The best restaurants serving Italian food in Sefton North West

Walked in and we were seated immediately. Food was excellent and service was friendly and fast. Loved the selection and atmosphere.

My friend and I were visiting Crosby and decided to stop for lunch. Food OK but service awful. Young girl pleasant, can't say the same about the older woman who served our food. No smile, no pleasantries, i wouldn't say she was rude but her attitude wasn't. If you work in hospitality, be hospitable. A smile goes a long way. Won't go back.

A very charming evening. The staff created a wonderfully warm atmosphere for our family occasion. The food was of a high quality. Thoroughly recommend.

What a welcome, the food was excellent and the service second to none Salvatorie was an excellent generous host and Chris's food was amazing, we had such a good evening we went back the next night to sample the pizza, which was excellent, we wanted to sample the sweet menu but were too full, we will next time. Well done to you both for creating such a lovely restraunt and fantastic atmosphere you had better believe we will be back. Highly recommend

We just love this place. It was our third ever visit this evening and it consistently hits the spot. Really great Italian food, attentive service with a smile and just a great place all round to enjoy a meal with friends and family. Cocktails are particularly impressive also! Recommended and will be returning again and again!

Came in over valentines with my girlfriend, great menu lots to choose from, food fast and very delicious. Ribs melt off bone and steak the best I’ve had. Service was excellent would go here again

Very disappointed. Scoozi in Ormskirk was closed (wouldn’t let us order online and opening times on their website were updated), so ordered online at the Aintree one for collection instead as their opening hours said they were open today, let me place my order online and pay with Apple Pay. Turned up to collect my order and it was closed!!

A Blue Monday offer and what a superb offer - however I have always found this Prezzo superb - tonight was no exception. The food even tho on offer was the same high standard and very well presented and tasty. The venue is immaculate and quite refined - extremely neat and tidy and well kept as are the toilets which were impeccable, Then the staff, all were so nice, so well mannered and overall perfect. It makes a change to have such gracious people. Everything tonight perfect - thanks

We have been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years, the food is consistently good, freshly prepared and cooked, never disappoints, staff are always friendly and helpful and a great atmosphere My favourite place to eat.

We tried it for new year's eve. Place was empty and so cold.had to sit with jackets on. Ordered drinks. One of them came with a fly.then ordered food including lobster. Was not fresh at all! Was smelly and rubbery and when we asked for appropriate cutlery to break lobster we were given a dirty pair of scissors. The salmon supposedly served with a prawn sauce was served with ketchup and mayonnaise and pizza had a hair on it and that was after waiting 45 minutes! Walked out and went to eat somewhere else!lack of sympathy from staff towards all the issues

Explained I was disappointed with the Lasagna as the pasta/filling was only in half the bowl, the rest was just sauce thrown in at the sides to fill the bowl. The waitress proceeded to lecture me on how lasagna is made (very patronising) and apparently it’s normal to serve lasagna in a sea of sauce either side!? House salad disappointing too, not so fresh lettuce, onion, 2 slices of cucumber and 2 cherry tomatoes. Appreciate food and labour prices are increasing but I would not recommend eating here!

Worst service ever. I have lodged a complaint as it was diabolical. The staff could honestly not care less. Had to constantly ask for assistance. Just don't bother. There are plenty of other places to choose from within this retail park.

Amazing food, with brilliant & friendly staff. Me & my partner had Chicken Shish, which was lovely. Also we got a complimentary dessert to try, again was amazing. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Amazing place with high quality food and drinks. Make sure to visit the "secret garden" too!
