busy, and it felt like we were ignored.

Decided to take my parents here for Mothers' Day and my dad's birthday. They've never been before (we go quite often), but they really enjoyed it. The flatbread, spaghetti bolognese, pizza and vegan cookie dough ice cream stood out. Our waiter, George, was brilliant! He was very friendly, helpful, highly conscious of allergies and funny. The food was great - a good vegetarian and vegan selection. A lot of dishes can be adapted to suit. The atmosphere is also always nice, so it's definitely on my parents' list to try again!

We left Meadowhall to go to Bella Italia on Thursday 29/2 at 6.30 as we’d previously had a good meal there. I ordered vegetarian pizza and my friend gluten free chicken pasta . I was very dissatisfied with a pizza that looked like it had no cheese , a few slithers dotted here and there of peppers and onions with the minutest pinch of spinach ! The waitress took it back to the chef and she brought out a fresh one saying he’d put extra cheese on it - I still couldn’t taste any or see any ! I gave my friend some to taste and she couldn’t taste it either - and it was very bland ! I can honestly say that is the worst vegetarian pizza I’ve ever been served - the amount of vegetables on it wouldn’t cover a table spoon . My friends pasta was also a disappointment- over cooked pasta - was like rubber . No qualms with the serving staff , but I would recommend them getting a new chef ! - we won’t be returning, really ruined what had been a lovely girly day for us

My experience here wasn’t amazing to be honest, for a number of reasons. First let’s start with the food itself, I went for the calzone. It looked a decent size upon first glance, but as soon as I started cutting into it, I realised there wasn’t much in terms of filling, it also wasn’t the most flavoursome. I’m sure I will have had worse in the past, but just didn’t think it was worth the price I paid, I believe it was over £20 with the frozen type fries i opted to include. Now the service, i do appreciate it was a Saturday evening and it’s peak time, but it seemed there was no urgency to attend to our table, waiting a good half an hour before we could order a drink. To sum things up, it’s somewhere I wouldn’t go for food again, as it just didn’t have the quality feel to the food for the price.

Never had a bad meal here. Service is great so is the atmosphere. A bit pricey though for what you get so we don’t tend to go unless we have a discount voucher.

Amazing Food, Struggled with the ordering app due to there being barely any phone signal! The music was way too loud for the staff to hear our order after this. Really nice inside the restaurant otherwise.

Booked this restaurant for our Staff Christmas Meal, and was thoroughly disappointing . The place was busy as you would expect , and the team pre ordered food well in advance of our visit to avoid any problems on the evening . Food that was preordered did not arrive and had to summon waiting staff ( who were very sparse on the restaurant floor ). Waiting staff eventually rectified the missing meal ( after most of my colleagues had already finished their mains ). The manager removed this meal from the final bill , but added a 10% stealth service charge without mentioning this - which we had removed ( Please be aware of this ) . The final insult was to ask for a tip for service that was non existent. Food was good . Service disappointing . Stealth Service charge - shameful

We went to Bella Itália after an ice skating session, our meal was good, and the service was fast and friendly.

The staff here are amazing. I had a very bad nosebleed whilst eating there on Saturday the 16th December and all the staff were so helpful. Thank you to everyone and I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and a very happy new year.

George was just fantastic!! So funny. He was charming and professional. I had a horrible experience once in London Stratford and was nervous to come, but it was just amazing.
