Really impressed, great food and extensive menu. Plenty of space around the tables not all crammed in. Three of us popped in last minute, open minded as it was our first visit. Chose from the small plate menu. We shared a range of dishes including fish and chips, paella , sliders , gambas pil pil, siumai ,steak and fries . Generous portions, hot tasty food. Credit to the chef was really good . Well done

I have just visited signature and had the most lovely breakfast . The food tasted so fresh and it was very filling , I had the full English and my partner had the shashuka . We were not disappointed in the slightest both were very tasty . The gentleman that served also was very helpful and full of knowledge . We will definitely be returning, thank you signature

Lovely little spot, great selection of small plates that had plenty of flavour. The breakfast menu looked good also so we will be back to try!

Have been few times no complaints , sadly this occasion the food was cold and we felt had been reheated from day earlier , had a greasy taste to it . We spoke with the waitress, she was very apologetic , after speaking to the chef offered 10% off the food . We had eaten some but 3 out of 4 meals left . We didn’t really expect to pay for the meals that had not been eaten . After no apology from the chef, just arrogant excuses as to why the food was cold we managed to get a further discount ! Sadly won’t be going back , his attitude both towards customers and staff was disgusting . Felt the staff felt embarrassed and uncomfortable working with such a rude chef .

Went to Signature Bistro for dinner and it was superb from start to finish. James looked after us brilliantly with great attentive service. We ordered from the small plates menu and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning and would certainly recommend to others. Great new addition to Churchtown.

The brunch menu had no vegan options, but they said they could adapt something. After about twenty minutes, a waiter delivered three options: garlic mushrooms on toast, plain mushroom on toast, or pulled mushrooms on toast. This is despite there being many menu items that could very easily have been adapted (for example, avocado, and the makings of a full English). The garlic mushrooms portion was stingy. Only enough mushrooms to cover one slice of bread, but they gave two (so one slice was just empty!) No spread. Just dry toast. The mushrooms themselves were nice, but there weren’t many of them, and so it was majorly overpriced for what we got. However, they do have oat milk, and the oat milk latte was lovely! Probably better for a coffee than food for any vegans/veggies. It made me laugh that they have an entire separate menu for dogs, but not a single vegan option! The customer service was a bit lacking - we were left alone with empty plates for ages (nobody came to offer us more coffee). We were eventually asked to leave because they had an event coming in, but nobody had offered us the bill before then. On the plus side, the interior is nicely done and the outside space would be lovely in warm weather. I note that they are recruiting more staff, so perhaps customer service will improve with time.
