The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

I'm not sure what's going on but they used to best pizza about and I'm a regular customer other day got freezing cold kebab but got fresh 1 no probs then tonight waited an hour for pizza and it's just warm FFS ate as wasn't waiting another hour for fresh looks like need to find new place not happy

My Son and I eat here. We had a 3-course meal for under £20 each. Lovely food. Infact, one the best veggie pizzas I've ever had. Staff were friendly and attentive, but one felt that they could have done with another pair of hands.

Friendly staff. I requested for Vegan option and they customised it for me. Sweet potato fries here are very crispy and tasty.

Citadines trafalgsr square. Muy buenos cuartos. En el Piso 8 altillo. Cerca de todo. Y 24 horas de maquinas de cafe. Te. Y chocolate. Tambien cuenta con maquinas lavadoras. O sea todo un hogar trasladado a Londres

Nuestra familia disfrutó de un maravilloso almuerzo el 11 de mayo para celebrar el 70 cumpleaños de mi esposa. La comida era muy sabrosa y el servicio del equipo era muy amable. El limoncello fue realmente la guinda del pastel. Bueno, equipo Al Fresco.

Had the 2 course Happy Hour meal deal! Great value! Big portions, excellent food! Couldn't finish the mains so they gave us takeaway tubs!👌🏽 Staff were so lovely! Excellent little place!👍🏽

Although it is rumoured to be closed for redecoration many locals believe it will not re-open as planned. This is a shame as they served consistently good food.

Our friends had booked this place 3 weeks before our visit as they had gone there quite a few times, well on arrival we were concerned, went to the bar to check in only to be ignored! We looked at each other with concern, then eventually they abruptly asked if we had a reservation which we confirmed, we were then lead to to forgotten table which was in a little area next to the toilet, front door, constantly ringing takeaway phone, which was never answered and not even in the main restaurant! More looks of concern and a common of “we are going to be forgotten here” well how true that was, after 10 to 15mins waiting for a menu or drinks to be ordered eventually a server came complaining how busy they were and asked if we had been given menus, no came the answer and off she went, when she came back with the menu she the disappeared saying she would be back to take drinks order, why she couldn’t take them then I don’t know, 10-15 mins later she came back to take our drinks order, we were also ready to order our food but she just ignored us and off she went, eventually got our drinks and managed to order food, all the while trying to have a conversation with the front door banging shut the constant stream of people using the toilet and the hand drier going off and that damn takeaway phone! After a long wait we eventually got our food, nothing to write home about, my penne chicken in spinach was bland with chicken that was cooked fresh in little strips, my wife only got two little pieces of chicken in her pasta! Eventually they came back to clear the plates that had been on the table for some time and asked if we want the dessert menu, after sitting an age we gave up the will to live and getting any dessert so decided to pay and leave! Oh and the latte with no coffee taste tipped it off lol, won’t be coming back poor food , extremely poor service and a wasted night.

Amazing restaurant very attentive attention to detail amazing the food was beyond expectations we was recommended to come here and wasn’t disappointed would highly recommended it

Muy buena pizza, Blue nuestro camarero fue muy amable y tomó nuestro pedido con prontitud, realmente disfrutó del baño de ajo y pizza chorizo

Fabuloso. Un lugar de barrio y tenía ganas de estar de vacaciones. Julia era increíble. La pasta hecha a mano era perfecta. ¡No puedo creer que hayamos pasado por aquí en bicicleta y nunca nos hayamos detenido antes!

This is a great restaurant tucked away on Wendron Street (best booking) as is open 6.30pm to 8.30pm. My wife, 12 year old son and I went again this summer. The waitress is very friendly, will go through the menu and recommend dishes and the atmosphere is authentic. The menu is full of original dishes - pastas, pizzas, seafood and chicken etc. Would thoroughly recommend Giuseppes - the food is delicious and you dont wait long.
