What a welcome, the food was excellent and the service second to none Salvatorie was an excellent generous host and Chris's food was amazing, we had such a good evening we went back the next night to sample the pizza, which was excellent, we wanted to sample the sweet menu but were too full, we will next time. Well done to you both for creating such a lovely restraunt and fantastic atmosphere you had better believe we will be back. Highly recommend

We visited Fortunata as a family of 5 last week, mixed age group as there was my grandparents in their 80’s, my mum in her 50s and me who is 30, along with my 3 year old Francesca and we all absolutely loved it! There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant and we noticed this as soon as we entered. Great music and there was just such a friendly vibe! The food was beautiful, pizzas home made and you can even tell the bases were made fresh.. my grandad says it was the nicest pizza he has had! Salvatore was so lovely and welcoming, we loved his dancing and he made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return to here when we are back in Southport! Lovely place

Ate here last night on our way home from formby beach sat outside as we had our westie with us had a delicious meal carbonara and bolognese followed by strawberry pavlova we were served by a very lovely gentleman who was the perfect host will definitely be visiting again 5*

Delicious meals, today, at this restaurant. The pizza was the best I’ve had, with no wasted crust round the side. Topping was delicious. My wife had the pancake “ Orchard” which was stacked full of chicken and ham and our 10 year old granddaughter said her Carbonara was the best she’s ever eaten.

A warm welcome, friendly staff and family atmosphere. Excellent value for money and a varied choice. Had the best fillet steak I've had for years and the special coffee truly lived up to its name. Highly recommend this gem. The evenings entertainment was wonderful - we'll be back!

We have been to 519 for the last 3 days of our trip. We have tried lots of different things on the menu and each one has been better if possible than the previous meal! Tonight we finished the evening with baileys cheesecake which is one of the best things I have ever eaten! My wife is a chef herself and she's often hard to impress when we go out for meals but she's loved each meal we have had here! The service from Sal is exceptional! We are already planning our next trip back to Southport just so we can visit this restaurant again!!

Had a wonderful night 519 Fortunata the food was fantastic very tasty and fresh, Sal made us feel very welcome like we had known him long time everybody was so friendly and we could not fault anything about the night and to top it all there was a wonderful singer called Ken who entertained us all evening with some great music ,all in all a wonderful night out thank you to everybody we will certainly be back .

Words cannot express how fantastic an evening we had here. It was like being at a happy family gathering. We were made to feel so welcome. The food was sublime, the beer was cold, the liqueur coffees were pure theatre and the live music was wonderful. Thank you so much for entertaining us so perfectly. We will definitely be seeing you again soon.

Booked in passing for Saturday night. So glad we did. We had a great time with good food and service. There is a regular singer on Saturday night and the entertainment was great too with everyone up dancing. Sal the owner and waiters were very friendly. We arrived at 8 and didn't leave to near midnight. Highly recommended.
