The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Made a booking for 6 Nov, didn’t get a confirmation email. Tried calling them but no answer. We went there hoping for a lovely meal and the place was closed, no idea if there was an emergency and they’ve not been around etc. Not great especially as they are usually excellent. Surely if you are closed for a bit, put something on your voicemail and stop the website from allowing bookings to be made.

What a delightful Italian gem! From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed by Sebastiano, a host who was both incredibly polite and wonderfully professional. Our pizzas were absolutely delicious, and the dessert that followed was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The real surprise, though, was discovering their hidden roof terrace – a charming spot I'll definitely be booking in advance for a sunny day. Highly recommended!

paddington loves a touristy italian.. was nice shame we could not eat outside but that’s on us for getting there so late..

Went yesterday with my girlfriend for lunch it was busy, although I still had the best service Frank was looking after us really well and the food was really tasty We'll definitely be back

Although the service can be hit and miss, I like the location. I usually end up ordering at the till because the service isn't great. This afternoon I had a meal and I wanted some ice cream but was told that they were closing early and so I couldn't place my order! Kind of weird way of doing business in the current climate, but hey it's okay, I will spend my money elsewhere!

First time here, enjoyed ourselves. Will defo go back

Our go to Italian restaurant for many years. Excellent food (best garlic bread ever) and very quick service, especially if you are going to The Regent Centre in Christchurch.

not a bad place to have food but felt like it was missing something. great location of Milton Keynes and close to everything else and good parking

I ordered this nuttela and strawberry crepe and an Oreo milkshake, it came after 40 minutes and it tasted rubbish and out of date , I gave it to my cats and they didn’t want it either. The overall price of this was £8 and the portion was tiny. I don’t recommend getting a crepe or milkshake from here as it is horrible and has ruined my day. If I could rate this 0 I certainly would

Oh dear… the Urban brand was our go to… no more. Sunday lunchtime, big queue. One guy serving/struggling, asking for help. Andrew Tate look alike and “tattooed chef” too busy chatting” Food… dreadful, meat lovers with bits of salami and ham. £1 of ingredients and nearly £10. If Mark is still in control then this ball has been well and truly dropped my friend. Better deal at uber eats. Poor show

Their pani puri chaat was below average their aloo partha was nothing special but wouldn’t go back overall disappointing
