The best restaurants serving Italian food in Worthing South East

As I work a few doors down from Le Deli I am lucky enough to often have an excuse to go and visit. From breakfast baps to hard to find international foods and everything in between, Le Deli never fails to please. If you haven't been yet I would suggest you do soon as especially at Christmas, Le Deli has some really amazing produce. Rafika and her staff and really lovely and know everything about what they sell. Do yourself a favour and check out this gem on South Farm Road.

My husband recently had a significant birthday and wanted to celebrate at La Cucinetta. From the beginning they were fantastic answering my questions and being wonderfully accommodating. We were a party of 22 and everything was just perfect. From presenting birthday cakes to bringing everyone's food at the same time we had impeccable service and wondrous food. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I cant wait to go back for more pork belly 🤤 Thank you Marco, Kati and all the staff that made it such a fantastic evening 👏

I love this place... a hidden gem in Worthing. Cosy, with a great menu & friendly staff. Good selection of Italian desserts & pastries too.

Lovely place to eat tasty pasta or pizza and delicious tiramisu.

On a short break and I only eat fish and frankly steer clear from anything battered or breadcrumbed so had grilled octopus it was extremely tender very yummy husband had pork chops he enjoyed them as well

My husband and I had a wonderful meal today. For all Italian food lovers, this is a must-go to place. All staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was so delicious; just like being at home 🇮🇹 We highly recommend it! Grazie mille 😍

The problem with this place is the manager. My friend has Parkinsons disease which makes speech very difficult. She was told by the manager to get out because she was drunk. She only drinks Coke. She was in tears and I gave the manager a piece of my mind. The manager insulted my other friend saying he is too fat, and banned him saying he didn't want him here. He patronises customers, saying that you have to sit here, insulting them by pointing at tables. His pizzas are small thin and inconsequential at an enourmous price, over £20. The manager is stark raving mad, charging up and down the tiny seating area talking to himself and making hand signs. This guy is a bully to his young staff who are amazing in their manners and attentiveness. Many customers complain, but are ignored because that guy is arrogant. there are many pizza places in the area where you will get friendlier and more respectful service.

We have only eaten here on a few times. Always a good experience. Friendly staff and tasty food. We will definitely go back.

Previous experiences have been good, but last two visits, really average.

Staff are super friendly. Food came out very fast, I had the wild board ravioli and can't say it was fantastic, just average which was a shame. My companion had a pizza which looked and tasted delicious. If I go back I'm having a pizza!

Well, what an experience, to actually be invited into the kitchen by the head chef to see where the ‘ magic happens ‘. Then to top that, to then be offered to help with dinner creation, given a free cooking lesson by one of the services top chefs, thank you so much, not charged for food either, does it get any better.

Ordered buy one get one free pizza collection asked for Hawaiian with pepperoni and green peppers. Them exact words turned into one Hawaiian pizza and one pepperoni pizza not happy whatsoever very rude lady manager on phone avoid all costs.

Absolutely disgusting, vile inedible food that is not fit for human consumption. The Bolognese was a congealed lump that was burnt on the sides. Clearly looked like it had been microwaved for about 3 days. The pizza was drowning in grease, sloppy, disgusting. The ‘mini doughnuts’ quite frankly tasted days old, dry crusty little balls of despair. This place wants shutting down, it is an absolute disgrace to even call it food let alone Italian. I’m sure many Italians would shudder if they knew what dross was being sold as Italian food. This establishment should hang their heads in shame for what they serve as food, I would be ashamed. Do not even consider this place, it should clean up its act first and I’ve seen better meals in hospital wards and we all know how inedible they are !!! How this place has a 5 hygiene rating I’ll never know appalling dreadful disgusting hell hole
