A fantastic dining experience from start to finish, we were absolutely delighted by everything we received from being greeted at the entrance to being looked after at the table & leaving.

Excellent pizza and good kids options. Gluten free pizza for grandma was best she’s had. Out for dinner with Grandma and little girl

Weekday dinner meal. Great, albeit compact, ambience. Fabulous, rustique food. The pinsa style pizza was packed full of flavour whilst the arancini has a rick tomato sauce. Cheesecake dessert was excellent. I ate hear 2 years ago and it still has its charm.

No pudimos resistirnos a entrar a este fabuloso café cuando miramos por la ventana y vimos los fabulosos postres. Teníamos cappucino y canelones de pistacho sin gluten, absolutamente para morirse. Por lo tanto, no se pierda este gran establecimiento.

Myself and Mum always finish our afternoon in Ilkley at this very friendly cafe before catching a train home. It's a great place for coffee and cake. We like the Love tray bake slices and brownies and tiffin. The cafe staff all have great customer service skills and a sense of humour and have gone the extra mile regularly for customers. Ilkley has great independent cafes like this that needs supporting rather than Greg's Costa and Cafe Nero that you can get in any town. Always a pleasure to visit this cafe

Hemos estado aquí varias veces ahora. Gran café, fabulosos cannoli, preciosos auténticos dulces italianos a la hora del almuerzo. Personal amable y propietarios. Maravillosa cafetería italiana, el helado se ve fantástico también con muchos sabores excelentes para elegir. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Maravilloso hallazgo.

Very rarely in the town centre nowadays but found time to nip in to Miele for lunch. Surprise, surprise - we had sandwiches of smoked ham and Montagnolo cheese with sunblush tomato on breads that were ciabatta and brown bloomer respectively - washed down by a nice glass of Merlot. As always - excellent and the bonus was that we were able to get some of the black spaghetti that grand-daughter loves.

Visited last night as we are staying nearby, absolutely fantastic, the food is the best we’ve tasted in ages in an Italian restaurant, the service is great and the atmosphere is perfect, the music, the tables, the decor. We are returning on Friday for dinner and can’t wait!

Fui a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Invitamos a amigos y familiares a formar un grupo grande. Nadie en el grupo había estado en el restaurante antes, pero después de haber leído las críticas que esperaba con ansias la noche. No me decepcionó. Todos los que tenían el Cordero Marroquí dijeron cómo la carne se cayó del hueso. Debido al tamaño de la fiesta, las opciones de menú debían proporcionarse con unas 48 horas de antelación, pero esto no fue un problema. Las comidas fueron servidas puntualmente. Todos comentaron lo mucho que disfrutaron su comida. El personal era eficiente, servicial y amable. La comida era muy buena relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente volveré y estoy seguro de que otras personas del grupo estarían de acuerdo con esa decisión. Bien hecho a todos en La Palmera para una comida y una noche muy agradable.

Muy buen café italiano preparado. Excelente. El menú es amplio y una buena relación calidad-precio. Es posible comer en (asiento limitado) y pedir comida para llevar. Familia.

Authentic Italian in the heart of York Loved everything Friendly welcome True family vibe here tried Lunch Menu had Tomato soup (exceptional) followed by Seabass (omg) Mrs had garlic mushrooms and chicken with a mushroom sauce (proper chicken) generous portions and excellent value House Wine Fab too did not have room for sweet will defo be back when in York!

Another brilliant trip for some delicious food. Went for the Pork Belly Bites Giant Taco and was not disappointed. Absolutely delicious and great chat/banter with Bruce. Highly recommend a visit
