The best restaurants serving Italian food in City of London, Westminster London

He estado visitando este café todos los fines de semana durante el mes pasado, ya que es el único café en el área que abre a las 8 am. Cada vez que visito, siempre me decepciona lo grosero que es el personal, especialmente los baristas. Hoy, nuevamente, cuando recogí mi café del barista masculino, dije gracias y pedí un poco de azúcar, pero fui ignorado. Pregunté de nuevo y fui ignorado de nuevo. Finalmente levanté la voz y dije hola y la empleada respondió amablemente. Las dos nuevas empleadas que se han unido en las últimas dos semanas son educadas y amables, por lo que hay esperanza para este lugar, pero creo que viajaré más lejos para gastar mi dinero en otro lugar cada fin de semana para avanzar. Deseo que este café creara un ambiente amigable donde se sienta bienvenido a visitar y forme lazos con los locales y clientes habituales. Le he dado 2 estrellas porque el café y la comida son buenos, pero el servicio al cliente es siempre terrible.

Este lugar solía ser genial, así que me entristece escribir esta crítica.Personal inexperto que están tratando de aprender en el trabajo. Los empleados experimentados no ayudar a los jóvenes cuando le preguntamos, aparentemente tomando satisfacción en ver fracaso.Hoy ordené algunas baps de desayuno y un desayuno en una caja - los baps hicieron antes de la caja se inició y la izquierda para ir frío en el lado. Tuve que cambiar con una lámpara de calor.El fuerte tardaban mucho.... culminando en habichuelas frías se echaban a comida caliente. Cuando saqué, el servidor era consciente de que los granos deben ser hot... así que poner el desayuno entero en el microondas. En mi escritorio tuve que esforzarme por microondas dobles huevo de cemento y bacon que era chewier de biltong. Y no un morcilla a la vista!La pasión de la gente que abrió este lugar ha desaparecido y con la calidad.

I used to eat the pizzas here, that was until I had a Chicken Milanese, they are just amazing. my favourite comfort food in London, comes with tasty garlic & tomato spaghetti & parmesan.

This is not the first time we have been disappointed, neither are we alone. The breakfast is clearly pre prepared and the kitchen doesn't bother heating it up prior to serving. The staff are friendly and the location great, right by the Tate Modern but the poor standard of food preparation let's the rest of it down.

Éramos 3 personas. Pedimos 2 platos de pasta y una pizza. La pizza llegó pronto, pero la pasta tardó tanto que la persona que pidió pizza tuvo que comérsela para que no enfriara y la terminó antes de que llegara la comida de las otras dos personas. La comida estaba rica, pero no merece la pena tanto tiempo de espera.

Really terrible pepperoni pizza. Thick base, dry and chewy, like a cheap supermarket pizza. Fell far below what I would expect from Pizza Express which is usually good. After complaining to the server (very nicely) I eventually got a small amount off the bill of 20%. Not a great experience alas. Would rather have had a good pizza than a discount!

Great service. Ray (Waiter) made it exceptional. He was attentive, polite & friendly. He took care of my dietary requirements. Really enjoyed my experience. Keep it up. Thank you Ray. Will be back & strongly recommend.

Paramos en este restaurante por casualidad. Nos recibieron con un servicio excepcional. Nuestra comida era hermosa. Muy recomendable este restaurante.

Clacket lane services both team members very friendly and helpful , food was surprisingly very good for the cost and what the location would dictate £7.99 beats most cafe’s tbf will defo come back

In honesty this wasn't our original destination, but a change in circumstances and a recommendation led us to this restaurant (which I thought was just a pub, how wrong!) They managed to accommodate us and I'm so glad they did. With 4 of us we started with 3 x Beef Carpaccio & 1 x Burrata, all plates cleared! For mains: 2 x Fegato Burro e Salvia with added caramelized onions (substantial but delicious) 1 x Linguine Caldesi Prawns - again delicious 1 x Guancia Di Maiale - a little bit left as large portion, but thorouly enjoyed Desserts consisted of: 1 x Tortin Cuore Caldo & 1 x Sicilian Banana Mouse, the later being very unusual and a very pleasant combination, the mouse was so light and with the crunchy top and lemon at the bottom it gave a mixture of both texture and tart and sweet. 1 x Cheese selection - again all good Having found by chance I would definitely revisit.

Birthday meal with friends and whilst upstairs was closed the music and dancing after the meal didn't disappoint....
