The best restaurants serving Italian food in Bournemouth South West

Felt rushed and forgotten about. Came here with my partner on a Saturday for an evening meal. Arrived around 5:50ish and asked for a table of 2 (didn't book but did look online and there was no way to book online nor did it say we had to phone up to book) Were given a table for 2 but were told they would need the table back at 7. Absolutely fine. Went to order food and saw on the menu that they only accept cash (again doesn't clearly state on the website that this is the case) but were informed by the waitress that there was a cash point next door. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 drinks. Food came out very promptly but our drinks were forgotten about (only 2 cans of soft drink as they don't sell alcohol) so had to ask for them again. Pizzas were tasty but not warm all the way through (they seemed as though they had been rushed as to get us out the restaurant). Would of told a waitress but we weren't asked how our food was. The main downside of the evening was a very loud and obnoxious table behind us of over 10 people who were all talking and screeching during the meal who not only disturbed us but also the table next to us who also were commenting on how loud they are. I couldn't even hear my partner who was leaning over the table talking to me. I know this isn't they restaurants fault at all but the space inside is very tiny for such a large table. Overall it was an okay visit with decent food but unsure if we would visit again as the whole visit felt rushed. We were out the door by 6:30. Which is a real shame as had read so many amazing reviews of this place. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them idk.

Este es un buen restaurante, estaba ocupado, tenía un buen ambiente, el personal era excelente, nada era un problema, la comida era rápida y sabrosa. El servicio desde la primera llamada telefónica hasta la salida fue de 10 / 10 llamamos tarde y pedimos una gran mesa de 8 esto se acomodó luego esa mesa se convirtió en 14 que luego bajó a 10 y nada de esto fue un problema y todo se llevó a cabo en 30 minutos, pero aún así no hay problemas y todos tuvimos una buena comida y un buen momento Tengo que decir también una gran relación calidad-precio

Vinieron aquí por casualidad en una noche de domingo y se sorprendieron con la calidad de la comida y el tamaño de las porciones. Los entrantes y el plato principal estaban deliciosos y aunque mi esposa no podía comer toda su pasta, proporcionaron felizmente un cartón para llevar para las sobras. Muy recomendable

Tuve que dar mi experiencia allí tres estrellas, ya que esperamos mucho tiempo hasta que nos sirvieron. El personal se disculpó por nosotros. Había una camarera y un hombre ayudándola, pero necesitaban más personal para atender a la multitud. Definitivamente volveremos con la esperanza de que haya suficiente personal la próxima vez. Su comida hizo la diferencia.

Good food, good atmosphere, and fabulous staff. What a find ! We cannot fault this lovely restaurant the food really is exceptional, I doubt that you would get better in Italy ! Our waiter and waitress were smiley friendly and nothing was too much trouble . We loved it so much we went back the next day to eat here . We highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. Went for brunch today with my Partner. Absolutely amazing food and to top it off brilliant customer service. Definitely will be coming again. Lady in the glasses was a star. 🌟

The front of house staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the organisation of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Their website made a big deal about the 3 pizza bases. Regrettably, only one was available, (Gluten free, with a surcharge of £2.50). They were going to charge us the extra £2.50, until I pointed out that we were given no choice! Items on the menu were missing, or there was hardly any of them, when the food was served! Cold plates, tepid Peroni beer etc. The food was edible, but very disappointing.

Just watched the chef serve my pasta by hand. Three handfuls of linguine onto my plate. I asked the waiter why he was not using a serving utensil and the response was, his hands are probably clean! Two Cesar salads looked like they were straight out of Tesco bag. Waited an age between starters and mains even though we had a baby with us. Extremely poor food hygiene and mediocre service. Two bruschetta and two cedar salads and two lagers £80? Now gone somewhere to get my main. What was a nice evening has been ruined by Gossip Westbourne.
