Really exellent value for money our group opted for the £9.95 value meal before 6pm and we were really impressed by the quality of the food the pasta was very good and the pizzas were huge this restrauant is well worth visiting again. Just gets better absolutely superb meal excellent pizza and pasta really friendly staff very impressed by the musical waiter a great place for a meal

We turned up as a family of three on a Monday night after a day of travelling. I was expecting there to be about 5 people, even if it was open on a Monday night. I couldn't have been more wrong, which speaks to the quality of the place. We were lucky to be able to get a table. Great, wide ranging menu, plus kids menu (even at 7pm). I believe there's some sort of happy hour deals on meals earlier in the evening, but we'd missed it. Easily catered for my Gluten Free wife with no fuss, portions are quite large and very good value for money. Great atmosphere. Just remember to book if you can.

Just fabulous, we were visiting family in thirsk. It was perfect,friendly, busy, casual atmosphere, staff very attentive quick and professional...Food was more than delicious. I had the lobster rav, mum and nana had the salmon and sea bass. Kids had carbonara and spag bol... all eaten..Portions more than generous. Fully recommend...

I have visited Other Bianco ristorante and there was much better food and atmosphere so sorry for only 3 stars but I was disappointed.

A slightly discombobulating experience. The staff's attempts at banter were awkward and embarrassing and my daughter's carbonara was weirdly sweet as if made with condensed milk. Shame, as I've had mainly positive experiences in this and the Northallerton branches before, and the prices for the early bird menu are pretty good.

Travelling back from Whitby to Nottingham today we decided to divert to Thirsk and stop for a bite to eat, we chose Bianco Ristorante and what a good choice, my wife and I had a traditional Sunday roast (one chicken, one beef),very nice, very tasty, well presented,definitely worth the money and definitely worth a visit, thank you.

Nice place to eat, plenty on the menu including parmo which is huge.

Arranged a date night on Saturday which was long overdue, we were both looking forward to it. Table booked for 7.30pm all good, we felt that we could do with a earlier sitting so rang the restaurant to see if we could get a 7pm sitting. We were told that it would be difficult and that we may have to wait a while before our table came available. No problem.. we arrived at the restaurant at 7.08pm due to not being able to park as the square was busy, as we entered we were greeted and asked for our booking ref. The gentleman then processed to tell us that "SHE" my partner had requested a 7pm table which was correct at the time. And due to the fact we were 8 minutes late for our table he had given it away to another couple.. I fully understand this situation but to call my partner a "SHE" I found downright unacceptable. And given that our original booking was 7.30pm we were not given any kind of help to get us seated or even accommodate us. I will never use or recommend this restaurant as I found the manner of the situation was not dealt with in the correct way and found it very insulting to have my partner called a SHE..

Great Italian. Vibrant atmosphere, attentive staff and lovely, great value food.

A victim of its own success, the atmosphere is loud rather than buzzing. If you wanted an intimate date night, you are in the wrong place. Tables around the doorway end up having expectant diners and takeaway collectors milling around them.

We always visit Bianco's when we come up to Thirsk, and this time we visited for my mum's 60th. It was lovely. Food was delicious, staff were attentive and the birthday song for my mum just topped it off. Thanks for a great afternoon :) I'm sure we will be back when we are up here again

Your chips are like half a roast potato. This isn't a problem, but they tasted like they are pre boiled, stored & recooked. We will revisit & try again.

Great service, warm welcome and scrumpy food

Living in Thirsk, this is our favourite place to eat! The food is always lovely and fresh - the pizzas are especially delicious and the kids love them. Staff are always ALWAYS friendly and attentive. An added bonus is that they also do take away should you wish to have a night in.

First visit to Bianco, what a delight from entering to leaving. The staff are entertaining and the food is great (good portions). Well done, will definitely visit again.

Very welcoming Italian restaurant in Thirsk. We went in two different occasions and will be happy to go back again. They opened early for breakfast but they closed quite early for dinner. A great place to celebrate your birthday with friends as the waiters sing and play instruments 😀🎉🎂The food is very nice and tasty. As we were late we did not have a dessert as the kitchen was already close. Would love to try their homemade Tiramisu 😃

Buzzing diverse Italian. Great food and service. Good for gluten-free

Booked at the last minute for a Christmas family get together we enjoyed a super meal all served together. There were 11 of us in the group.. Five us with gluten intolerance. This was catered for easily and our gluten free pastas and pizzas were as good as those which contained it. All the staff were very attentive without standing over you watching you eat and we will be looking at this Italian restaurant for future family gatherings.

Haven't eaten there . I love it . Expensive but by far the best pub in Thirsk.. if I have to put a dampener on it the toilets could do with some attention..I didn't like them they weren't so bad but need some loving care and attention as do most of us.

Great place to go, had Sunday lunch, and what can I say it was delicious, the place was full hence the popularity, if I pop through Thirsk again I will definitely pop back in. Top rate.

This place is a hidden gem, staff are so friendly and very Authentic, the food is 2nd to none and reasonably priced. Visited with my wife and 2 daughters aged 7 and 9. All had a fantastic time, left full and with a doggy bag.

Although not local we don't mind the 45 min drive to eat here. Great food, really good prices, good portions, good staff although occasionally slightly inattentive but nothing to worry about. Nice atmosphere, always busy. We especially love the kids menu as it's something like 7quid for the children to eat some decent food with a drink and desert, when you think a happy meal and ice cream from MCshit is a fiver at least.... And the adult 2 course happy hour is great value.

I never thought I would do it, or say it, I mean a Sunday Roast in an Italian... come on really!? Well I am confident in saying, the Sunday dinners here are sublime, I would go far as saying the best Sunday dinner I've ever had, no joke! A bench mark for all Sunday dinners I eat in the future. UNREAL!

Pizzas are great, it can be busy at times and it might take a little while to get your food. Otherwise a great place for a meal or takeaway.

Amazing Italian restaurant. Truly authentic and amazing quality food. I am a celiac and there couldn’t have been more of a choice for me. Almost everything on the menu there was a GF alternative for, and the MOST AMAZING GF Pizza I have ever tasted! Can’t wait to go back! Staff excellent too!!

Ordered what the owner recommended and were not disappointed, delicious, the wine was also very good all for 70 pounds will certainly be visiting again when in the area.maybe not on a Friday night when it is not as busy but service was very good.

Guaranteed you will wait over an hour for food unless you order the Sunday special. Funghi risotto tasted and looked like it came out if the dishwasher. Spaghetti average. Caprese good. Staff sweet but clueless.

We visited Thirsk for a family wedding and ate dinner at Bianco's on Friday evening, the food and service were impeccable. Would recommend if you're visiting the area.

It has nice lights outside Update: after 3 years I achualy went in and its great. server was very funny and very good. food was excellent and plenty for lunch tomorrow

What a lovely find. We just moved to Thirsk, and decided to take the wife and kids to eat out. Lovely decor, friendly staff, and the food was amazing. Child friendly menu. Kids ate all their pizza. I already decided that I'll spend my 40th birthday here at the end of the month.

Never had a poor meal here. Staff very friendly and proficient. Even went shopping for cocktail sticks when they realised they had no toothpicks! Amazing pasta dishes and such good value.

Staying in Thirsk for 3 nights and booked to eat here on one of the nights . Glad we did as it was so nice to see the place full -on a Tuesday night too . Service was very good , food excellent and atmosphere buzzing . This has to be a go to place if you are in the area . Top marks to all concerned with the Bianco !

Best Italian restaurant I’ve been to in ages.

Set inside an old bank Biancos offers a European menu with a heavy Italian influence. It is open all day offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is very popular and can get very busy at times so I would advise booking to ensure you get a table. I would recommend the pizzas which are cooked in a traditional way or any of the pasta fishes. Always check the specials board for hidden delights

Staying nearby and recommended by others. Food was lovely would definitely eat again. Large portions and very tasty. However one member of staff shouting and complaining at the man serving us in front of us as if we weren’t there is definitely not how you react in front of customers. If I had been the member of staff I would have walked out

What a fantastic place. We called for takeaway pizza as we had two dogs so didn't think we could eat in. The customer Service is absolutely fantastic! They set us tables up outside, brought water for the dogs without even asking. Service with brilliant. Really good with the kids, no request was any trouble. The pizza was there in minutes and was so good. Can't rate highly enough.

Visited with a friend for a catchup. Food really nice and plenty of it. The tables are quite close together but not a massive issue. No problems at all with staff or food.

We are on a break away to attend a wedding and stumbled across this gem of a restaurant. We hadn't booked but we're instantly seated. The menu was varied and plenty of options to choose from. We had starters which were delicious and bigger than expected. We then had risotto which was delicious and my wife suggested it was the best she'd ever had. We would certainly recommend it here.

Gorgeous food, the happy hour menu is such good value. We had lovely starters and main courses which I thought were big for the price. The service was excellent, very friendly waiters with a personal touch. The children's pizzas were a good size and our ten year old loved her margarita! Enjoyed looking at Thirsk market place while in a stylish Italian restaurant.

What a lovely restaurant friendly staff and a great filet steak.

A very fine restaurant indeed. Staff were welcoming and kind and humerous. We were shown to our seats and the chap had a joke with us. He came back at just the right moments to take our order and was quick and efficient. The food was delicious. My parmo was absolutely perfect. I went for a hot shot parmo which was just the right spice level. The chips were great chunky chips. Perfectly cooked. The salad was nice. The service was quick and efficient. My friend went for the calzone. It was the largest calzone I've ever seen and was apparently lovely. I did feel the tables were too close together. It felt like we were eating with the old couple next to us. That was just perhaps where we were sat however. My Pepsi max was warm and flat. The price of the meal was a bonus too. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back and perhaps take our families next time.
