On a short break and was recommended to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Food was superb and staff very friendly. Both had Bruschetta for our starters which were excellent and very tasty. My wife had a Pasta dish which she said was lovely and I had a chicken dish with rice in a rich sauce which I really enjoyed.

This is my favourite local Italian restaurant so much so my husband and I are frequent diners. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the food is all freshly made and a taste sensation, I’ve tried a lot of the pizzas and pasta dishes and they are very authentic and full of flavour . The puddings are naughty but ohh so good! Very reasonably priced

Hi have been here many times but tonight's visit was the only time I have ever had a problem. I had mushrooms with gargonzola sauce. Immeadiately the plate was put in front of me there was a burnt smell. I told the waiter and it was dealt with and a new starter given. Delicious. Then my main course came. Dilettante steak with red wine and panettone sauce. I couldn't believe it when I tested aburnt taste in my mouth. The pancetta was scorched. I didn't bother sending it back . It was OK ish. I was not prepared to wait for it to be re done. Paid bill and left no tip. Very disappointed

I was impressed from the moment we walked in to this restaurant Nice welcome , clean spacious place Creamy mushrooms with gorgonzola for starters so yummy !! Food was delicious, ( maybe except the chocolate cake bit dry ) , every single member of staff was super friendly . one waiter even done a little aeroplane to my little boy who was trying to run around :) We enjoyed the food and the ambience and will definitely visit again when we come to bournemouth again !

Excellent Italian food with lovely service at this family run restaurant.Food came out piping hot and plenty of it - excellent pizzas, vast variety of pasta dishes & the specials are delicious. Wonderful variety of desserts -we had the homemade strudel with custard which is amazing.Worth a visit.

I’ve eaten at Bellagios so many times and I’m never disappointed - the service is great, the atmosphere is relaxed and the food is AMAZING. I have never eaten pasta dishes like it, even in Italy. The pizza is also really great too. Portion sizes are huge, I always end up taking some home and they also do take away too which seems even more generous! The place is unassuming from the outside but you can’t miss it if you love pizza, pasta and nice wine. Probably my favourite restaurant in the area.

What a wonderful place! Superb service, amazing food wonderful atmosphere. A really warm welcome awaits, a good evening here isn't cheap but it's well worth it whether it's a family celebration or romantic meal. Weekend nights are often packed so reservations often required! Highly recommended.

Wow! Why is this restaurant not the absolute number 1 ranked pizza restaurant in Dorset? It’s incredible. The mushrooms in Gorgonzola were smooth as velvet, the whitebait the freshest possible and all ingredients clearly top quality. Amazing pizza and the real surprise was the fabulous house red. Truely blown away with the home cooked quality.

I have never had a bad meal here! Consistently great quality food and service. Great selection of pizza and pasta. The goaty bread is my all time favorite. I eat here more than anywhere else. Best Italian food, lovely restaurant!

Have not eaten in Bellagio for a while. Visited here for Friday night dinner for 6 ladies in September. Table was booked for 8pm & it was great to see that despite Covid rules & regulations that the restaurant was full & had a buzzing atmosphere which undoubtedly helped you forget about Covid while being out. Would like to add Covid rules & regs were being well adhered too. Staff were great & remained friendly throughout the restrictions of wearing masks. Our waiter David deserves a mention Food is as good as ever, everyone on our table thoroughly enjoyed their food & evening. Will be sure to revisit.

Dos entrantes, dos platos principales, un dulce y unas copas llegaron a 57.Sin duda volvería ya que este es sin duda uno de los mejores lugares en los que he comido en Bournemouth últimamente.

Parece un poco una heladería desde fuera, pero no dejes que eso te desanime. Por dentro se siente auténtico y es un buen lugar para cenar con un servicio amable y eficiente. Las pizzas estaban bien (corteza fina y agradable y muchas coberturas) pero los entrantes fueron muy decepcionantes por el precio. 9. 95 por 4 langostinos en tempura, que estaban muy bien, pero no se veían diferentes a los disponibles en M&S. 8. 95 por 6 calamares, que no tenían nada de especial.Volvería a ir, pero no desperdiciaría 20 en 2 entrantes muy pequeños.

Vine aquí anoche con mi familia y mi hijo de 3 años. El personal era amable, divertido y enérgico. Realmente nos hicieron sentir especiales. Los camareros bromearon y jugaron con nuestro hijo, lo cual fue simplemente encantador considerando la situación actual en la que se encuentra nuestro país. La comida, ¡oh, la comida! ¡Estaba delicioso! El rib eye estaba perfectamente preparado y el calzone de mi marido era muy sabroso. Si te gusta la auténtica comida italiana, este es el lugar. ¡Estoy deseando volver!

Mi pareja y yo visitamos aquí durante nuestra estancia en un hotel cercano. Comida increíble, excelente servicio, buenos precios. Los tamaños de las porciones también son enormes. Realmente queríamos probar los postres, se veían fantásticos y frescos, pero realmente no cabían nada después del plato principal. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente.

Es un restaurante concurrido en Winton Banks.Si estás pensando en un lugar en Winton para comer algo, Bellaggio es realmente muy bueno. El menú ofrece una muy buena selección de platos sencillos de estilo italiano. El risotto y la pizza son particularmente buenos. Gran servicio y sin prisas ya que nos sentamos un rato al terminar. Definitivamente regresaremos. Simpático.

4 of us visited on the last day of "eat out to help out" 2 of us had whitebait to start with which was lovely. 2 of us had spaghetti carbonara which was great. Very good food would highly recommend it. Not much social distancing but don't know how restaurants can achieve it successfully.

Being a short walk from home, having a couple of tables outside to enable you to watch the world go by in the evening and this Restaurant never failing to deliver on service or food. Bellaggios is a regular spot for myself and the hound. What a treat I had upon my arrival for an impromptu lunch whenI caught glimpse of the owner cooking in the kitchen.I didn’t think they had much room to improve on there food or service but I have to say boss man gets 5 stars he knows his way around the kitchen!I wish this husband & wife combo, allthe staff the very best of futures and look forward to my next visit before the weather makes siting outside impossible.

I’ve ordered delivery from here once and I was impressed, they also managed to find my address.A further order led me to have to call the restaurant to be told a delivery driver had attempted to deliver my food, but my address didn’t exist. Upon telling the ‘manager’ that I ordered takeaway food all the time and they always managed to find my ‘non existent address’, I tired to tell the ‘manager’ that I had not fabricated my address and could he redeliver, upon which I was told that they had no driver. I tried to insist they either refund my order, or preferably deliver it, to which I was met with a barrage of abuse. It seems that the delivery drivers failure to find my house was somehow my fault. I then ordered a Chinese who’s delivery driver somehow managed to find my address. What a shame. Never again. Disgusting service.

Whilst hunting for student accommodation we decided to lunch here on 6th august, great menus & lunch menu very keenly priced. When we returned to Winton on 11th we had to have lunch here again. It's that good.we had garlic bread with cheese as a side and my son and I agreed it was the best we had ever eaten.....we love Italian food.

Looked these guys up on trip adviser on a bit of a wim!! Very impressed. Walked in, no booking! The 4 of us were seated straight away, took our drink orders and brought up very swift. We ordered Garlic bread to share between us one with cheese and one without, Wow! How nice was this!! Knew we were on to a winner straight away. Me and the wife ordered pizzas ( verdura mista & Trieste)my boy ordered a spicy pasta (penne Arrabbiata) dish (thanks to the waiter for checking, as he did say it was quite hot) he loved it my daughter (very fussy!) ordered Gnocchi (very impressed) very authentic restaurant with quite a few locals who sound like they visit quite often. Would visit again on our next trip thanks guys really enjoyed our evening

The food is always so delicious, really reasonably priced too! The service from all the team is top notch and always very welcoming. Lovely ambience and real authentic Italian. Can’t fault it!

Always had good time here, Food and service good quality and friendly serice.There was sanitiser !! but too many tables and people too close, back to back but only 20cms away ......Food was reasonable but prices have risen ..... PLEASE type a menu, hand written is scruffy and unprofessional.....Pizzas always good, starters Expensive.....Won’t hurry back sadly

Had a quick dinner on our return trip to Cambridge. Pizza was excellent. Rest of the dishes were quite good too. Staff are friendly and provide a good service with a smile. Main dishes portion sizes are huge and prices are fair. Overall a good Italian in bournemouth.

We forgot what excellent pizza tastes like! Thank you so much for reopening for delivery during COVID lockdown. Genuinely can say, although we're not in the ambience of our favourite restaurant, the food is still of the very highest standard. None of that chain restaurant nonsense. Absolutely the best!

We were just two adults, one child and even so they were busy at around 18.15 Saturday, they found us a table. The pizzas arrived promptly and were to the usual tasty standard. We have ordered a mixed salad along with the pizzas. Gosh what a difference to 6 months ago : instead of a big plate of delicious salad it was a small bowl of unseasoned, thrown together vegetables, for 5 pounds. Asked for dressing and was plonked a bottle of olive oil mixture. My neighbouring table had some dressing, so I had to ask them. What really annoyed us, was this Italian waiter, ever so in love with himself, and the other waiter, who made a face, because we didn't order any wine. After we had eaten, the "hilarious" waiter grabbed our 11 year old and stuffed a lolly in his hoody. It was very strange and the whole evening, due to the busy atmosphere and odd staff didn't make our evening special. It felt like eating in Trefelgor Square with some clowns running about.

Last night when we went into Bellagios I asked if there was a disabled loo. The answer I got was 'Yes'. When I went to the loos I discovered that there was no disabled loo. As we left the manager came up to one of the men in our party and he apologised. He ignored me.Was his behaviour becacause I was a women or because I was a disabled or because I was a disabled woman? On the wall of Bellagios is a notice saying, among other things, ' Respect and love one another'. Does this only apply to men and/or those who are not disabled!

First time to Bellaggio and the food is amazing! Their garlic bread is to very filling and full of flavour, I had the pizza which was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I scored it 4 as my partner had the calzone and although presentation was impressive, it could have done with more filling. Excellent service from the staff!

This place is excellent. Lovely rustic decor, welcoming staff and great pizzas. We had the quattro formaggio and mafiosa, and the quality was outstanding. Prices were reasonable too. Recommended.

Fuimos a la víspera de Navidad, estaba reservado (lo recomiendo encarecidamente) nunca había estado allí antes de que fuéramos un grupo familiar formado por siete personas, con edades variadas de cinco a sesenta, fue encantador desde el principio, nos llevó rápidamente a una mesa bien atendida para nuestro grupo, no hay mucho espacio y está muy ocupado, muy ocupado, se podría pensar en Navidad, pero este lugar tiene buenos comentarios y puedo ver por qué.

We'd booked ahead for our post-Christmas pizza, and our table for six was ready and waiting for us. Friendly welcome, and help with placing our baby buggy out of the way.

We booked a table for Sat night for the family and some friends. It was busy and had a good ambience. Sadly a few of the meals were very mediocre with a very cooked from frozen feel to the ingredients.

A friend living in Bournemouth brought us to this Italian venue. It was a Friday evg and quite busy with a good ambience. It has a nice rustic feel to it. Service was good and friendly.

We visited Bellaggio this month, 2 years after we first came here on a date, and I can safely say that it's still a fantastic Italian restaurant.

We had a lovely meal in a lively atmosphere. Bellaggio's had plenty of tables in use even though it was fairly early in the evening (6.30pm) when we arrived. We had excellent service throughout the meal, even when it was getting busier. All the staff were very friendly and happy to spend time with us. Everyone's food was well liked and very tasty. Both omnivores and vegans were well catered for. It was particularly refreshing that they offered non dairy cheese as an alternative to dairy cheese on all their dishes (where appropriate). The atmosphere was lively with everyone's conversations, which along with the staff's friendliness, created a very happy and positive environment. We will be back!

Had a lovely meal here on Saturday night. The place was packed out but the service was good, friendly and fast and the food delicious. My only gripe is that I was seated next to where the waiters rushed past to get to and from the kitchen which created a bit of a draft. I didn’t end up with any dishes down my back though so bonus!

I have been twice in the last month to celebrate birthdays. Both times we requested the large table in the back room for 10+ of us. Both times service & food was very good. Last night the 1st 2 rooms were busy but not the back room. Service was prompt with drinks orders. I went for whitebait followed by carbonara. Both dishes were lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Visited Bellagio for second time. First was time was excellent!. Second time yesterday was such a disappointment. Took the waiter a long time to take our orders. Ordered 3 different meals, within 5 minutes they arrived. We had the feeling the meals had been warmed up , it would of been impossible to cook these within 5 minutes.

Our 2nd visit and the food was as amazing tonight as it was the first visit. The staff are lovely and friendly and watching the banter in the kitchen was great and when they produce food that amazing you can understand the happy atmosphere in the kitchen . An absolute must resturant to visit . We will be back .

Our first visit to this restaurant. The staff are helpful and competent. All four of us had pizzas, different toppings, but all cooked to the same high standard. The prices compete favourably with if not beat other local pizza restaurants. An ideal place for both couples and families or groups wanting a relaxing meal in comfort.

We had the warmest of welcomes and were made very welcome, great atmosphere and environment .... ordered and service was excellent and very quick, starter of Mushroom in gorgonzola was so nice I had to order another one, simply fantastic, main courses we had a mix of pizza and 2 pasta dishes, again faultless, absolutely superb..... next time we are in the area we will 100% return ...... food, environment, staff, service all completely amazing ..... see you again soon

Elegí este lugar para reunirme con amigos ya que mi esposo estaba en casa de trabajar en el extranjero. . . . . no se pidieron bebidas tomadas mientras esperábamos que llegaran nuestros amigos. Después de que toda la parte había llegado, después de esperar otros 10 minutos, tuvimos que preguntarle al camarero si podíamos pedir algunas bebidas. comida Oder no fue tomada por otros 30 minutos. Salieron los entrantes que estaban bien, las comidas principales tomaron otra media hora! ! ! Todas las comidas principales eran encantadores, pero no vale la pena la espera! ! ! Habrían ganado mucho más dinero en bebidas si hubieran venido a preguntar. Lamentablemente no volveremos.

Celebrated a friends 30th birthday here . A table of 10 . Very slow to be served . Took ages to take our order . However , the food was plentiful and really tasty .

Not all that cracked out to be, seats are very crammed in, other customers ass’s brushing past you every few seconds. Starter was nice but unfortunately the main came out too late, an hour after the starter, so two pints later I wasn’t hungry. I love authentic Italian pizza but Wetherspoons Italian base pizza wins over this one. Everything else was on point though. Clean toilets and friendly staff makes it all ok lol.

Clearly a popular restaurant as it was very busy the night we went....however this meant that the service was very slow and the staff were not that attentive. We waited over 45minutes before our drinks order was taken and then a further 45minutes for our main course. Not impressed.

Alles in allem haben wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir hatten zwei Pizzen. Eine war sehr lecker, bei der anderen hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Die Pizza war ohne Tomatensauce (war so auf der Karte, haben wir aber übersehen). Für eine Pizza Bianca hatte es aber viel zu viel Käse, es war etwas "kaugummig". Der gemischte Salat kam zusammen mit der Hauptspeise statt als Vorspeise. Und das ohne Sauce und in so einem unpraktischen Gefäss, dass man ihn kaum mischen und essen konnte. Das Personal war freundlich, aber wohl unterbesetzt. Sie rannten hin und her und doch musste man immer recht lange warten. Alles in allem aber ganz gut und vom Preis her ok.

Often overlooked on Winton High Street, this large restaurant is an authentic Italian serving great tasting breads and pizzas. Pleasant staff but fairly dated decor. The pasta is not homemade but with the in-house sauce tasted ok.

Visited here for the first time on a date night with my other half, as it is almost right on my doorstep! We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful and rustic Italian restaurant. The food was amazing - the traditional pizza ovens resulting in freshly cooked and delicious pizzas. Service was friendly, small wait for our food but was to be expected as it was a saturday night and pretty much completely full with people. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning!

Absolute gem. Very welcoming without being too much. My spicy pizza was lovely but my wife's seafood risotto was amazing. So much seafood. She rarely finishes a full main, but I thought she might even lick the empty plate this time. Just a perfect place in every way and very reasonably priced too.

I have been twice recently, once on a Saturday night for a birthday with a party of 5 - 3 adults and 2 children, and once on a Sunday night with just a party of 2. I am very impressed with the service, the food, the portions and the price and this is slowly becoming one of my favourite Italian restaurants! I personally have had the seafood risotto and the fillet steak and would rate both dishes very highly. Nobody that I've been with has had a bad word to say about this place, and I can't wait to try the pizza next!!!

Having frequented this establishment on numerous occaisions with a group of people ,we have found the owner Erol & his personell very obliging .The individual pizza orders are taken without fuss & served to perfection . Looking forward to our nexst visit

This "rustic" Italian restaurant offers quick lunches which are very good value. Service is fast and attentive. Certainly a place to visit for a fun, friendly meal and I imagine busy in the evenings. Highly recommended. Good cloakrooms with wheel chair access and baby changing facilities.

Had a lovely meal with my Wife, son & daughter in law. A great starter of cheesey breads followed by a lovely Pasta meal with prawns and chicken mmmmm

Authentic Italian. Told them their namesake (the Las Vegas Hotel) had just celebrated their 20th anniversary that week. The staff is very good and attentive and the meal of butternut squadh soup followed by the spaghetti carbonara hit the spot. It was a great choice by the bride and groom for a post wedding party.

Used this restaurant since it first opened, has always had wonderful consistently good food and service, nothing too much trouble. Give it a try you won't be disappointed 🥂

Excellent Fire cooked pizza along with nice service by Ecem, very warm rest., taglietelle with fungi was excellent but too much (big portion)

Visited on Saturday evening 8.30 with a bunch of friends, 7 in total. It took ages for them to take our order, drinks and then food(30 mins) I know it was a busy evening and most of the tables were full but 30 mins to order food is a bit too long. Food as always was very good.

Visited here with my uncle for the first time. Need to have gluten free food and there was plenty to choose from. Staff very helpful and if they weren’t sure whether the food option was gf then they went and asked the chefs. Had prawns to start with then a steak for main. We passed on dessert as we had enjoyed what we had had

Had a meal here while staying with friends nearby. Seated quickly, service was good but the food I felt was at best ok. My meal wasn't as hot as it should have been. Although the flavour was good. The wine was very nice but again was disappointed when I ordered a liqueur which should have been served straight out of the freezer. The waiter realising that it wasn't cold enough put it in another freezer for a few minutes but it was still not right.

Bellagio is a good quality traditional Italian restaurant in Bournemouth. The quality of the food and service is good and much better than the restaurants in the centre of the town. There is limited parking outside but it is quite easy to park in the road opposite in the evening. The restaurant is spacious with tables in three adjoining rooms. It has a rustic feel to it with dark wooden panelling and furniture. We had to wait a little while for our food but the pizza and pasta was good quality and reasonably priced. The restaurant has a sliding door which staff are continually needing to close - I imaging this could be a problem in the winter when the weather is colder. We will definitely return.

Found this on Tripadviser as we were in Bournemouth for a concert and wanted to eat nearby. This proved to be a fortunate find. Food was excellent, service was efficient and friendly without feeling rushed. Pizzas were excellent and the sea bass on the specials menu absolutely delicious. Would happily recommend the homemade tiramisu for dessert. Light and just the right amount of coffee. The best tiramisu I’ve eaten outside of Italy.

Whenever we are in Bournemouth we love to visit Bellagio’s. Everything is cooked fresh and you can tell. The staff have always been so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Since visiting with my toddler, they have been very accommodating with child’s portions, booster seats and his ability to talk for England to strangers So glad to see it thriving every time I return to Bournemouth

This restaurant is perfect lovely staff great food and a lovely Italian feel. The service is immaculate no matter how busy the place is. I have been here with a big group and still perfect. Excellent!!!

A group of us went there for dinner and were very pleased with the meal and the attention of the staff. We would definitely go there again.

Visited with family. Venue tasteful but unfortunately the food not so. Pizza ordered arrived with minimal toppings, crusty outer and greasy toward the centre. Pointed this out to server when I asked for the bill, who just apologised and walked off. Won’t be returning.

Visited Bellagios for an early evening family meal and some authentic pizza. A good start with a buzzing early evening atmosphere, interesting surroundings and welcoming staff. We were seated near the kitchen and had a friendly word with the chef. Starters and pizza good quality and reasonable price. I had been searching for an authentic Funghi and Bellagios at last deliver the bread quality and flavour I expected. Only suggestion for improvement is a tad less cheese and olive oil to reduce the greasiness. The whole family enjoyed the meal and it was an authentic Italian experience.
