Been going here for a good few years plus some, never had a bad meal, staff always very friendly. Great atmosphere.

Not been here few years now as they added stuff to bill that we didn't have in a large group so thought try again just 4 of us for my sons girlfriend birthday treat. Service good as always but my wife's £25 ribeye came up looking like a crap supermarket minute steak full of grisle. She tried eating it but it was atrocious. I sent it back saying why they did offer to cook another meal I said no . Manager came over I told him issue he said sometimes the steak is like this . I said if you know then why serve it as it will ruin your reputation. I will never go back there again such a shame but that's what you get for serving bad food and acknowledging the problem . Steak meal was taken off bill but that was it .

I took the family for my Daughter’s 21st meal, we couldn’t have had a more pleasant evening, the food was out of this world the staff are super friendly as you would expect and the entertainment was fun and friendly overall the best Italian 🇮🇹 food you can find

Quite disappointing. Had come as a party of 10. Some starters and mains were not available. One person was meant to have calamari and whitebait. Didnt have whitebait so just gave him calamari but didnt up the portion size to make up. My starter had some bits missing that were on the menu but nothing was said. Considering it was quite empty the service was very slow. Felt bad as we had suggested coming here. Will be giving it a miss from now on. Shame really.

Sono andata a cena in questo locale invitata da amici che abitano ormai da diversi anni qui a Londra: ci ha servito il super simpatico ed efficientissimo Rosario che ha proposto un giro di antipasti vari per poter assaggiare un pò di tutto. I gamberoni all'aglio sono semplicemente fantastici. Io insieme ad altri abbiamo preso il fritto misto, veramente molto buono, mentre altri hanno preso la pasta con il pesce e vari tipi di pizza, vi assicuro che era tutto squisito. Sinceramente ero molto scettica mangiare italiano a Londra, invece, invito tutti coloro che vogliono ritrovare l'italianità nei piatti di provare questo ristorante situato fuori dal centro di Londra. Grazie mille a Rosario e alla cucina italiana

The menu seemed inappropriate for a 90 year Birthday celebration. I like spices food but some who ordered the chicken found it way too hot for their aging taste buds. The desserts however were excellent.

Restaurant located in Bellegrove road, Welling , shooters Hill end. Some very limited and time restricted street parking around restaurant, but few hundred metres away, behind Shell garage is a public car park. Nice modern decor inside restaurant. Had family birthday lunch on a late Saturday afternoon, so not a busy time, but great, attentive and personal service. Very compressive menu of authentic Italian dishes, all well cooked and presented. Calves liver super good, melt in mouth perfectly cooked in a rich gravy. Calzone is huge and delicious, steaks all tender, pastas very authentic (and huge!). Reasonably priced wine list. Overall a really pleasant, relaxed family lunch. Well done and thanks.

What a lovely place , we stepped in for an impromptu birthday dinner for my dad yesterday and the staff are so friendly , the aesthetic is clean and cosy, it’s huge inside and looks great for hiring. The food was exceptional, the pizzas were thin based with plenty of toppings and huge , the pasta was perfectly al dente and the cocktail mum ordered was perfection. Highly recommend the this wonderful Italian spot and the Penne Spinaci Funghi, love that they’ve added added chicken to this dish since the last time I was in, hands down, some of the best Italian food I've had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The service was also exceptional - they even brought dad a little birthday ice cream is was so thoughtful of them. Looking forward to coming back and bringing the entire family. Dad was especially pleased because they made his pizza extra hot.

Very friendly family owned restaurant! Had the best time here with the atmosphere, staff and of course gooood food!! I had the Penne Spinaci Funghi pasta dish and my friend had Arrabbiata spaghetti 😋

Da Peppino's is our go to restaurant. Great food, service & very friendly staff. Excellent tribute night's . We highly recommend.

25 of us went so to be fair that was alot, still we waited 2 hours for our food had to continuesly ask for drinks as they were more interested in serving the table behind us! Even after the other table had left instead of serving us they cleared away the other table first! Then 2 people in our group found hair in the food. I had the lamb cutlets which were just fat & bone & sloppy mash potato no veg! To top it off we all payed our bill with £5 each more on top of our bill but they still put the service charge on £80!!! Wouldn't recommend this restaurant for large groups as they can not cope, out bill came to over £700

as I was checking the progress of the delivery, the driver did a detour and spent about 6 minutes at this address, apparently he was doing another delivery at the same time, by which time the food arrived cold.

First visit for all 3 of us so there on a friend's recommendation. Very pleasant staff and venue. Extensive menu and food delicious when it arrived. Hopefully we'll return sometime.

What a great Italian restaurant, great staff, food was amazing, table of 10 and everything came out together, looked after very well even though it seemed like a busy night, definitely returning.

We went for a tribute night with 3 family couples. The food was brilliant and if anything the portions were too generous. Struggled to eat it all. Recommend the deep fried Brie, Millinaise main course and Tirimisu. Elvis cancelled at last minute but the restaurant got a substitute act that were very entertaining.

This is without a doubt one of the nicest restaurants in the area. Luxurious decor, well laid tables, good food and drink and professional service.i will return and can recommend a visit.

Main meals were really good. Just both me and my friend disappointed with the desserts. Wasn't the ending of the evening we expected 🥴. Panettone cake and custard, cake was bland, no fruit in it and not very sweet. Tasted like I was eating a dumpling with custard. Profiteroles rolls not fresh, completely covered in cream and source; maybe that's why. Really was a bad ending, as main meals were great. Desserts expensive, so expected much better 🙁.

I have been going to this restaurant more times than i can count and still get the same great quality food and hospitality as i did the first time i visited. If you have been uncertain as to whether to try this restaurant then please do try it as you wont be disappointed in the slightest. Having gone through reading some of the other negative reviews, i can only assume that these have been written by other restaurant owners in the area. To clarify some of the issues from personal experience: * Dont expect to leave hungry as portion sizes are excellent * Staff are extremely friendly and service is amazing * Food is amazing, of excellent quality and always tastes fresh * Never had any discrepancies with the bill in my 20+ visits * Food is always served at that temperature its intended to be

Food was cold on delivery. The food was very poor value for money and didn't taste great either?

Lovely place but annoying when the queue for the bus is right outside your window. Was probably a bit more expensive than we anticipated. I was pretty shocked at melon & ham for nearly £12 and a cheeseboard for over £12. I love a cheeseboard but not at that price, I just couldn't fathom why it was so much. £7-£8 would be the norm and sometimes £5-£6. At nearly £50/head makes it a place just can't afford to visit when there is more cost friendly alternatives

Love this place. Been coming here for years now both for celebrations and a little treat meal now and again when we having nothing to celebrate. Food is always delicious, waiters friendly and helpful. Wish they had more dairy free options, but I understand that’s hard in Italian cuisine. Highly recommend!

Food excellent we had fillet steak with side of vegetables and cauliflower cheese with red wine and mushroom gravy. Atmosphere great everyone happy, waiters limited but very attentive

Dinner for 2! Friendly and welcoming. Menus clear and informative. Food was lovely, don't read what you hear about warmed up food, everything was fresh! Only criticism is the cost of wine. A large glass of wine is a bit extortionate!

I would 100% recommend this restaurant, we've been going since it opened, the food has always been amazing and service is on point. We come here for most family events. The manager has had some negative comments but he has always been warm and welcoming and I don't agree with them.

Came for a birthday party in middle of the week so almost empty. From the minute we got there the management did not stop complaining about our orders and drinks as if it was to much trouble for them ,food was rushed and bland and poor quality, you can tell there not Italian because there's no care or passion to what they serve.the meal was very expensive and we didn't get a thank you when we left ....stay away from this place and find a real Italian restaurant....

Went for tribute night didn't get the person advertised and they didn't even tell us when we sat down. Set menu was completely different to the one on line when we booked it, we asked to order off of the main menu instead, they said no because they were to busy. When we did get the food it was different to what it said on the menu, when we did complain they said that's all they had. Very disappointed maybe it was a one off but would think very hard about going back...considering our bill was nearly £300 for 4 of us was a disappointing night.

Cabaret night and couldn't hardly hear him where we were sat. The food was poor. Even for a set menu. The manager was then unbelievably rude about the deposit we took off the bill. He was in the wrong and eventually apologied. Won't be back in a hurry and we have been here loads before. Oh and asked for a kids menu and was told no, the kids should just have a pizza!

I was very disappointed as I have been going there for years. The food was bland, I there menu was not as before, I had to keep asking for services, and I was not pleased with the with the amount the bill came to with the service charge. Very disappointed as I did not receive a good friendly service as normal, it seemed as the just waited the orders quickly.

It is a very authentic Italian place and the entire staff are great. The pizzas were delicious too. Highly recommend.

Great ambience and welcoming staff, BUT food is DISGUSTING. Half of ordered items were not freshly cooked, but reheated. Cheap quality ingredients, pasta is tasteless, pizza is worse than some cheap fast food pizzas. So, basically you get cheap reheated fast food for the price of proper restaurant.

Took my team here for a Christmas lunch and the service was diabolical. The booking was over complicated and at some point we were instructed to send an email in Italian. The manager Antonio appeared intoxicated and shouted at customers. If you prefer a nice meal and great service then look elsewhere. What a waste of £355

Every positive part of our experience was ruined by the Manager Antonio Urso, who’s absolute lack of people skills, interest in customer service and manner was disgraceful. If the owner of the business reads these reviews, I hope they note, as per many of the other negative reviews that have been written, our visit was utterly ruined by his manner, behaviour and particularly misogynistic behaviour. I would also suggest observing his consumption as his behaviour led us to believe he may have been intoxicated. What ever the reason he is definitely working in the wrong industry. On a more positive note the food was delicious, well presented, perfectly cooked and the other members of staff lovely, welcoming and gracious. We have been frequenting the venue for several years but would never even consider returning after his disgusting behaviour.

Arrived sat down waited for a drink in the end our boss asked the owner get some staff to service going .the Owner accordingly took all our orders the food was nice but it was a fixed meal reluctant to go back others might appreciate it.

We went for my daughter’s 18 & I was very impressed the food is fresh & full of flavour , pizzas were stone baked & delicious , the bruschetta was divine with the flavoursome fresh tomato’s & fresh basil , I should probably mention Pierro the waiter who is second to none. It’s slightly on the expensive side but honestly worth the extra for the quality of food

Went with a dear friend to have a nice dinner but the manager deliberately misgendered me. This is a hate crime and it was intentional. We just left this time, think twice before going.

All arrived by 730 for a music event night. Still waiting for starters at 9pm. Didn't see much of the entertainment until after 10pm where we were sat. Seemed the priority was the much larger wedding party that was in the main restaurant. Serving drinks was slow! Seemed not enough staff. We were served the wrong meals. Staff remembered food and drink orders but not who wanted them?! I had to go about 1015 and didn't get a dessert even though I paid!!

Friends and I book a table for a meal last night and I must say I was so disappointed air conditioning was on full and directly on our table menu booklet was blowing off table when we ask if it could be turned down mangers reply was your not the only customers we had to wait hour and 45 minutes for food plate was hotter then food mine tasted like a microwave meal and was cold apart from the manger the staff were nice and did their best don't think I will be setting foot back into that place and I most definitely will not be recommend restaurant to anyone

I would rate 0 if I could. Staff, especially manager terribly rude. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Walked in and it took 20 minutes to order drinks an additional 10 to receive them. Took 35 minutes to order starters, and took 25 minutes to receive them meanwhile being served the wrong starter twice! Accusing us of lying. Everyone else was coming in and receiving their food well before we did. By the time we received our meal which tbhey also tried delivering to another table first. we had been there an hour and15 minutes although it was just spaghetti Bolognese! Which may I add the food tasted like it was a microwave meal from Tesco. We went to pay and they all ganged up on us because we complained at the end and they said to us because we look young ( we are 20 &22 years old) this isn't McDonald's, zizzi . Accusing us of lying and getting in mine and my boyfriends faces trying to intimidate us. He was extremely rude. NEVER GO THERE if you are younger than 30 and want to be singled out and attacked. They seemed perfectly friendly to the older generation. Such a shame had such high hopes. Ruined our date night. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Never had an experience like it. 👎

Been to Da Peppino numerous times. Always excellent food, large portions and attentive staff.

Four adults had lunch in June 2022 at this restaurant and had a fabulous meal We have eaten in high class restaurants before and this one in Welling held its own with them .Not the cheapest in Welling but you get what you pay for and we were not disappointed. Cannot wait to go again, the whitebait was the best I had ever eaten. Excellent.

A brilliant restaurant, great selection on the menu, great food, great service. Its large but gets full so book ahead. Parking nearby for a small fee.

We were 3 friends for dinner... and we had an absolute blast here. The food was mouth wateringly delicious!! I truly enjoyed every bite of my dinner. I know my friends enjoyed theirs also. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone, not just local folk. Staff were really nice, polite, engaging and helpful. Great experience all round.

I have been to the restaurant twice to eat and the kitchen is closed, and there is no specification saying that the restaurant is closed and on the door it says that it is open and the manager is super arrogant, I drove 7 miles to get there and be poorly received
