Enzos Italian Restaurant in Worthing

We went today 30.03.25 and had a table booked for 12:45, we were a little early but wasn’t a problem they still seated us. The service was great and not rushed at all. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. Everything came out quickly - but not too quickly which was good. Nice decor inside too. The only little thing is that it was such a nice day outside the restaurant was a little hot inside - could’ve done with some aircon / opening a few more doors to let some air in. Would definitely return with no hesitation.

Wonderful hidden gem. Food is excellent and plentiful, staff are professional and friendly, atmosphere is vibrant and authentic. Good for families and couples alike it is well worth a visit.

We had heard about Enzo's, we were surprised by the kindness of the guys, my husband and I had excellent fillet tagliatelle, while my guys had lobster and sea bass. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our first time eating here. What a wonderful find we’ll definitely be returning. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had the set lunchtime menu. Really good value. Can’t wait to go again.

Started off well, all the staff friendly. Then went rapidly down hill. They took there time collecting out plates and giving us the dessert menu which was fine. When we got the dessert menu once again time was taken before they took our order. Once taken out order and received desserts and glass of wine we got told we had 15 minutes to consume it. 5 mins later got told in a very aggressive way we had 5 mins left and we need to go. Then a diffrent waiter came over who was very rude when I asked to take my dessert home as I'm not allowed to it here. It gets worse. We now have a hysterical waitress back waving her arms around saying she is in trouble with the boss . This went on and on and we now have the other tables looking at us. Now the boss returns and it goes on and on and on. More tears another sarcastic waiter. Never experienced anything like it totally bazzare and left us all numb to what should have been a lovely relaxed evening. We had £10 taken off the bill which was the desserts thst we didn't get to eat and the service charge. Will not be returning. I will wait for his rude response as seen by other complaints.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I have to say that the experience was really positive. For being in Worthing, I was surprised by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. The pizza Italia had a thin dough but was really good, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. (The pesto was delicious and fresh). The pasta alla puttanesca was also excellent, tasty and very very well prepared. The restaurant has a family atmosphere and pleasant background music with Italian songs that make everything even more authentic. A place to recommend for those looking for a corner of Italy abroad! Reading the negative reviews I just can't understand! I find that bad pizza and food is anything but what Enzo offers I will definitely go back when I pass through Worthing again

Enzo 2 hours only After an hour and half was told table needed so would have to hurry up Given dessert menu and so ordered more drinks and dessert It came and was told 5 mins need to leave table as it was needed so hurry up again ! So did not have time to finish desserts had to leave So be careful if you go out for a nice catch up with friends wanting a nice meal out then this is not a place you can do that The service was slow and so was not our fault we did not finish within 2 hours Do not have the pesto pizza it was covered with green pesto and the tiramisu was worse than Tesco All we wanted was a nice meal out to chat and catch up with friends and eating out you expect to receive a good service as your paying for that but this was hurried and not professional ending up with an aggressive waiter and a waitress crying hysterically trying to apologise They reduced the bill taking off the un eaten dessert and tried to give us drinks but we paid and left the damage had been done by rude staff wanting us to leave so they could squash more customers in

Outstanding, authentic Italian. Greeted upon entry with a smile and taken to our seats. The specials board have a nice variety and reasonably priced. The food was fresh and good quality. The desert was well made and with plenty for flavour and the portion size was just enough. What I liked was they didn't come over as soon as we started eating our meal asking if it was ok, they knew it was good and left us to enjoy our meal in peace. I would strongly recommend this if you haven't tried it before, it will be the only Italian restaurant in Worthing I will go to from now on.

Very disappointing. Charming staff but service very slow. Starter of garlic pizza bread arrived cold and hard. Main pasta dish was lacking in flavour and generally poor. Other guests felt the same, food was not hot and lacking. It was quite an expensive meal and we certainly would not return.

Excellent well cooked food. Very busy for a Wednesday afternoon. I had beef polpette in the best tomato sauce followed by spaghetti carbonara. Highly recommend.

Visiting Worthing for the first time & in need of something to eat before retiring back to the hotel for the night. An agreement for pizza & a quick bit of googling gave us Enzo's as a promising eatery within half a mile of the sea front. Easy to find & very welcoming. Immediately shown to a table even though we'd not booked. A fair sized menu & lots of specials on the boards but pizza it was. Calzone & tuna were our choices. Very quickly served piping hot from the oven. Lovely flavours & almost too much to finish! A fair few other diners coming & going, all seemed to be very satisfied. Good, friendly service, great food = highly recommended.

Cannot even begin to say how amazing mine and the other half’s food was at Enzo’s! Won the competition for 2 free pizzas so we took the opportunity to order a starter each and wine! Completely faultless and the staff were absolutely lovely! Cannot wait to go back already! 11/10! ⭐✨🖤

It was the 2nd time this week we visited Enzos. I'm gluten free so always expect less than perfect food....but not here. 1st night brilliant pasta bolegnese and 2nd night the best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten.

This was our first time at Enzo’s in Worthing and we plan to go back! If I had to use one word to describe our experience I would say it was AMAZING! The restaurant is welcoming, the service is perfect (enough attention to have everything you need when you need it without feeling overwhelmed) and the food is incredible!

This place is a gem! We don't usually eat in Italian restaurants because the food is often inauthentic and over-priced. Enzo's is a spectacular exception. Here, first off, you feel welcomed, with a warm hospitality and friendliness. Then, you get to choose from a menu that's full of seriously good proper food. You're given time to choose and to rest between courses, which is great, because the portions are generous and because, honestly people - that's how we should eat. This is slow food, real food, proper food. Finally, the bill comes and you do a double-take. How did this cost so little? Are we in rural Calabria, that the prices are so low? Nah, we're in Worthing,UK. This is one of those rare places that shows what a bunch of heartless grifters are all those restos that serve you soggy pasta and charge you top-dollar for it. Come here hungry and ready for an authentic Italian family dining- a little bit of heaven.

What a great restaurant, had our Christmas party for 32 people last night. Communication beforehand was brilliant. Pre orders worked really well. Portions were huge. It’s wasn’t warm so had to reheat it. They charge 11% on top of any order which isn’t acceptable which is a shame as it was a nice tasting pizza. But not recommending due to it costing nearly £5 service charge & delivery… what the heck!!

We were a table of 6. The food was luke warm on arrival and was pretty much inedible and over priced. Veg was clearly frozen and not fresh and we were lucky if we got one slice of potato mixed in. Fish and chips was £21 and looked like Findus fish portions from Iceland! Really disappointing. Definitely won’t return here.

Lively atmosphere in pleasant surroundings. Having read the great reviews we were really looking forward to our evening. The restaurant was busy but there were some free tables and thus the restaurant was not full. However the service was poor (several things we asked for never arrived -like spoons rather than knives for pasta, extra parmesan) and the food was somewhat underwhelming.

I don’t know where to start. I don’t know what to write. All I can say is the best ever place I’ve been I recommend to everyone give challenge give recommend to everybody.

The best Italian restaurant in the county! The chefs are Italians from Naples (those who know Italy, understand what I'm saying 😉) the owners are 100% Italian, the wine is Italian...so, those hours in the restaurant take you on a cruise in traditional Italy. The taste in the restaurant takes you from Amalfi to Tuscany. The food is extremely fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is typical Italian. After the first visit, I guarantee that you will return. Went for lunch yesterday, had meat balls in lovely tomato sauce as starter, carbonara with delicious cream sauce as main. Very good quality and all that for £10.95 So good that I went back today for whitebait served with a nice salad and tartare sauce, mains spaghetti bolognaise. Both excellent!

My friend and I decided to catch up for lunch so we decided on Enzo's Italian Restaurant as she hasn't been before. We started obviously with a bottle of CA'Bolani prosecco.😋🍸🍷. We considered the lunch deals which are amazing but decided to try the other delights on the menu. She chose the Gamberoni all’aglio- Whole king prawns cooked in garlic and fresh herb butter for starter.and I chose the Scallops. Both cooked perfectly with great flavours. I had the Penne Enzos - Chicken and pasta in a lovely spicy tomato sauce for main and my friend asked for the Crab pasta but was then made aware there was King Crab spaghetti as a special so she went with that. She wasn't disappointed. No room for dessert but I finished with an Espresso. Absolutely amazing service in a lovely atmosphere . It was nice to see all demographics visiting the restaurant on a Tuesday lunchtime in January . Can't wait until I go again 🥰

ENZO’S ITALIAN - What a gem! Had a stonkingly fantastic meal at Enzos last night. Greeted with big beaming friendly smiles and shown to a lovely table. I ordered the Beef Carpacio followed by the Slow-Cooked Belly Pork with Barolo Sauce, Mrs M went for Garlic Mushrooms followed by Fresh Tuna & Swordfish with King Prawns and salad. The beef carpaccio was amazing, slice upon slice of wafer thin fillet beef, fresh Parmesan, peppery rocket and red onions. The soft and delicate beef with the salty Parmesan and peppery rocket was an absolute delight. But… the Pork… OMG the Pork!!! This is a stunning dish, the meat was so soft that it ate like the finest fillet steak and the Barollo sauce was rich and punchy. Mrs M hoovered-up the mushrooms and said they were excellent she then devoured this perfectly cooked plate of fish and prawns all smothered in garlic and fresh parsley. I finished off with a pot of amazing homemade tiramisu and a double espresso and Mrs M had Banoffi Pie and a Latte. Back to Enzo's Italian Restaurant tonight Mark chose the sirloin steak with fries, while I decided on the fillet of seabass accompanied by cherry tomatoes and roasted vegetables, all wrapped in a foil parcel that I often wish I could turn into a hat. As always, the food was incredibly delicious, and the service was fantastic. They mentioned that they are nearly fully booked for Christmas Day. If you're considering treating yourself to a lovely Italian meal on the holiday, now is the perfect time

Extremely rude staff and a terrible experience. I had been gifted a £40 off food voucher by Enzos themselves and when I took it to the restaurant they told me that it was a fake and didn’t even attempt the code which I hadn’t ofcourse used. Will never eat here again and would advise anyone the same. Voucher was still ofcourse indate aswell

What a fantastic experience! This family-run Italian restaurant in Worthing is a real treasure. I started with their homemade meatballs, which were incredibly flavorful and tender—the perfect start. The Pizzas were absolutely amazing, best we’ve had for a long time but sadly were stone cold when they got to us !!! We had to reheat them in the oven - delivery time was changed twice !!! So we knew they would be late but did expect them to be at least warm

Went with friends last night. Absolutely packed on a Tuesday night! I had the mussels for starter and seafood pasta for main with homemade pasta. Absolutely delicious! The waitress was wonderful - her name was Tommasa - a real credit to the restaurant. Will definately be going back.

Can’t speak highly enough of Kekko. He gave the warmest welcome, the friendliest service and the children absolutely adored him. The food was outstanding too!

We have just eaten the most wonderful Italian food in this friendly family run restaurant. Tommasa looked after us and couldn’t have been more warm or attentive. It had that wonderful Italian vibe with families with kids, a seventieth birthday party and couples all mixed together with the staff making sure everyone was happy. The food was absolutely delicious.

It is always a delight wheb we go to Enzo. When you step in the door, you feel like you landed in Italy insrantly. From the decor which reminds you of an Italian family restaurant to the food which has the exact taste, freshness and ingredients as they do in Italy. By all means, you have to try it! You will go back for sure and for more 😉

There is always one person in a family whom “doesn’t like Italian food” yes, that WAS me. Almost by accident my wife and I stumbled upon Enzo’s, looked at the menu(which was very well priced) and my wife said shall we eat here? With a slightly deflated yes and the thought that there’s a lovely Indian locally we entered. There was an instant bustle to the restaurant with the staff treating you as a friend as opposed to a customer, we were seated and ordered wine and then our food. For starter I had Gamberoni All’aglio Whole king prawns cooked in garlic and fresh herb butter WOW I was way more than impressed and couldn’t wait for the main dish, my wife had Spaghetti ai frutti di mare. Pasta, king prawns, mussels, clams, baby calamari, cherry tomato, garlic, olive oil, white wine, which I tried and was gorgeous (wouldn’t normally have!) and I had Tagliatelle al filetto (S) Pasta, fillet, mushrooms, red peppers, olive oil, onion, chilly peppers, My God it was like an angel had cried tears of joy on my tongue, after finishing we had a lovely chat with Enzo and his son, they even offered to give me some pointers on Italian cuisine in the future, long story short it took me 51 years and the right restaurant to make me realise that my favourite food is Italian 🇮🇹 See you soon Enzo and team, plenty more dishes to try !!!! 🙏🏻❤️

Went to Enzo's for our wedding anniversary on Saturday night, this is the atmosphere we always love 😁 relaxed lively chatter & mouthwatering smells from the kitchen, just like your favourite restaurant abroad!! Fantastic service & felt like family straight away! Amazing delicious food, cooked to perfection, even just the authentic tomato sauce was the best I've tasted! We've been before so we know the food is superb, but our first time on a Saturday night & if we could bottle that atmosphere to open up every weekend we would be forever happy 🥳😀! I have eaten at Enzo’s on a number of occasions and each time have been impressed by the variety and quality of the food and the atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in Italy. The owner and staff are all very friendly and go out of the way to make you enjoy your meal. Tommasa does a brilliant job front of house and makes sure all the customers are looked after. I'd highly recommend Enzo's.
