The best restaurants serving Italian food in Bexley London

The coffee espresso it is a real Italian coffee!!! I had a nice time with my Italian friend there. The croissants (cornetti) were so good. We also tried the homemade orange juice, delicious! I really recommend it!

We had just gone to Italy a couple weeks before we ate here and compared to the restaurants over there it was a spitting image. The food was authentic, the staff were incredibly friendly and happy to attend to your needs and stomachs.

Quality of the food was 1st class with excellent quality meats in the calzone & on the pizza. Very generous topping and the staff were warm & welcoming. We visited in a Friday night having booked…it’s pretty small/tight & service was pretty slow however wasn’t in a rush…but as noted the food was great!

Little place and wasn't busy. Food is absolutely amazing and the service was very nice too. Definitely will come back and recommend to Friends and Family.

I had a superb melon starter, skate and lemon sorbet dessert. The starter was beautifully presented and tasty. The skate was almost out of this world. I struggled to finish the sorbet. Very generous portions. I noticed that some customers were unable to eat everything. Several seemed to be regulars. Good range of wines and other drinks. I congratulated staff and really enjoyed my dinner. Highly recommended. Thank you for a gorgeous meal.

Good was absolutely delicious, staff and atmosphere good and a good selection of food and drinks. The one thing I would rate down was the time it took to get to us. Within 1hr and 10 mins we had finished a starter, main and desert so would have liked more time between courses. Other than that, everything was great 😊

Best Italian restaurant in the area. Even after 15 or so visits, the food and drink is consistently excellent. A good measure of an Italian restaurant is the quality of it's classics, and the classic bruschetta is really fresh and tasty. That said, the rest of the primi piatti menu is pretty tasty too. The pasta is where Stuzzichini's secondo piatti strengths lie, particularly the fennel sausage pasta and the clam spaghetti. There are other mains but I have made it past these 2 dishes yet 😜 Naturally the red wine and prosecco selection is where I spend most of my liver time, but there is also a good amaro or two behind the bar. Oh and Ichnusa is a pretty decent lager. Suffice to say we'll be back. Again. For more fennel sausage pasta 🍝

We were dining on a Thursday at lunchtime

Nuestra experiencia en Glasshouse fue muy pobre y risible. Nos sentamos y nos dieron dos menús de vinos. Una vez que habíamos elegido pedimos un menú de comida. Luego nos dieron de nuevo menús de vinos y finalmente el menú de comida. Nos dijeron sobre dos especiales del día. Cuando se trataba de pedir la comida, una señora diferente vino a tomar el pedido y no sabía que los especiales estaban en. Por alguna extraña razón dos damas diferentes seguían viniendo a nuestra mesa y era un caso de ninguna sabía lo que estaba pasando. ¡Tanto que de repente nos dieron el menú de postres! Declaramos que aún no habíamos tenido nuestro plato principal, así que por favor, acérquense. Cinco minutos después, la señora volvió y nos preguntó si habíamos elegido nuestros postres. De nuevo le dijimos que todavía estábamos esperando nuestros platos principales. Cuando los platos principales finalmente llegaron no eran muy buenos, tal vez se habían quedado atrapados en un calentador para mantener la calma y se olvidaron, Mi esposa tuvo una oportunidad de comer su Carbonara, pero estaba muy seco, mi Linguini estaba bien, pero pensé que una salsa de vino blanco no iba a ser lo que parecía una salsa a base de tomate. Realmente creo que deberíamos haber enviado ambos cursos de vuelta. Cuando pedimos el postre vino a nuestra mesa otra señora que creo que ha sido gestora y estaba al tanto de lo que habíamos dicho de la Carbonara. Nos dieron un desierto gratis, ya que yo era el único que deseaba tener uno. Los entrantes estaban bien y el postre, pero la red eran muy pobres y el servicio muy lento. Pagué la factura (tal vez debería haber deducido el servicio). Ciertamente no volveremos a Glasshouse.

We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. Received a really warm welcome from the staff which set the tone for the rest of the evening. The food was impeccable, the timing between each course was spot on and the service was faultless. Several staff visited our table during the evening and they were all chatty and friendly. We will definitely be returning in the new year. A big thanks to all of them for a lovely evening.

This is a very small cafe in Welling High Street. You get coffees and tea and mainly sandwich type food. Very pleasant and a great place to stop
