The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

The food is nice like any other Franco Manca but service could be better. I also asked for a kids menu so my son could use the activities and they said they only had one so needed to keep it, which was very disappointing as he always looks forward to those in any Franco Manca. Availability was also not great, I ordered a salad and they didn't have goat cheese, then told me they didn't have butternut squash (which is the main ingredient) so I asked to replace with mushrooms, which had to be approved by the manager (they kept suggesting olives instead), but then actually had the butternut squash in the end. A bit of a messy experience and not great as other branches. Also, I got a kids menu and they made no mention of the desert that is normally included.

Fui a comer una pasta con albóndigas en una salsa de tomate. Tuve que devolverlo. ¡Fue impactante! Sabía como si estuvieran congelados y muy gomosos. ¡Mi cuchillo no pudo atravesar algunos de ellos! Se hizo una segunda ayuda y de nuevo algunos de ellos eran los mismos. La camarera, como había dicho la tarjeta de visita, solo paga por una, lo que significa que ni siquiera me compensarían por esta debacle. Al final me dieron una limonada gratis! ¡Incluso dijo que habían recibido quejas antes! ¿Por qué siguen sirviendo este plato entonces? También el servicio al cliente necesita mejorar drásticamente. Una compensación insignificante y no comprensiva no corta la mostaza. Si los restaurantes de cadena quieren sobrevivir, es necesario valorar a sus clientes y reconocer adecuadamente y aceptar la responsabilidad correctamente cuando ocurren errores. ¡No volveré a visitarte!

De todos los lugares disponibles en Stratford - sobre - Avon para parar para el brunch carluccio's en el paseo marítimo es de lejos el mejor. Los desayunos estaban muy bien presentados y la comida en sí estaba perfectamente cocinada. Nos entregamos a un café con leche encantador y un pedazo de pastel, ambos eran realmente encantadores. Sin duda recomendaría Carluccios por encima de todos los demás restaurantes en Stratford - upon - Avon. Gracias Cipren , el gerente, por cuidarnos excelentemente. Nos vemos pronto.

Friendly service, and great food! We loved the full English pizza and the aubergine shakshuka which was lovely and cheesey! One of the best dirty chais we’ve had too.

Perfect for pre theatre dinner, about 2 mins walk from Hall for Cornwall. The decor is thoughtful and interesting, the service was quick and efficient whilst not being overbearing. The menu has everything you'd expect in a good Italian restaurant, although we weren't very adventurous with our carbinara and spag bol....both excellent. There were some nice touches like the complimentary real lemonade shots to start. I also loved the mini dessert plus coffee option, perfect if you just want a little something sweet. Highly recommend.

We ate there on the way back from a walk in Candem... bare minimum service, food no better than in a takeaway 3 times less expensive... and for a service that closes at 11 p.m., we were kicked out at 10:20 p.m....

We booked here for valentine day. I didn’t realize is was Marco Pierre white’s restaurant till we arrived. We live in Manchester and was visiting our daughter who is at uni. Was extremely excited when I realized x greeted by a really nice lady. We decided on the valentines sharing platter surf and turf. Bottle of wine arrived the waiter didn’t even let us taste it. Just pored it! Food arrived and the waitress just put the sharing platter in front of my partner which I then had to move myself to allow plates to go on the table. Food was just nice nothing mind blowing. Desert I had the Tiramisu which fortunately was gone in two mouth fulls extremely disappointing. Overall this restaurant is very average with no atmosphere what so ever and staff need re training. Save your money there are nicer local restaurants in the area x

Just wanted to say we called in last night for some food and a couple of drinks and the food, drinks and service was great. We came from Ginos on the quayside after the service was terrible. Your staff are one 100% better than theres

A totally amazing place to visit. The food is excellent and the service was excellent too. I visited when it was quiet. I shall from 2025 treat myself or with a friend, to sample this amazing place. Yes it is a tad expensive, but as the old saying goes.( You pay for what you get). Keep up your excellent work. I so you forward to seeing you again soon.

Considering the premium price tag, the service was terrible. Booked a table for 8pm, had to wait half an hour at the bar before we could sit down anywhere. Food was okay.

We visited Stazione during the Easter weekend last year as a group of 6. We were blessed with a warm sunny day so we sat outside which was lovely. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious and good value for the quality and standard. The main restaurant is in a basement which looked nice and think will be fine in the evenings but I prefer personally to have natural daylight, during the day at least. Thank you for a great visit.

Pizza really nice, 1 hr 45 to deliver. ETA kept going out.
