Amazing pizza. Plenty of toppings and cheese, hot and well cooked, not greasy at all. Great garlic dip too

Weirdest dining experience of my life, got there at half 8 and ordered the three course meal with my wife. The first bit was ok, I got a starter after about 20 mins, but then us and basically the whole room we were in was just ignored for an hour. No taking away dirty plates, no asking if you want drinks. Some lady kept walking around setting up tables for the next day whilst ignoring her current customers. The kitchen staff just stood talking and on their phones. Finally got our main just after half nine by chasing it down, never got our dessert. No apology, acted like they were doing us a favour by not charging for the dessert. As I say just odd, I've never been in a restaurant before which seemed to care so little about it's customers.

Great food. Made with love. We've visited a few other restaurants, but this is the best.

The presentation and quality of the food is exceptional. The service is friendly, welcoming and attentive. The young lady that served us today was the sweetest , Jess I think if I’m correct , The decor and atmosphere is classy and relaxing. we had a wonderful lunch here and will definitely visit again

Great pizza, one of the best in town, I strongly suggest the meatballs as starter. However I don’t understand how an Italian pizzeria does not offer the corkage fee service ? I had my best Portuguese wine and willing to pay corkage fee but the gentleman (I believe the manager) couldn’t even listen to what I wanted to asked and almost offered me to eat elsewhere. Waiters need a bit of more training still.

Dear Andrei and team Sincere thanks for making us a wonderful wedding in October. You made everything so stress free for us. All of our guests are still raving about the food but also the service was excellent even though you had a busy restaurant. You made us feel like VIP’s, even greeting us at the door yourself. We are so sorry it has taken us so long to put this into words, but we have been telling anyone who will listen how much we are glad we chose Manicomio for our special day. I wish I could remember our waitresses names, they were lovely. They enjoyed our ottolengi wedding cake :) Lots of love Richard and Jen

Very disappointed. The food is not at all good. The endive salad was unacceptable . The taste was pass expired. We just left into the plate. The risotto worst. We afraid to order the rest. We left and never comeback again. We heard from a FOH member that the new owner Ken Anderson take some the service charge instead to divide properly to the all staff and he doesn’t pay them correctly. Even the suppliers they refuse to delivery. That is unacceptable how this person does. This was the end to be there for this horrendous place become.

Wow, what a brilliant experience. Upon arrival, greeted with very happy faces from the staff members, who kindly seated us and were very approachable to our needs all afternoon. The prices are very affordable to the quality, reflecting the taste, portion and quality of the food which is a big 5/5 on taste. Service was impeccable, staff members came to service at our need and would make sure that out experience was the best it could be, treating us very well. A wide range of Italian food, starters and sides with a huge variety on the drinks menu. Would highly recommend if looking for a place to eat which satisfies your taste buds and your wallet. Would 100% be willing to go again. Atmosphere was also fulfilling, playing quiet music to match the restaurant which design is grand and almost majestical in its setting. Absolutely amazing.

We visit Ask with a group of friends once a month. The experience can vary depending on which staff are working that day but on the whole the food is great and service is usually good. They do serve the best chips!
