Carluccio's in City of London, Westminster

This is not the first time we have been disappointed, neither are we alone. The breakfast is clearly pre prepared and the kitchen doesn't bother heating it up prior to serving. The staff are friendly and the location great, right by the Tate Modern but the poor standard of food preparation let's the rest of it down.

A meal at any Carluccio is always a treat. The menu is varied something for everyone. Great coffee and delicious take out snacks. I love the Foccacia with Veal Milanese. Staff fun and efficient. Great part of London.

Good variation of food, went with my vegetarian friend, choice was a bit more limited for him however overall a good choice and a nice place. This is part of a chain and I have been to many of them all are consistently good. A-La-Carte menu is a bit pricey for what it is, so i would suggest sticking to the Fixed price menu and specials

The breakfast magnifica was just what we needed before a hard day shopping. The staff were polite and friendly though in my opinion they could do with being a little warmer, at tines it felt like they were reading from a script, but apart from that we really enjoyed our visit and will be back again.

although their good reputation I found the food average. portion was small but at least it was not so expensive.

Having been to a number of Carluccio's outlets in both England and Ireland, this one left me a little disappointed. Bluewater was my fist experience a number of years ago and it was excellent. I also found one in Dublin while visiting and likewise it was excellent. This however left both of us disappointed. While there was nothing wrong with the food it had not the wow factor we had experienced at other outlets. We could have been in any cafe anywhere.

I am quite a regular here and always get the pasta, it's great to go as a couple especially with the taster dishes, with three different pastas from the menu. I recommend the carluccio's in Putney as it is right by the river. I also get the take out express lunch from the South Kensington branch, a big bowl of pasta and drink for a fiver! I tend to avoid chain restaurants but this place is great!

I love Carlucci's restaurants. Always good food , seri vice and atmosphere even when they are very busy. My recent visit was nothing , but perfect. My parents loved it! Thank you Carluccios. We will be back soon,
