The best restaurants serving Italian food in North West

Although it is rumoured to be closed for redecoration many locals believe it will not re-open as planned. This is a shame as they served consistently good food.

Instead off going out we decided to have takeout from La Scarla Restautant, We had Brushchetta with the most amazingly sauce, to follow Cannelloni with Garlic Bread it was amazing would highly recommend very reasonable prices Very satisfied Ruth Clarke

This is am absolute little gem of a place, food is amazing, great staff and the restaurant is very clean, great welcome. we went twice in July an cant wait for them to open after there Holiday's ..Highly Recommended

There are a few vegetarian options on the menu and all of the pizzas were really nice; they seemed really fresh and homemade, really crispy too. We managed to squeeze in without a booking on a Saturday night since we were eating early but I suspect a booking would be needed generally. The service was good and the prices reasonable.

The owner Paola and her family make you feel like home. The food is so delicious and you can taste authentic Italian food. The pizza is perfect and I can't wait for the next time. I sincerely reccommend Gnammy Italy! ☺️

The food was delicious 😋, and the staff were so friendly…I really felt welcomed😁..the atmosphere was amazing and the decor was so modern…I’m a big fan and they have gotten so used to me being there that I feel part of the sun pizza family 😊

Mrs P's Luxury Ice Cream and Coffee House is a hidden gem. We've called in on numerous occasions with our 4 your old grandson on the way back from The Little Lancashire Village in Rawtenstall. The approach to the shop is a little steep but there's a large free car park at the top of the hill that usually has spaces available. Mr's P's has a great selection of ice cream and sometimes has "guest" flavours available. On our most recent visit they were doing a Halloween themed flavour containing treacle, it was delicious. Our grandson usually takes ages to pick as there's so much choice! Seating is available if you want a coffee with your ice cream.

Came to don albetos for the second time and it was great, amazing fun staff ( you could tell they liked there job) highly recommend

Why did this place take an on line booking, confirm it,, AND NOT Tell us you were CLOSED!!!! Angry. Cost us a taxi fare and a ruined evening

First time trying this restaurant, we were warmly greeted, the gentlemen serving us was very polite and accommodating . Lunch hours run until 5pm so you wouldn't feel rushed if you went in for a late lunch. We shared a meatball starter which we both loved, tasty but not too rich, and had pizza mains which again were very nice. Will definitely be back to try some more options on the menu!

I’ve been many times over the years, different locations but the coffee, food and choice of Italian groceries has remained first class. But most of all, the atmosphere is so Italian and the staff are the best. It’s my first choice place to go in Manchester regardless of location. Simply the best 🇮🇹

An impromptu visit for a bite to eat on a sunny Tuesday evening. This place was absolutely buzzing-great atmosphere, lovely staff & good quality food and drink…what’s not to like! Well done to Will, Daniel & all of the team as we know how hard they’ve all worked to create this wonderful place.

Recommended here by a colleague as we were staying in the area. We were warmly welcomed and given water for the table as soon as we arrived (always a good start imo). Pizzas were delicious and service was quick and very friendly.

Visited for bottomless brunch-oh my the team did us proud. Lovely selection of drinks, food was served hot & efficiently & was delicious. Never once had to call anyone to top our drinks up. Excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone at Brunching for making our visit a real celebration.
