“Unfortunately, my recent visit to La Botegga di Anna was highly disappointing. The staff members were incredibly rude and unaccommodating throughout my entire meal. The food quality was far below expectations, with tasteless dishes and poorly cooked ingredients. What made matters worse was the owner’s aggressive behavior towards customers, creating an uncomfortable dining atmosphere. I regretfully cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.”

Wow the owner is so rude. I asked what was available in the breakfast menus and the owner barked ‘Italians only eat croissants for breakfast’ in a very aggressive way. I was so taken aback by the tone and body language. I told her to leave it and walked out the shop. Very presumptuous of her to assume I’m not Italian?!? My family is from Reggio Calabria!!! She must have presumed I’m Asian as my husband clearly is and she spoke badly to me. We Italians are friendly, warm and hospitable people. So don’t let her attitude give you any misconceptions of real Italian hospitality.

Awful experience. Ordered on ubereats. The sandwich arrived with no fillings, just loads of mayo. So I called up and was met with a rude abrasive female on the other end telling me she is only human and mistakes happen. However could not offer a refund, I’d have to contact ubereats. I then asked if I could pop in and get a replacement as I only live a ten minute walk from the restaurant to which a male voice came on the phone and threatened me saying if I come to the establishment to get a replacement sandwich and cause a scene I will be met with force !!! I was told abusive behaviours will not be tolerated however I had not abused anyone I was simply looking for a replacement sandwich and was now being threatened by the “owner” apparently. There loss. I used to spend at least 50 pounds a week here considering all the cakes and coffee etc I used to purchase between me and my colleagues in the office. Since then we have all boycotted the place and stuck together in doing so. Try Spasso or Sanzio both a five minute walk from here where they love us and treat us like regulars every time.

The owner is just so rude (female). She has such an aggressive approach to customer service. I don’t actually understand why? I went in for breakfast and the owner was so rude to me she made me cry on Father’s Day.

Great local address Pasta are amazing, not cheap but portions are huge. I also ordered their sandwiches for lunch a couple of times, not so great compared to their pasta.

I visited Casa di Anna in Willesden Green yesterday and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The prices are affordable, especially for the quality of food that they serve. Speaking of which, the food is just great! I highly recommend the beef lasagne which was absolutely delicious. Also what really stood out to me was the friendly staff. They were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Casa di Anna and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great italian food.

Just an amazing lovely place. We came here for Breakfast few days in a row. Everything was perfect. A small peace of Italy with a lot of passion ❤️

Visited in November with family Bigoli with Vongole phenomenal, flavourful, al dente and succulent. Pizza margherita, gorgeous, Homemade lasagna really good. Pistachio Tiramisù wow wow wow , cannoli real ship ricotta taste. Keep it up , you are doing great!!!

For several years, my wife and I used to regularly visit Anna's and Stefano's cafe in its former location down Willesden High Road. It was much smaller, and often we were the only customers, so we got to know them quite well and enjoyed chatting with them about Verona and their Sicilian suppliers and Stefano's experience working in Portuguese restaurants and their futures plans. We were really excited when they moved to their new larger location (which was closer to us) and very much enjoyed our first few visits. But after a few months, as the cafe was just starting to get popular, Anna's attitude suddenly changed. She pretended not to know us and made us feel very unwelcome. We were mystified, as we had always got on very well, and had never had any sort of disagreement. In fact we were shocked. But we can take a hint, so we stopped going. We gradually realised that the only explanation could be that they didn't want black customers in their popular new cafe. (My wife is African.) Aside from this, the Italian pastries and snacks are great. It's a very nice place, for white people who don't like black people.

Phenomenal from start to finish. Anna squeezed us in a table for two on a Friday night without a booking. Great menu of lesser known Italian starters, pizzas and more. We had burrata with radicchio and mixed arrancini to start. Both excellent. Then the Anna pizza and a Montana. My Anna pizza was truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Here or in Italy. Thin and just a perfect mix of tomato and cheese and toppings. Finished with some donught like pastries that were also brilliant. Reasonable price, great service. An excellent local place worth multiple visits.

The best donut I've ever eaten, a truly fab local cafe. Also had a mortadella and cheese sandwich which again, was fresh and delicious. Lots of Italian clientelle. You really do feel like you're in Italy. Hope the pizzaria opens soon.

Absolutely disgusting. The worst tuna sandwich I’ve ever eaten and I’ve eaten a few. Literally inedible there was so much Mayo and 1% tuna and salad. £7 + delivery daylight robbery avoid like the plague.

Anna and her team have created the perfect restaurant experience. From decoration to service everything was amazing. Simone our waiter, was friendly, professional, knowleadgeable and took my “surprise me” order with an elegant manner. (Everything looked delicious and couldn’t decide so instead of taking ages to decide I just gave him freedom to choose for me). The food was simply heavenly!! Been to Italy and have italian friends…so I know what real Italian food tastes like. This was like travelling with your senses. Simone kept being attentive without being insisting and his natural friendliness comes across the very first second of the conversation. A true example of what waiter role should be like!! Anna is a hands-on owner and you see her around supporting the team while chatting with customers about her family history and you then discover why this is a successful place. They enjoy it, they are proud of it and know their product is excellent. Mediterranean passion for food is felt in every corner! I did literally crossed London from SouthWest to meet a friend and try together this place. My friend has now agreed to have me overnight from time to time so we try everything on the menu - the place IS that good! You won’t regret your visit!! Anna & team : grazie mille !!!

Wasn’t aware La Bottega di Anna did Pizza, but we were drawn by the interesting menu & whenever we’ve visited during the day it’s been nice, so thought we’d give it ago! Our Pizzas were lovely, made with fresh quality ingredients. One of those rare places you go for quick food and feel like you’ve eaten something healthy after. The rocket on the Valtelina was crisp and the ingredients on the Settembria with the honey, figs, palma ham and gorgonzola was awesome. Ordered by telephone, picked up 15 minutes later and received a discount for picking up in person. The other review on here moaning about the pizza after going through deliveroo, is really just an issue with deliveroo. How many times have you been places and seen deliveroo orders stacked up as they maximise their fees per round.They should support their local business by picking up in person so all the money goes to La Bottega (deliveroo take a big cut)We will definitely make this regular visit!

Due to lockdown, we’ve relied on Italian take out and deliveries rather than dining in. This restaurant was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad she told me about it! The pizzas are great - Anna style being our favourite! Delivery time/packaging and price all very good! Very reasonable prices and delicious - definitely recommend this take away service. Can’t wait to visit for real once lockdown is over!

First and last time.Ordered on Deliveroo some cannoli. I thought they were like the picture, classic Cannoli, but this is what I received. So sweet (impossibile to eat them), taste not good at all (you can feel it that they are NOT fresh), really small for the price that I paid for. I tried to contact the place for have a refund or at least to send me the right one, but I didn’t have any answer from them. Shame, they spoke me so good about this place, but it’s not worth it at all. How to waste 16£. So disappointed.

Pedimos una entrega a domicilio de pizzas más dos platos principales con verduras a las 7. 15 . Vivimos a 15 minutos andando del lugar. El tiempo estimado para el parto fue inicialmente de 7. 20 luego se convirtió en 7. 30, luego 7. 45, subóptimo si tiene niños pequeños esperando comida. Finalmente recibimos parte del pedido más de una hora después del pedido y recibimos un mensaje de que las pizzas estaban en camino. A las 8 . 15 llamamos al lugar y supimos que las pizzas aún estaban allí (imaginablemente frías en ese momento) y habían perdido el contacto con el repartidor. Después de más llamadas y algunas discusiones, ¡finalmente conseguimos las pizzas poco antes de las 9! ¡Una hora cuarenta minutos después del pedido! . . . . Las pizzas obviamente se recalentaron (ni siquiera bien calientes) y el queso estaba tiza y muy salado encima. La primera parte del pedido que llegó antes tampoco era especial y también salada. Una experiencia para no repetir.

Viniendo de Italia, soy muy exigente con la pizza. Esta no es una pizza napolitana, sino una pizza de masa fina con los mejores ingredientes (la única con papas fritas). Es superior a todas las pizzas desagradables / pollo frito y dominó / pizza express (y mucho más barato). Soy adicto

Rebanada de pastel de manzana -La Bottega di Anna es un encantador restaurante / cafetería tradicional italiana situado en el noroeste de Londres. El menú del chef Stefano es de temporada y cambia a menudo, las recetas se transmiten de generación en generación y saben tan bien.Anna, cofundadora, es panadera y hornea deliciosas golosinas frescas todos los días (¿El pastel de manzana era? ¿Puedes pedir comida para llevar en Deliveroo y Ubereats?) -El ambiente era encantador, el personal era muy acogedor y la comida estaba deliciosa?No era un gran admirador de la Polenta e porcini al tartufo? pero en general la comida y el tamaño de las porciones eran realmente buenos!

Pasé este café muchas veces y siempre está lleno. Finalmente almorcé allí el viernes. Definitivamente un corte por encima de la cafetería habitual, no una joya escondida. Tuve un panini, y mi amigo una bola de arancini con una ensalada mixta. Todo muy sabroso. Hay más mesas en la parte trasera del restaurante.

Un lindo lugar con buena comida y una muy amable bienvenida. La cuenta llegó a 66. 00 o tal vez un par de peniques más. Nos gusta pagar nuestra propina en efectivo y le di una nota de diez libras al camarero y le dije que se quedara con 7. 00 como propina. Esperamos nuestro cambio, pero no hubo ninguno. Estábamos con amigos que habían recomendado el lugar, así que no queríamos que se avergonzaran de que pidiéramos 3. 00 cambio. Tal vez esto parece un poco mezquino, pero no estaba nada contento al respecto. Me siento mejor ahora por haber "transmitido" mi molestia. El camarero sabe quién es. No está bien.

Finally authentic Italian food in the area! I’ve been there last night with my friends and we all loved our food! Beef stew with polenta or even fritto misto are delicious. So worth it. Thank you guys as usual!

Siamo capitati in questo bar bistrot a willesden green perché vicino il nostro appartamento. Accolti con affetto abbiamo iniziato tutte le nostre giornate londinesi con un'ottima colazione all'italiana. Abbiamo addirittura mangiato il pasticciotto pugliese!C'era l'imbarazzo della scelta tra cornetti bomboloni e biscotti vari il tutto accompagnato da ottimi caffè e cappuccini. L'atmosfera domestica ed i sorrisi dei quattro ragazzi italiani che lavorano nel bar hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello!

Un mega aperitivo, ad un prezzo abbastanza onesto! Ed è tutto BUONISSIMO! Grazie per l'ottimo servizio ragazze :) Fabrizio

Fue por un amigo que estuve en este lugar increíble. La gente (propietario y personal, por supuesto) fue lo más amable posible, muy cálida, sonriente y divertida. La pasé muy bien allí, con especialidades procedentes directamente de Italia y hechas con amor. El lugar es tan lindo que te hace sentir cómodo tan pronto como entras. Definitivamente regresaré y veré a Stefano et Anna (el mejor propietario que he conocido aquí en Londres), y lo recomendaré profundamente a cualquier de mis amigos que quieren planear venir a Londres.Si quieres EL buen lugar, LA buena comida, LA mejor bienvenida cálida, no lo pases sin entrar a su mundo. Great spot this - excellent food and drinks, thoughtfully curates selection of good Italian food and very friendly staff. A real addition to Willesden Green! There’s even a cosy garden out back.

Cappuccino e brioche seguito da un ottimo caffè questa si che è una vera colazione. Qua si possono trovare anche prodotti italiani delle migliori marche e panini per il pranzo molto buoni con salumi affettati e quant'altro. Staff simpatico

We have been many times already and this place has Very good selection of Italian products, fresh and original but unfortunately not all the times. We have also tried their Deliveroo service and it is very fast even if a bit pricey.

Very cosy with small seating area in front and back. Italian staff and lovely strong Italian coffee. Some lovely Italian cakes too and biscuits as well as a deli counter at the back. Well decorated and clean and great little find.

El personal es bastante exigente acerca de cómo se comportan los clientes en la cafetería. Te regalan mucho, especialmente si tienes niños; ellos miran con furia y avisan a los niños si no se sientan en silencio ni tocan nada. También cobran por un babyccino, algo que nunca antes había encontrado.

I loved La Bottega Di Anna in its previous, smaller version but this larger cafe is fantastic. They do excellent, genuine Italian Caffe food including panini, light pasta dishes, salads, piandini, cakes and pastries. They have a number of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options (including delicious vegan croissants). They also have a deli with Italian hams and cheeses. They make excellent Italian coffee. And they have a small selection of gelato, including a wonderful vegan strawberry option.

Que pretty woman tenía nada en contra de nadie! Ella estaba con un amigo 'kiddin de ella y debe creer QUE ME ESTOY writhing sobre. Un montón de "TERRONI" son normalmente para tomar un café o hablar con desayuno y italiab los propietarios y el personal muy amablemente la tienda. Repito que no tenemos nada en contra de nadie! Después de leer el comentario anterior de la Santina, sentí que tengo que poner mi opinión desde un punto de "terrone" de vista. En la bottega tienes la pareja más exquisitos poseer el lugar y personal que ofrece auténtica comida italiana, no sólo en una zona verde llena de "filo willesden mala copia" de empresas de comida italiana, pero un lugar donde puedes disfrutar de una palabra, una broma y una cálida atmósfera en todo momento! He estado yendo desde el comienzo de mi "terapia" stefano, así que mi café de la mañana en los días de londres gris. Allí me encuentro a los asiduos por todas partes en Italia, muchos de, desde el sur de Italia y de muchos otros lugares. Debería ser recompensado por social real conocer. Básicamente, Italia en Londres. . . ! Increíble comida italiana, sin duda el mejor espresso y capuchino (para ser sincero, todo es absolutamente el mejor al menos en el noroeste de Londres) que puedes encontrar en los alrededores. Amable, educado, encantador personal y lugar muy, muy limpio. . . ! Ve solo una vez y volverás, una y otra vez. . . nunca te arrepentirás . . ! Los italianos lo hacen mejor. . . ! ; -)

인근 호스텔에 묵고있는 여행자입니다 :) 3존이라 교통비가 많이들어 슬퍼하고있는 찰나에 이 카페를 알게되어 커피로 슬픔을 달래고 있어요. 아직 파니니는 먹어보지못했지만 모든커피가 맛있고 가격도 합리적입니다. 분위기도 좋고 쿠키도 맛있어요!!!

Muy agradecido de tener esta tienda pequeña pero perfecta italiana en la zona. . . Café y almuerzos de cannoli, suministros, o la gran calidad de pasta italiana de queso de salami. La Bottega di Anna es una adición muy bienvenida a Willesden.

Una pequeña tienda con pocos lugares para sentarse, pero siempre llenos de gente. Y por una buena razón. Este es una tienda que vende todo tipo de productos frescos y envasados italiano - jamones y quesos, yogures hermosa y pasteles calientes y postres (incluyendo cannoli en Sicilia), así como la harina, pastas, productos enlatados, etc. para cocinar, y los productos de temporada como panettone y pandoro. También ofrecen piadinas y paninis así como rissoles y otros aperitivos ligeros hechos de sus propios ingredientes.

Pequeño café. Minuscule poco de Italia en or wants. Dueño muy amable!! Tuvimos algunos pasteles y café italiano. Me encantó el mal estado un entorno elegante. Realmente muy lindos.

Little and cosy Italian shop, they don't only have the best coffee around but an amazing selection of Italian meats and products..all high quality! Try my favourite truffle mortadela and cheese panini. But the best part comes with the owners and staff, they make you feel like in family

This is the most authentic Italian place in the area, if not in London. We have been here a couple of times and we will definitely coming back soon.

There are not many nice coffee places around Willesden Green. however, la Bottega di Anna is one of a kind. a lovely little coffee place and shop serving authentic Italian products. I highly recommend the fresh Sicilian cannoli if you want something sweet, otherwise you can get a fresh sandwich filled with a great variety of ingredients which you can choose on the spot.

Abbiamo provato di tutto: i dolcetti, i salumi, i formaggi i prodotti pronti, olio e tanto altro... Niente ci ha mai deluso!! Perché hanno solo i veri prodotti di casa nostra.

La Bottega di Anna è il locale dove puoi trovare una calorosa accoglienza e gustare prelibatezze (solo prodotti 100% italiani) dolci e salate. Presenti prodotti di gastronomia di alta qualità. As italian I can't be more happy to have La Bottega di Anna close to my place,this little shop is more than a simple Italian Deli, as a matter of facts they serve authentic Italian breakfast with many types of pastries, Sicilian Cannolo is a must if you decide to visit this food boutique.The atmosphere is genuinely friendly (don't worries no one will give you a pat on your back) and the products, I can guarantee, are really made in Italy.Anna and her husband are every time happy to help, so if you aren't confident with Italian cuisine just ask to have the right recipe to enjoy the food.I'm definitively in love with La Bottega di Anna!

Un piccolo negozietto italiano, é nato in questa trafficata città. Il proprietario molto amichevole vi preparerà ottimi panini o facacce farcite. Io adoro il caffè! E un dolcetto ci stà sempre. È impossibile non comprare qualcosa da portare a casa! Tutti prodotti freschi e italiani 100%. Provateli!
