The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Had the gelato and whippy. Would not recommend as gelato tasted powdery. Whippy doesn’t come in cone. Also give you a small scoop for £3.50

Amazing place. Friendly staff. Also caters for gluten and dairy free. meals are always lovely. I go here often. As gluten free I usually go for Bolognese pasta. It's lush every time. Also amazing on a Sundays for a carvery.

We have breakfast here and after a good number of years I now have found the perfect place, outside my my own kitchen, to get a delicious breakfast. The staff are extremely friendly and care about their guests which is rare these days.

Prezzo as we like it ! Very polite and welcoming staff. In spite of being overworked...only 2 of them to man the seating, the orders , the service etc ... These 2 men were really trying their best for a pretty busy sitting ! Our food arrived quite quickly, hot and delicious. The place itself is a bit ...squashed and dark but the atmosphere was good and jolly !

The pasta there is amazing! And so is the rest of the menu. It has a family run business feel to it. I have been several times during lunches on my own or for dinners with friends and family when visiting the area or the airport and always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive and I never had to wait for food too long usually 10-20mins I would say. For parking I usually use the Massie st car parks and walk over 2-3mins.

First visit to Pinocchio's with work colleagues. The welcome, service & food were amazing. All reasonably priced. But the food & service stood out & made this a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely go back.

A cosy Italian tucked round the corner. We stepped in and were treated to a lively buzz if conversation. We waited about 30 seconds for waitress to seat us and provide menus. This was the standard menu and a small but delightful specials. Within a few minutes we were asked if we wanted drinks whilst considering the menu and these also arrived quickly. I can't comment on the main menu as we were both enticed by the specials and had a prawn sharing platter to start followed by a seafood linguine. Yhe prawns were large, sift and succulent. Half in a thin filo pastry cooked just right and the other half I a light delicate crispy tempura batter tempting another bite with each crunch. The linguine arrived after a nice interval. Black pepper and parmesan were then offered. The linguine was beautifully cooked with a nice bite but not raw. The cooking juices/sauces mixed with the cheese to provide an exquisite texture of creamy luxury and shellfish flavour to create a wholesome and complete dish. The bowls were scraped clean

Was slightly let down when we realised it was just pizzas and a few sides on the menu as we thought they had more to offer. But... We ordered a few sides to share along with a garlic bread with honey and nduja and was extremely happy with the food! Will definitely go again.

Everything about this restaurant was brilliant. From the warm friendly manners when you walk in to the absolutely delicious food. Worth every penny, I can't wait to go again

Disgusting raw chewy calimari food was sat out for ages before it came to us poor service rude chefs and waitresses avoid avoid avoid

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Authentic Italian wine bar and restaurant, and every moment was a delight. We started with the amazing mushroom soup incredibly flavorful and a perfect way to begin the meal. For our main courses, the mushroom risotto and tagliatelle al pesto were simply outstanding, with rich, authentic flavors and perfectly balanced textures. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, the fresh tiramisu arrived to finish—it was light, creamy, and the perfect sweet end to our meal. The wine selection is top-notch, with excellent pairings for each dish, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout. Authentic Italian restaurant truly captures the essence of Italian cuisine. Highly recommended for an authentic and memorable dining experience! Thank you!

My absolute favorite Italian in the entire Dallas metroplex. The marinara can't be beat. Salads are always fresh. The roles are supreme.
