The best restaurants serving Italian food in East of England

Delicious, INDEPENDENT, genuine wood-fitted pizza, in a slightly quirky place (light industrial units). Am Italian friend introduced me to it. Some outside sitting space, some bits you can take-away in addition to pizza. Parking can be a bit tight on a busy day. I really hope they do well. Ciao.

I called to request a last-minute cake which they agreed to have ready by 3 pm the next day however by 5 pm, the cake hadn’t even been started! We received a rushed sponge cake with just whipped cream filling and a few poorly prepared fruit pieces which still had skin and orange rind on them. It felt like a money grab, and we were left very disappointed. After a few mouthfuls the cake ended being binned as nobody liked it. I had been so thankful when they said they would accommodate the request when I called before hand, I wish they would have just said it was not possible so I could have explored other options.

Nice local pizza What is nice that it is full of ingredients not a plain bread with a tomato sauce 🥫 Dough is fine, but it gets chewy when cold. Overall we are happy A year later: It is the Best Pizza at Hoddesdon as we have tried all Italian restaurants at Broxbourne 😀 You won’t regret it Chef is fabulous 👍

I was at Minori last night and I had a delicious Pasta alla Norma, with tomato and aubergines, so unbelievably tasteful! I didn't know Rickmansworth had a restaurant of such a high-standard and will definitely dine there again.

What a lovely family run place. Food excellent, service was great and a nice friendly atmosphere. We will come back.

We visited on Saturday evening and pre booked. The restaurant is lovely inside, and the menu has lots of choices, and as a vegetarian, I was spoilt. The service was excellent and food was first class. We would definitely recommend and return. The lady was very good when we went to leave a tip and she pointed out its a 12.5 % service charge.

Good value for money, especially the Aperito offer. They also have a deli corner now, after they close Mercato, which was locate inside the Grafton Shopping Mall. They sell nice Italian products, some as well from Greece and Spain. While for drinking and eating is great, the deli is a bit over priced.

It's been a while since we were here last and I believe the bar has changed hands and unfortunately for us the food was not a patch on what we had before. Service too was not good.... we had to ask for coffee and wait at the till to pay. Sad to say but we probably won't be going back.

I had a pizza, perfect thin base, expertly freshly made. Then the topping, perfect. I'll be back. Arnold

Good Italian place in a small town

The nicest team and the most delicious food. We usually get the penne arrabiata and vegetali pizza and it’s consistently delicious. The team are just the sweetest. Please don’t change food/service :)

Ordered 6oz rib eye and lamb knee Rib eye is delicious, crispy on the outside and just right on the inside, really medium rare The side dishes and onion rings are delicious On the contrary, the lamb's knee is more ordinary.
