Amazing customer service, emailed after an issue and had quick incredibly helpful replies from the owner and after ordering a few days later was delivered by the owner who was amazing again and apologised in person for the issue we experienced. 10/10 service and quality!

I ordered from Dolcie Emporium online - minor issue but was quickly resolved. I was given a couple of extra goodies too as a result which was really kind of them! Lovely lovely service and extremely polite - something other food services could learn from in Northallerton. Very professional and lovely packaging of the food. Thank you!

disgusting attitude from both girls, they wouldn’t stop speaking about me and my friend whilst laughing at each other. the milk was very out of date and has made me feel quite i’ll.

Very very clean establishment with a nice outdoor seating area, where if the weather is favourable is a lovely spot to eat your Ice Cream treats. Not the cheapest but still very enjoyable and staff were friendly. Will definitely come again.

We bought two of the coronation picnic boxes and they were amazing. The food was fresh, tasty and there was loads! We also had a cheeky ice cream each whilst we were there.

Me and my friend had come in for a light snack and we were just welcomed with friendliness. The food was absolutely amazing and filled us up! Our server Ashley was so amazing big thanks to her!!

If you like top quality ice cream, milkshakes and warm desserts then this is the place to go. We've sampled a selection of items from the menu in the last 6 weeks and everything has been delicious. The staff have all been friendly and helpful and being able to order and have items delivered to the campsite we were staying at was a huge bonus. We will definitely be visiting Dolcie's again and I'd recommend you do too as it's well worth a visit.

This place looks absolutely delightful. I saw a sign for Brymor ice cream so decided to treat myself on a hot day . Inside it was quite busy . There were 4 people behind the counter. Not one made any I contact - it was like walking into an argument that was still going on ! One girl gave me such a murderous looks I nearly left . I finally got served and asked her if she was alright as she seemed so unhappy . She shrugged . This could be such a lovely place the ice cream was delicious- but come on - get your customer service sorted . Train your staff to smile and if they hate working there so much maybe move on .

Everything we had tasted good and the staff were courteous, but it's far too expensive for what you get £5.95 for a coke float one scoop, a bottle of coke and squirty cream . I'll get my ice cream fix elsewhere now and Brymor is in most local places that serve ice cream.

Stunning little Ice cream and dessert parlour! HUGE selection of Brymor Ice cream flavours to choose from aswell as the waffles, sundaes and milkshakes to offer. We tried the Dolcie Soft serve and it was absolutely delicious 😋 so creamy I'd definitely recommend! My mum had a Banana milkshake and was disappointed wouldn't order that again. It was more like banana milk (you would expect a thick creamy milkshake from a dessert parlour so abit disappointing) however - wouldn't stop us going back still a cracking little gem of a place! Love it.

We came across Dolcie when looking for a bite to eat and hot drink. Great service from the incredibly friendly staff. Well presented and very tasty panni with a great coffee. Had trouble keeping away from the fantastic deserts. They looked great. Well worth a visit.

Basic menu but nice local ice cream served here. My daughter enjoys a trip to this establishment but the teen staff are generally snarky; unpleasant to the point of rude; and often miss any detail. This isn’t a one off, this is a regular occurrence: “Do you want a snarl in that” isn’t an option with one girl in particular - it comes as standard!

We noticed this place just off the main street on market day and we decided to give it a go. They serve all sorts of ice creams, desserts and sweets including pancakes, as well as a number of drinks. There was ample seating inside and out and the service was good.
