The best restaurants serving Italian food in Havering London

It’s always a pleasure to visit Da Vinci’s which is a true credit to Hornchurch. Our latest experience was on Saturday evening when we enjoyed more delightful Italian food and wine along with excellent service from Rodici , Laura and Giovanni. Craig and his team really have made this restaurant a fantastic place for locals to visit with very reasonable prices and perfectly cooked food. Then the team are always there with friendly service you would expect in a local restaurant. Last night we enjoyed the Polpette , Calimari , Pollo alla Milanese , Sea Bream before being treated to a special dessert. If for some reason you never been here I would definitely recommend doing so. Many Thanks to all the staff and see you again soon.

A rushed experience. Customer service leaves little to be desired. Food was decent enough and the place is ‘instagramable’ but not being able to stay and relax to enjoy what you’ve ordered, is a nonsense. We would have ordered more! Needs a much better system to look after the customers you have before taking new ones in!

My mum is very fussy with food and it was our 1st time here. We were very torn on what to get and our lovely waitress Steffy was amazing with describing the dishes to us and all the kind of things we could have that went well with them including our amazing refreshing cherry mock tails. Even thanked the chef Fationa of how amazingly she cooked our meals.

Don’t order using the website, apparently the restaurant get different order to what you submit. Ordered Cheese burger with salad no onions and got onions no salad, simple mistake but was told by the staff the ordering system doesn't work. Not to mention the £4 cold mushrooms.

Extremely late pizza delivery. Pizza was stone cold when arrive, no apology from driver. Box was open when arrived

Me and my friends went for a dinner on Sunday evening. The food was great,huge portions! Agnieszka was very professional and proved best service! We will be back for sure!

Do not order from here!! We had very bad experience today ordered at 6:30pm and waited about an hour as our pizza had not arrived so I tried calling them And when I tried calling them no response for 2 hours! And when I finally got through to Milano all I got was excuses that there was no driver and when I asked for a refund they just refused to give me one and they hung up the phone call. I ended up going to their doorstep to ask for a refund! Extremely bad service will never be ordering from them again. Stay away

Ordered a takeaway at the restaurant while we waited for our food the young man got us chairs to sit on. Food was very tasty with good flavour.

If I could rate a zero then I would. Turned up for late lunch to be served by a girl who didn’t understand any English so my bacon sandwich order she fishy understand, So another server took over and paid, waited 20ish minutes for my sandwich, everyone who came in after me got their food and I was still waiting. So asking another server where my lunch was apparently order got lost somewhere over the rainbow I guess, then 5 minutes passed and a complimentary fresh tea arrived took a bite from my very late bacon sandwich and it was dry as a bone no butter, so took up sandwich and owner/manager said apparently about allergies that’s why they don’t butter them, ridiculous why not ask customer first instead of just not doing it, so I asked for a refund of my money which they did and I left, I really should’ve read the reviews first before entering, your loss della continental!
