Fantastic venue! Best restaurant in Hornchurch! The food is excellent, well presented and tasty; the atmosphere is buzzing, so busy and vibrant; the decor is beautiful and perfect for your snap chat photos; and the service is fast, friendly and efficient! All round great restaurant! Never disappoints! 😀

My friend and I always go to Marleys twice a month. We like the food and atmosphere. But today we had a brunch and ordered an extra drink. We were rushed out within an hour because people were waiting. This isnt our fault and they should be told a waiting time, not paying customers rushed out. I could understand if we were 90 mins or two hours. I had just ordered a coffee and was told I could take it away in a cup. Needless to say I wont be going back. Although im my friend and I are only two customers. We go regularly and we noticed a few other tables were rushed out as quickly. Real shame as we liked it there.

Erm,,,.. nice place to look at…… we have been 3 times now, first time was quite nice, had some pasta dish and had no complaints…. 2nd and 3rd time the food was poor, they can’t cook nice waffles or pancakes, seriously swerve them…. The chicken waffle was so poor I don’t really have the words…. But won’t be going back so ta ta Marleys, so long, farewell…. GOODBYE forever ….

As soon as you walked through the doors they were asking how many people were sitting (booked for 9) and then asked the next lot of the group the same question! Food was good altho came up very quickly! Plates and drinks were handed to us over each others heads! No regard for safety. Felt so rushed. We knew we only had table for 2 hours but was rushed when asked what we wanted. Still had 30 mins to go and was told we needed to leave by 7! Yes we know, you've already told us. And the £28 service charge is a joke. Don't know how they can justify it. We should be allowed to tip what and if we want. They did nothing extra to deserve that kind of money. Won't go back. Plenty more places in hornchurch to eat.

I have dined at Marley’s about 5 times now and every single time I’ve been I’ve always had a great experience. I’ve been for lunch as well as dinner and each occasion has been faultless. The food is always amazing, tastes amazing and is presented beautifully. The staff are always been attentive and polite and it has a good atmosphere. I will continue to return and would highly recommend this restaurant :)

First time at Marleys, not a good experience at all ! food was nice although they made mistake with my two daughters meals they served up wrong dish for both so we were left eating ours while they were left waiting, then after only being there just over an hour we were issued the bill and told they need the table in 15 mins wasn’t even offered the desert menu, we weren’t advised we had limited time when we were seated ! Totally ruined it for me and I will not be returning !

Went with a large party for my sisters 50th a few people have been unwell through the night .tried to squeeze 6 people on a small round table they shouldn't have taken the large booking if they cant accommodate everything was rushed , All they could see was what they can make at out of it

Myself & daughter went for lunch , (you can’t book, it’s a walk in at lunch time) I thought it was busy for a Tuesday, obviously popular. We arrived at 12pm as you cannot book during the day. We were there an hour and a quarter, just finished our meal when we were given 15 minutes by the waiter to leave. apparently we are only allowed an hour and a half. We said we wanted a glass of wine to finish our meal and after being firm they reluctantly agreed to serve us our wine. A regular in my local town, always super popular! It's the main place I go for breakfast and lunch, I have never been for dinner. Great coffee, ambience, and the food is the main highlight for me, a varied menu, great portion sizes and tastes fresh. Please keep it up!

Myself and my husband had ordered the Marley breakfast and Tea. We have to say its the best breakfast that we have both had in the area. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Nice environment to sit in. Definitely worth a visit and we will return again soon.

I pre booked a table for 2 Thursday evening.. we were offered a booth or another table. We chose the booth, which was in the corner of the restaurant & surrounded by lovely colourful backdrops. Our waitress was very nice as we’re all the staff. We ordered drinks & we both opted for the cream chicken with mash. The potion size was a lot bigger than expected, the food was delicious. The meat was tender & very tasty. We were too full for dessert. My friend had not been before and was very impressed. It was a warm evening and we noticed the bi fold doors had been open. It was very comfortable. We had a lovely evening.

Well the decor and cocktails were nice, but the food was so so below average.. the food at prezzo is better than here… the prices they are charging for a main course is high for such basic food. I myself would never return back.

This is a truly fantastic venue, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. The food is excellent, colourful and well presented. The service us fast, efficient and friendly, and you are welcomed with open arms and sent on your way with a wave and a smile. The venue itself is very nice, and full of the usual instagram photo opportunities. I’ve coming here fir some time now and it never disappoints. Every time I have been here the food has been exceptional but tonight the food was well below expected. The starters was excellent but unfortunately main course was well below the usual standard that we get . We had three main courses of chicken ala creme . The chicken was really tough and had been overcooked as it was extremely dry , the vegetables were impossible to cut and inedible. We did complain but was offered better cooked vegetables or choose main course but as we’d managed to eat some of the meal there was no point. Deserts were good followed by coffee. No discount what so ever was offered not even complimentary coffee but they made sure to add almost £18 service charge , we asked for this to be removed. We did leave a tip for the serving staff who are courteous and friendly at all times . It’s such a shame as we normally are so happy with everything at Marley’s but unfortunately due to this Won’t be going back for a long while. Sorry Marley’s but we expected better! Usually the food is excellent…….

Ten out of ten - great food and even better service. All staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Lamb chops were amazing. And French toast was the best I’ve had. Can’t fault the place (although it’s a shame it’s right by a road, but it’s a minor thing). Also couldn’t fault the prices. Please do add service charge onto bills because we didn’t realise it wasn’t included until after. So had to make a separate payment by card for service charge. They did such a great job. We’ll definitely be returning

I pre booked but unfortunately I got the time wrong & arrived an hour late ( my mistake) The fella who I spoke to on arrival manage to give us a table, the restaurant was busy for a Wednesday so we were pleased we got a table. The staff were all lovely & friendly. Food was fresh & tasty. I had ribeye and it was delicious. Marleys has a lovely feel with its colourful background & lights, there is also some covered outside seating. It’s a short walk from the queen’s theatre so ideal for a pre theatre meal ..

One word….AMAZING!!! Had a lovely time yesterday for my brother’s birthday. From the entrance, the decor, the furniture, the staff, the service and the food. Even catered to our needs by switching some of the sides that came with the main meals to something else. First time in 2 years our youngest child sat still, ate all of his meal and laughed throughout. The kids meals were massive, but our children did not complain it was too much as they could not get enough. Enjoyed our experience so much, that we want to go back. So I just booked to go there again with the family in August.

I have always seen this place busy so I thought that it's about time that I tried it out. As you can see from the heading it was a find. Food was good as was the service. Just one thing please listen to your customers Bloody Mary is a popular drink the waitress when asked for it say's that everyone ask's for it but you do not offer it WHY?

I’ve been to Marley’s loads of times and just thought I’d write a review as I love it there. The food is great & delicious - I’m honestly really pleased that a place like this is open in Hornchurch as it was something which was missing and really needed! The atmosphere is lovely and I often sit outside with my dog! I recently went for a birthday brunch and the waiters and waitresses are so friendly and lovely - brought out a little dog bowl for our dogs and were just really thoughtful. It makes such a difference - we even were worried as we didn’t realise an extra family member was arriving, so we had to ask for another seat but the staff helped us so much and jiggled the seating around so that we could all sit together. I always usually get a veggie breakfast, so have added a picture, but I’ve been numerous times and gotten a variety of different things and it’s always been delicious! I really love it here and would recommend it so much :)

Super meal at Marley's - My wife had the classic vegetarian burger and I settled, eventually, for the chops. Both meals were presented well and the tasted superb - kudos to the chef! Staff and management very friendly and attentive. First time eating here, was off to a show at Queens' theatre after, but we will be back.

Fantastic food and service. Have been here several times for brunch and dinner. One thing I would recommend is live entertainment of an evening would be a great bonus.
