I have been to Cuore a few times and I must say that the food is delicious and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Nice Italian cafè with delicious pasta and Italian fruit juices which my toddler loved. The staff was kind and attentive. Throughly recommend!

Amazing cute cafe. They didn’t have the drink I wanted and so they gave me a free croissant. Their salads are always amazing and have a lovely balsamic dressing. I would highly recommend to everyone!

My husband's scrambled eggs and ham on toast was delicious - pity there wasn't gluten-free bread, so I could have eaten with him!!

The worst scrambled eggs in my life made with olive oil! I reckon microwaved as well 🤮 no flavour at all. Sourdough bread was rock hard. We haven’t finished and wasn’t even asked if everything was alright with food. Tables not clean

Been going there for years. I never found a reason to complain. Food is outanding, pizza and pasta is one of the bests I found anywhere. Carbonara and Boscaiola are my choices forever. Great team, great place!

Went to Cuore for breakfast. Food is simple but nice and well executed. Prices are reasonable too I was surprised by the quality of the croissant. I prefer the french version which is more buttery but for UK standard this one is good Salmon/Bacon breakfasts took some time to arrive but it was worth it. Not a big fan of bacon usually but this one was well crispy I think if this place was bit more welcoming then it would be a 5*. We sat for some time without anyone saying hello. The restaurant was not packed so saying hello when a customer arrives is free and makes people feels welcomed The waitress was actually nice when we asked her some question

I’m sure the dine in experience would be better but Cuore really need to reconsider the way sandwiches are packed for delivery. The foil lined bag makes the sandwich soggy and a nuisance to eat, especially when the lettuce becomes a bitter, soggy piece of slime.🤢 The bread isn’t appropriate to hold the ingredients and also gets soggy. Italian sandwiches don’t need the pan fried finish, in my opinion. I think Cuore should start making sandwiches in ciabatta. The proper way. Delivery packaging should also be a simple paper bag please.

A nice cafe with a good selection of pastries, food and drinks. You can buy Italian biscuits and snacks inside that aren’t commonly found around stores here. For example, they had Pavesi and Mulino Bianco products.

Croissants are amazing there and probably other sweets too but I tried a few times other food like salads or pasta sorry to say but it was made by some who don't have a clue about cooking. Stick with your pastries cos they are outstanding.

Authentic Italian Cooking, superb quality, large portions and attentive staff. Dearer than other places, but worth the extra because of quality of food and portion sizes.

Second time we have used this Cafe. As we told the owner we came down from Liverpool just to visit for a second time. We were staying locally for a few days and just needed somewhere to get a coffee and mid morning pasty! We just wish it was closer to our home. The friendly owner and staff and the atmosphere that they create.

I've been here several times. Great Menu with good options. The service is always very friendly and I never experienced long waiting times. Can recommend the pistachio croissant with mocha and mix veg omelette with bruschetta!

Really enjoy the coffee and pastries here and staff are extremely lovely, would like to see more veggie options though but that'se being selfish!

I am livid and appalled by the service I received today. I have been looking forward to Cuore for a while and was excited when I finally had time to visit. We drove from far and got there at 3.32pm due to traffic. We were welcomed with the coldest welcome ever . I could feel the cold draft from the waitress. The first statement the waitress made was we close at 4pm and it will take 20 mins to make your food so will you be done eating in 5 mins as you need to be out at 4pm, unbelievable!. HOW RUDE. I appreciate the tight schedule however the response and approach could be better managed. I am all for supporting small businesses but avoid this establishment like a plague. Restaurants are today trying to keep customers and their doors open and then you have someone that is oblivious about the pain and effort to start up a business want to run it down with bad customer service

I am shocked at the service received today! I decided to visit Curore today as I’ve driven past it a few times and was shocked and appalled at the level of service received. I arrived at the restaurant around 332 fully aware the kitchen closes at 4pm. I was approached by a woman behind the counter, she informed me they close at 4pm and I told her that’s fine. She then proceeded to condescendingly tell me I would not have enough time and what do I want to order without even offering me a menu!! I asked how long it would take to prepare food and she said 20 minutes and she alluded that there was no point in ordering even though the kitchen was still open. The whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and I just left. I found the short experience distasteful and upsetting as I had really been looking forward to trying the place out and am a big advocate of supporting local businesses but in this instance would advise family and friends to avoid it.

Great little Italian on our doorstep, food is great (especially the pasta dishes) also a very good coffee (better than the main chain coffee shops "in my opinion") give it a try and support the local shops and restaurants

Hi, Sorry the bottom of my capuccino cup was leaking. This had spilled into my omlette and damaged the breakfast. The smoothie and sandwich was ok though as in another bag. This is unfortunately why i requested a partial refund.

My boyfriend and I are keep coming back to Cuore because of tasty& reasonably priced food (we love breakfast and pastas!), heavenly coffee and staff&owner's friendliness! All the best in the future. Thanks!

First time trying and everything was really good, prices were reasonable, wish they were open until like 6pm because I would get my dinners from there

It was tasty but it took half an hour to get the food.Apart from that,it was good.The service is slow.The food is always hot which is very good.

Sandwich looked great but was tasteless

Order arrived covered in coffee as it wasn’t sealed properly , it went all over the food , the driver got to the door and the bottom of the bag fell out so I have been left with coffee all over my doorstep and door ! He was still asking me to take it with it dripping everywhere ! The restaurant refused to replace my order even though I’m a regular customer and just eat have not refunded me in full ! Disgusting I am being charged deliver and service charge for this , the driver took the full order away !! The restaurant could have placed the order and paid the replacement .. disgusting service !

Came here for a quick bite of lunch one Sunday afternoon. Easy process; we ordered via the app and sat outside and soon enough, our order arrived. Thoroughly enjoyed my pesto mozzarella and avocado sandwich. Boyfriend loved his croissant. My only wish was that there were gluten free options!

Chilled family run Italian cafe

The tomato in the sandwich just made it all a soggy mess. Paid £10 for soggy chicken covered in tomato. Not happy will not be using again. Milanese like that would be laughed at in Italy. Only reason stars aren't overall terrible is the delivery was early.

Great coffee, amazing croissants, and the pasta & pizza offering is a treat too. Very friendly vibes both from staff and the customers.

These guys just sent me the best bacon and egg sandwich I've ever had. Their carbonara is amazing too. Big respect and appreciation! Fully recommend.

Very tasty food especially their panini I was told by the person I bought it for. They do lovely coffee too. They have vegan options for cakes if you are that way inclined too. Very nice and friendly staff too.

Ordered the two salmon breakfasts and two cappuccinos as a gloomy rainy Friday treat for me and my partner. The food was amazing, soo tasty and good size portion. Will be ordering again ASAP.

Very tasty and pleasant Chicken Caesar salad but massively overpriced for what it is and they were stingy on the chicken portion. The iced white Americano was way too strong so didn’t finish that.

Waited 2.5 hours for an order just to be informed by deliveroo that the restaurant had then closed and it won’t be arriving. Do not make yourself available on delivery apps if you can’t fulfil orders and won’t provide basic updates.

Cannot speak too highly of this café. Friendly, helpful staff, reasonable prices and, to top it all, delicious food. The coffee is as good as you would expect from an Italian family-run establishment.
