Milano Pizza in Havering

Do not order from here!! We had very bad experience today ordered at 6:30pm and waited about an hour as our pizza had not arrived so I tried calling them And when I tried calling them no response for 2 hours! And when I finally got through to Milano all I got was excuses that there was no driver and when I asked for a refund they just refused to give me one and they hung up the phone call. I ended up going to their doorstep to ask for a refund! Extremely bad service will never be ordering from them again. Stay away

Is supposed to come between 9:50-10:10 , at 10:57 I’ve been to they’re restaurant and driver still on the way to my house 😂😂😂😂 takes me 10 minutes !!!! 1 first think - is not italian restaurant 2 only pakistan / indian / bangladesh people they doesn’t know 3 words in English , in special delivery drivers !!! 🤬😡

Tried to phone about our order being late and were told different excuses each time we rang, when it arrived all of It was stone cold and we were given another story by the delivery driver. Rang to tell the restaurant the food was cold and were told we should’ve returned it and would be given a voucher off for next time and then hung up on for a third time

Food delivered 30 minutes late, called on 3 separate occasions to chase, staff hung up the phone, food arrived cold. Manager rude and very abrasive

Ordered for the first time after recommendation. Nice hot pizza and fast delivery. Tasty and also got a discount from the app

We use Milano on a regular basis. Have found the pizzas to be excellent, and the staff are always friendly

Good pizza, good prices. I would recommend collecting the food, it is faster and the prices are reasonable.

Absolutely shocking customer service. We ordered two ‘meaty’ pizzas and there was one bit of bit on some slices and none on another. When we rung up to tell them, we were told that there was plenty of meat on the pizzas which is completely untrue! We were told if we wanted more meat then we should have asked - but surely less than one piece of meat per slice is not satisfactory!

I'm living off takeaways at the moment as I have no kitchen. My partner whose 2.5 months preganent fancied pizza. It's a part lockdown, so went to out trusted milano. Rang to place an order, paid over then phone by card. As soon as payments taken he says "45-60 minute wait for delivery, payments taken, no refund." Then hangs up. I'm like WTF!!!! At least say that your busy before hand. Seriously!!! Lost a customer for that stunt. Not going back. Suck a shame. Like their pizza to. Service is important. No service no return custom. Such a duche move to do over the phone. We are before hand as the new needed a little something to the her over and me to be honest. Happy pizza hunting. I'll avoid this place next time. Cheers all

We ordered 2 pizza, chicken hot and tuna hot. We were told it would take 30 minutes to deliver and they were exactly right. However we struggled to find any chicken or tuna, I almost felt I'd ordered to vegetarian options. Tasted fine but nothing to sing about.

We order pizza from Milano on a Friday night. When we first ordered, I accidentally ordered at XL on a deal for £19.99. What arrived were two HUGE mouth watering freshly prepared hot pizzas! We devoured it all. Being from another country where we feel we cannot find good pizza in the UK, Milano has made us the most happy. Lots of yummy for a little money. We now order Milano every Friday night for a family night in. And they deliver! Have an app for easy ordering. Milano for president 😂

This was my first time using Milano, opted for delivery but you can collect in a shorter time you prefer. 30 mins later two very hot, tasty pizzas. Will use again.

I always get home delivery from them. It’s the best pizza in the town. I would recommend this definitively.

The pizzas are a little on the small side. However, they taste great. I would much rather have a smaller pizza that tastes great than a larger pizza that is bland. Delivery was quick and the food was still warm when it arrived as expected. I will be ordering again.

The pizza was absolutely delicious and so was the hot wing freshly cooked was steaming hot very impressed definitely recommend this place

Honestly the worst I’ve had. They’re literally tiny oven pizzas they’ve bought and reheated from a supermarket. Just Eat conveniently deleted my review. Avoid.

Had a lovely pizza and chicken wings massive portions very good quality better than Pizza Hut or the cheap chicken shops
