Lovely food, really happy with the value

Had ordered online at 19.20, pizza arrived 21.15. Tried to call to find out where the pizza was, no answer. This was an omen. Opened up my pizza, no cheese. Just red sauce and a few olives and even less capers. Anchovies were also hard to find. Possibly the worse pizza I have ever had. No cheese? How do you forget that? Salty base, salty sauce. I binned mine, total cost for two pizzas and delivery £30.00. Total waste of money. Wish I had gone to El Marino.

Was disappointed that we gave them so much business in one week but this last order poplette meat balls had obviously run out and they only sent 3 and charged us the full price and said nothing about it, Very annoying... greedy always leaves a bad taste, They should of sent something else to make it up, instead of waiting to see if we get on Just Eat and start moaning, Well here you are, customer lost.

It's wonderfully fluffy with just the right amount of flavour to complement the toppings. I would personally recommend the Napolitana and the Quattro Formaggi pizze. Adding to the positive experience was the warm and friendly service provided by Maribelle. Her welcoming demeanor truly made us feel at home throughout our visit. While the restaurant's atmosphere is charming in its simplicity, I couldn't help but feel that it could be further enhanced with some subtle background music. Nevertheless, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Bournemouth Pizza Co. for a tasty meal and excellent service.

I was visiting Bournemouth from Manchester and had been in this pizza restaurant on a previous visit and the food, service was absolutely incredible both times. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!!

10000/10 pizza! Came down for the weekend and came to this gem! Uno when you can taste food has been made with love and care.Thats how this pizza and salad tasted. Went in to order our pizza to takeaway ourselves for a 10% discount. Lovely friendly people, speedy service even on a Saturday evening and great pizza! Try the tasty homemade garlic mayonnaise - they also have a vegan version.

Such lovely staff !! The pizzas are amazing full of good quality toppings (plenty of them), proper pizza base and all round amazing taste !! Fully recommend - great vegan and vegetarian options as well :) It’s a must try !!

Small place with great pizza. Caprino and Capriciosa (if I remember well how they named) are our favourites. Wednesday is the pizza day for us as they have an amazing offer on takeaway then.

A really good pizza and side salads. Great value and great taste. The olives with home made bread (their pizza dough) was particularly good.

Absolutely love this place, it is undoubtedly the best pizza in Bournemouth. The dough and crust is absolute perfection! Love coming here for a casual date night, or brining friends for dinner and drinks

Small, rustic and cosy, my first visit to this restaurant on new year's eve, fantastic food and hospitality, good selection of pizzas to choose from, I had the Hawaiian, will definitely be back, and parking right outside after 6-00 pm .

No olives on either of our tuna pizzas this time. Also, the amount of tuna seems to reduce every time I order. The actual pizza is very good but but lacked toppings compared to usuall.

Fast delivery and great customer service from driver

We get the 241 pizza deal a couple of Wednesdays each month and it's always brilliant. Especially as I'm gluten free, finding good pizza is really hard and the base here is definitely some of the best I've had

I’m a deliveroo driver and while picking up an order I asked for some water as I had been driving for 6 hours straight. The lady with dark hair was SO nice and got me some ice cold water no problem at all. If the service is that good for a random delivery driver, I imagine that the service for customers would be amazing! Thanks so much and I can’t wait to come back as a customer❤️

The menu looked great, but it was impossible to order over the telephone. They don't answer it! The only way to order takeaway is online. I was staying at a hotel which made online ordering impossible.

This is the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. We had two takeaways from here while on holiday in Bournemouth and the food was perfect. Wish there was a pizza place like this near where we live. Can't wait to come back.

Always had very nice experience at this place. Range of choices for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers. Chefs are italians so pizza is proper italian. Service is great and very welcoming. Would go back again and again.

This place was a real find! Possibly the best pizza I have ever eaten. Several vegetarian and vegan options. Generous portions (the side salad was a meal in itself). Lightning service and very reasonable prices.

The best pizza we've ever had! We found this place after a quick search and we were blown away by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff: our daughter Grace loved them! Horrible customer service. I phoned them and they this lady kept cutting me off and being really rude when I was just trying to order a pizza.. and she hung up on me mid sentence. I then came to the restaurant to complain and she did not apologise and had a rude manner. She was basically giving off the impression of either order a pizza now or leave. That’s not how you treat customers at all !!

Very poor customer service. Will never come back. A small group and I visited to dine in on 02.04.23 at 7.30pm, a time we were advised in booking was a convenient time for the establishment. However, at around 9.15pm - over an hour before closing, the waitress began to collect our plates while we were still finishing our meals, and thumping the plates down, making us feel she was being aggressive, and also making comments about wanting us to leave. One of our party made reference to the time we would leave and the waitress joined in with our conversation, to say in an annoyed and hostile tone "eh! We're not open until midnight,you know? eh!" We felt this was both aggressive and out of order, since it wasn't even close to closing time. In addition to this, she also swore whilst taking payment from us, for no reason that we can understand as we were polite and civil throughout. Unfortunately this has ruined the experience for all of us and we will not be coming back, nor recommending this place to anyone else as we were made to feel so unwelcome.

Pizza was not not cut/ sliced made it awkward to eat, base was undercooked.

Used to be really good. My last purchase was very disappointing. I had pepperoni pizza that hardly had any pepperoni. The little that was there had no flavour.

After a whole day of work, if you want to eat a really good pizza that has this something in it, I suggest you order pizza from this place. They do have quite a big range if we're talking about Vegetarian options, but also there are a lot of options for meat-eaters. I prefer pizza with 4 kinds of cheese (Quatro Formaggi). I am a big guy, almost 6'2 in height, and around 130 kg in weight, and one pizza is almost too much for me. The dough is a little bit salty (perfect if you drink a whisky or Cola while you're eating). However, pizzas overall are really good. Oh! And usually, pizza comes hot if you'll order online to your home. And what is worth mention, they have a really good ratio of value to price.

I love the buy one get one free Ofer on Wednesdays. Their pizza is very amazing I’d definitely recommend the Pollo. Very tasty and could eat one by myself. Also very friendly staff always nice coming here.
