Dominos pizza in Worthing

Ordered buy one get one free pizza collection asked for Hawaiian with pepperoni and green peppers. Them exact words turned into one Hawaiian pizza and one pepperoni pizza not happy whatsoever very rude lady manager on phone avoid all costs.

Out of principle I don't eat/shop anywhere that doesn't take cash. I don't know if they understand how a cashless society will impact us all.

Ordered online which was a bit of a faff( old git syndrome) however the order arrived within time frame. Unfortunately the sides weren't with the delivery,but within 10 -15mins they arrived after a phone call. The problem was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner with an apology. The pizzas and sides were excellent. Problems happen but it is how they are dealt with that matters,

Prices are different each time we go. Looking at their menu in shop and leaflet prices have disappeared? How can you check on how much you are spending? Didn't taste like it normally does. Very disappointed I doubt we will go back I mentioned the price had gone again in a couple of weeks and they blamed head office so I will be contacting head office. Don't waste your time and money. It was CRAP!

Ordered 2 pizza for delivery online , said delivery would be 40 mins . still showing prep online after 45 mins so rang shop to be told due to staff shortage it would be 2 hours ? disgusted with this . my kids are waiting for food . told refund will take a week . spoke to Rob Worthing branch

I just paid for 4 pics pizza for £7.99 overpriced pizza is not bad service is not bad but I am sorry it’s only small pics pizza for i won’t pay that money

Just had a delivery & to say we are disappointed is an understatement. The crust was stale & barely edible, toppings of beef & red onion almost non existent and as for the cheese- what cheese? Barely there & so little you could not taste it. Ordered mid afternoon so not a busy time & whilst it was delivered in under 30 minutes it was stone cold too. Not fit to eat & in the bin 🗑

What can i say we waited an hour and when the food turned up it was cold and wrong and over cooked plus garlic bread had hardly any cheese on we got no apology either when your paying that sort of money for a pizza you expect it to be perfect

Came here with my friends and we considered a medium pizza each but then realized they were £14 which turned out to be far to much for the greasy cardboard we received.

Fab Pizzas. Always delivered pipping hot. Great value deals. Great choice of Pizzas. Would highly recommend.

Been put off for life from here. Used to be very regular customers but then evening, me, my husband and 4 year old all got food poisoning! My husband was hit hardest. Never returned and probably never will. Shame because we used to always enjoy a create your own and cookies.

I ordered online. Having waited an hour I called the shop and asked what the problem was and was informed that the chicken was delaying the order. After a total of 1 hour 25 mins the pizza and chicken turned up with a bottle of coke as compensation. The pizza was warm and had been sitting around. I was very disappointed having spent £40 on a meal. I would not recommend dominos to anyone.

Normally fantastic but this time was left waiting for almost 2 hours. Online tracker was well out of sync, tried calling the site 3 times got through on the last call. But pizza arrived luke warm, unhappy friends and family.

Ordered Dominoes as 50% off when collected which brings the pizza down to an acceptable price. Pizza was decent, toppings a plenty but they really don't put enough cheese on to fuse it all together. Was nice nonetheless. Cant fault service, always fresh and ready for when I arrive.

Ordered pizza chicken and dough balls on line and watched the tracking. It actually arrived before it said it was. Was so looking forward to it as hadn't had a dominos for ages. We ordered thin and crispy base which was more like cardboard and was so dry to eat there was hardly any cheese in it. I must say that the tikka chicken was lovely as were the dough balls but that didn't compensate for the awful pizza. I will not go back to dominos again now as it wasva waste of 25.00. I can get a better pizza from Texas pizza and less money and I will not recommend it either

Having returned from a overnight stay for a family wedding, I really could not be bothered to cook. Checked a few deals online and we decided on Pizza, again, wasn't worried about toppings so we had a large cheese and tomato on standard base. £12.99. For £1 more we doubled up WAHEY!!! Fed the family for £13.99 - tasted fine and was delivered promptly by a friendly delivery person.

Fancied a change in pizza and this was on my way home. £9.99, any size collected deal. Ordered up, went into Co-op next door, few minutes later pizza was ready. Cant beat the efficiency of this operation and the pizza was decent. Tandoori chicken is worth having as a topping. Very enjoyable pizza
