Great food and a really nice chap who owns and runs the business.

Pretty nice pizza, bit greasy but fairly on par for a takeaway pizza. Reasonably priced and quick efficient service.

Absolute waste of time and effort my poor wife sat outside tonight from 16.30 till 1700hrs for the place to open. Guess what it didn't while she was there waiting and the web site says 1600hrs open till 21.30hrs Places don't deserve custom if they just open when they decide to or don't keep Facebook page updated or generally give a toss. Won't be using again as its not the first time its happened.

I never usually leave reviews but the pizzas here have always been top tier. The Quindici (no 19) has always been my go to pizza locally. The chilli sauce is also the best around. Respect to the owner who has been working his tail off in there for years, a lot of the time alone with no other staff.

This was our third pizza from Pizza Figaro. Best pizza base we have had for a while. Ordered by phone and ready for collection 15 minutes later! Can’t wait to return

Great little pizza shop, looking for a quick meal at a reasonable price - look no further. Ordered a large pizza for collection in 30 minutes time. All very smooth would definitely visit again. Pizza was great to - base, toppings amount of cheese 👍 belter.

Needed a quick dinner & this place saved our night. Food ready within 15 minutes and the owner was lovely.

Best Pizza's in the whole area, fantastic dough with lashings of toppings and very fast service. The owner was very busy, however acknowledged our presence with a "Won't be a moment" and came as soon as he was able. Prices very good for the product and overall a fantastic experience. 5 Stars all the way!

Terrible service, terrible food. I didn't get what I ordered, got the mistake pizza the chap had made for my partner. I ordered a number 19 after adking for spict pizza, had never seen a chilli or pepperoni, was a chicken tilka but had never seen tikka, was just shredded chicken smothered in cheese. Never again.

We were really looking forward to eating from here as we were staying nearby and pizza is our favourite! Unfortunately, despite the menu offering thin crust we were told they only do deep pan. Thought we'd risk it but the pizza we received reminded us why we always avoid deep pan. The base was soggy and stodgy. It's a shame because the toppings were generous but you are full after one slice from the thickness of the undercooked dough. We got some takeaway pizzas from a local Italian restaurant a few days later and wish we'd gone there originally.

All pizzas were ready in quick time and tasted delicious, delivery wasn't available which was 5he only downside

We wanted an easy option for dinner, something close to our accommodation. We walked to Pizza Figaro. The man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. We chose our pizza toppings and then walked around for 10 minutes. Returned, got our hot pizza, hurried back to our cosy nest and had a yummy pizza. Just right.

Great pizzas, quick and affordable!

Pizza is really nice, usually made in good time. Plenty of options and as many locally sourced products as possible are used (e.g all the meat is from the local butchers). Definitely a go-to place for takeout pizza!

Excellent pizza's as always. Generous amount of toppings and cheese. I would never order deep pan from anywhere else but here because they are really crispy and well cooked.

Honestly the worst pizza I've ever had and I've had a few in my time. Flavourless, tasteless, horrible texture. The dough was bland and soggy. The toppings were just flavourless. Words cant express how bland and disappointing this pizza was. If this is Richmonds best then people need to think about leaving Richmond. I'm actually wondering if theres another pizza place called Figaro in richmond, dont know how other reviews can be so good. You can't get a pizza that wrong.

If you’re wanting a take out pizza in Richmond then this is the only place to go. The dough is spot on and the toppings plentiful. The bonus is this place stays open during Ramadan even though the mildly overweight (well fed) owner claims he is a Muslim. The menu is spot on and not overwhelmed with dog turd kebabs offered at other crap eateries in town.

This place is well above everywhere else, I’ve read some negative reviews and I’ve took nothing from them, you’ll not be disappointed with this place, I’ll defo be back, great service keep it up.

Andy the owner is extremely rude. The other night following a night out the staff in Marks bar were ordering pizza, I love the pizza from here so we decided we would get a pizza to take home. I called him and he was still open, finished my drink and went to order and pay. Just as I arrived Andy was turning the lights off but as he was finishing Marks order and was waiting for a pint to be delivered he turned the lights back on. I asked if I should fetch the pint for him and he replied no in a rude manner. He then proceeded to mump and moan about how he should have closed 40 mins ago, if you don’t want costumers lock the door and go home. He then accused me of sticking gum to his bench, I did not and would never do such a thing, he said he had it on CCTV I would love to see that as what it actually happened was a nail broke and I couldn’t get it off my finger. I tried to explain this to you but you just shouted how you have CCTV, good for you. Also I left the shop with said gum so that blows that theory. My friends then joined me and I left the shop as I was sick of listening to the moaning. My friends are from Richmond and are used to your poor attitude, apparently you are known for it and that’s how you are and it’s accepted that you are rude and horrible to people but you make great pizza and stay open late. They don’t like to make waves and attempted to smooth the waters. You really should take a look at the way you speak to people, or are you happy to have such a reputation? Perhaps you could do a touch screen and contactless payments so you don’t have to have contact with people? It would be nicer for you and them not to have contact with you. I only became cross when you were rude to me, if you didn’t want to keep serving lock the door. Don’t bother barring me, save your breath, I will never come back.

Last night following a night out with friends we called in on our way home, they make the best pizza here. The man in the shop, Andy I think his name was said he had stopped serving but kindly said he would make us a pizza, following this he proceeded to moan and mump about being closed and what a pain it was. What a horrible rude man he is. If he didn’t want to serve any more he should have locked his door and gone home not subject customers to his on slaught of rudeness. Feel sad as the pizzas here are amazing 10 out of 10 but 0 out of 10 for the service, we won’t be back.

Always very nice pizza's and friendly service

Used this place tonight for our bi annual team event food. Have to say it was spot on, food was beautiful, well cooked, still hot (even though we bought for 15 ppl), and no mistakes in the orders. Every single person was happy with their meal, we will be back!!

Late Saturday night & very hungry. The owner who was about to close, kindly allowed us to order. Ordered a spicy pizza (can’t remember the name). I have got to say the pizza was absolutely delicious. Thin & crispy base, with delicious toppings. Top job, loved it!

We visited here, on our recent trip to Richmond, looking for a pizza suitable for someone with a nut and egg allergy. The owner had great allergy knowledge and was able to cater really well for us. My son enjoyed his pizza so much, that he went back the next night. Thank you.

Greasiest pizza I’ve ever had. Dripping in fat for some reason- God knows how that happens. Tastes only of grease. So bad you have to see it once.

The guys good looking still, but decent service, just not sure about the upselling of chips separate to the parmo. His hat is quite nice think it's legitimated Gucci, possibly fucci, but either way chips should come with the £9 parmo, seriously I am a Boro lad, and I know these things, alright cheers will let unno how it goes X josh from sheff

Been using Pizza Figaro, for about 4 years now. Me, my family & travelling friends all agree this is by far the best pizzas we’ve tasted. As I spoke to the owner Andy whilst my pizzas were cooking, he is a nice man who has great local knowledge. Everything is cooked freshly in house (even the dough is made fresh!). I had a Quindichi, Mrs had BBQ chicken & and the in laws had the fish one! All very very tasty! And best thing was, it was not greasy?! How a pizza is made so good but not greasy and sickly is beyond me! But this guy has cracked it! Keep up the good work, I’m sure you’ll see my face again.

Pretty tasteless pizza, we had 3 different ones and everyone said the same, soggy base with limp peppers and mushrooms, the bolognaise looked grey and tasted of nothing more than cheap mince

Hands down the best takeaway in the area, I'd go as far as to say it's the best takeaway pizza I've ever had. Make sure you try the garlic sauce.

Ordered enough pizza, garlic bread and chips to feed a family of 4 on Wednesday night. Chose this place based on the reviews.... The food was absolutely shocking. If the bases are freshly made I'll show my backside on the six o clock news. The flavour was gross and they had enough grease on them to lube an entire aircraft. The majority went in the bin. Never again.

Due to a very last minute change of plan had to resort to a takeaway of which I am not always very receptive. However this turned out to be a very good experience and we had plenty for the three of us and all for £20 including delivery. Restored my faith in takeaways a bit further.

This is our go to place when we fancy pizza! The pizzas are always freshly made and delicious. We tend to order over the phone so that they are ready when we go to collect them.

Nunca en mi vida he sido hablaba de la manera en que el propietario hablaba conmigo el sábado por la noche. Él estaba lleno de arrogancia y claramente no tienen mucho respeto para las mujeres. No sólo fue la tienda vacía y me como su único cliente, aparentemente el sarcasmo y comentarios rápido es su única forma de expresión. No sólo eso, la pizza estaba descuidada hasta el punto de que ni siquiera pude recoger y tuvimos que usar un cuchillo y tenedor para comer. No lo recomiendo y no cabe duda de gastar mi dinero aquí.

it's not really a contest - these are so far and away the best pizzas in richmond - i use this place regularly for family orders and sometimes for large group orders - never had any problem

The reviews elsewhere are excellent but it is impossible to find a menu online. Others have mentioned this. I wanted to order five pizzas but didn't want to guess choices and prices. I'm sure this is a great place but an online menu is essential. I'm rating at as five star as others have rated it highly and do not want to do a disservice to a good company. I'm sure I will love it once I can manage to order!!

We had a load of takeway pizzas from here, that is once we managed to find a menu in the place we were staying as couldn’t online!The pizzas were all good and take some eating, we ordered enough large pizzas for each person to have one to themselves and I don’t think anyone managed to eat a complete one. The guy who took the order and I think he delivered it was really friendly and helpful, despite there being 8 pizzas they were delivered very quickly and we couldn’t believe how cheap the price was.Look no further if you are after a pizza in Richmond.

Super Pizzas served by friendly staff under the guidance of Andy. We had a big order tonight, all beautifully prepared, and ready on time. We often use Pizza Figaro and are never disappointed.

The pizzas were good and freshly cooked as we watched. The proprietor seemed to call his local customers 'trouble' which amused us. We didn't try any other eateries in Richmond but can't quite work out why this is number 3. Perhaps the 'troubles' all vote for it. Anyway he has a 4 hygiene rating for 2012 and you won't go wrong here provided you are happy with English pizza. It is a small takeaway close to the Georgian theatre.

We have lived locally for 10 years now and whilst we have tried other pizza shops in the area, we have always come back to Pizza Figaro. Massive choice of toppings, all delivered very generously. The Quindici with bologonaise, pepperoni, peppers, onion and jalapenos is bursting with flavour and all topped with the most georgeous cheese. Kids love the chicken pizza with a starter of garlic bread. So good, we always over order and have the rest for lunch the next day!!

Pizza Figaro is by far the best take away pizza shop anywhere. I have been buying their pizza's for over ten years now and despite living in different parts of the country from time to time I am yet to find a comparable pizza take away. They offer a wide choice of pizza's and at good prices. I would recommend Pizza Figaro to anyone considering a take away in the Richmond area!

I live locally and I regularly frequent Pizza Figaro and have for the past 18 years. its the best pizza shop in town - fantastic service, food and excellent value for money...and also does a cracking Parmo!!! I can highly recommend them and their No 15! :-)

On a recent holiday to the broken brae natural retreat in Richmond we tried a few of the takeaways on offer in the Richmond area. Ive eaten pizzas in Rome, Chicago and New York but this has to be the best. The x large barely fit through the door!!! Would recommend the number 19 if you like a bit of spice! We had pizzas delivered on two out of the three nights of our stay and although they were busy they arrived on time. If Richmond is "Yorkshires best kept secret". This is definitely one of Richmond best kept secrets!
