Continues to be the best place for pizzas in the area by a mile. Quality bait.

Very busy but served quickly by friendly staff. Ice cream was delicious 😋

Specifically said no mushrooms on pizza and guess what! Covered in them! Chips stone cold. Expensive for the poor quality of food. Won't be ordering again.

Absolutely ridiculous ask for a pizza and added 3 extra topping 1 being onion 1 mushroom and 1 peppers all veg no meat and thay tryed to charged me an extra 9pnd thats 3pnd per topping so for 1 pizza 1 chips and 1 garlic itwas 27.90p obviously this order was cancelled a mean come on keep it real chinchilla it wasn't like ibwas asking for different extra meats it was only veg

Take away so atmosphere not relevant. Large L shaped seating area whilst waiting to save other than waiting to pay at the till standing. No cards, cash only.

Large blonde lady (i think?) served my son a kebab when he asked for a chicken wrap with chips and then laughed at him when he asked for a wrap. shocking. im appalled.

Ordered from here a few times now and will be one our regular places from now on. The food is some of the freshest and delicious and is always hot & tasty. Would definitely say it’s way above your average takeaway food and the staff are really friendly highly recommend trying this place thank you.

Ordered a kebab for my supper tonight. It arrived half an hour early. I told the delivery guy to keep the £1 change. He said hang on because you’ve been so generous here’s a can of pop and a bag of haribos wow! What a bloke! It’s nice to be nice. He’s getting a bigger tip next time. Best tasting kebab around here. Highly recommended

Munchy box was top notch everything was really tasty nd no complaints from either me or my husband (unheard of). Delivery driver was also really friendly and greatful of a tip in exchange for a can of pop and some minature haribo 'its nice to be nice'. We'll defo be back. Thanks guys :)

Garlic bread is always top notch, dough always fresh, if you live local it's there quicker than quick! Only had one bad thing and it was the burger it was not cooked to my liking but all in all I just won't order a burger again I've had burgers that where lovely there so maybe they had an off day! It happens! Still amazing couldn't get any better to be fair always recommend!

Twice in a row wrong food given,used to go every other day.but not now.if you order a pint of beer you wouldn't accept lemonade.same with food

Ordered food for the second time from here last night, the paramo was disgusting! Hard as rubber and so greasy! not good to pay for inedible food. The burger and chips were lovely tho (had to share my partners food). But i was so disappointed with my food. Will have to consider whether we would order from here again to be honest.

Really nice food and I particularly love the burgers. Don't have to wait long on your order during collection. Nice pleasant staff.

Portion size was good but my son got a burger and it wasn't cooked properly in the middle. I also thought the delivery price of £4 was extortionate then to add a 50p charge for paying for the takeaway!? How is that allowed? And then they were 20 minutes late..won't be going back.

The staff in this shop are very friendly and always use fresh ingredients and the kebab wraps are lovely not greasy just right I would advice you to order from this shop and they portions of chips are not greedy you get what you ask for which is a good meal

It's OK but that's it, not the worst and certainly not the best.

Absolutely unreal food, service is brilliant, hot Patmos are amazing aswell as the kebab meat been out of this world. Staff are friendly and delivery is quick. Nothing is ever a hassle

Sabah and the team are the best.... always go to chinchillas if you want the very best garlic sauce and parmo in the north east

Had a pizza a few times now,at first was very good,but lately have sent order with items missing and pizza very greasy couldn't eat them, wont be using them again

Used to be good but going back hard now pizzas greasy and not much on them

The 2 pizzas had a strange off taste to them and the grease was vile. Very disappointing since we have been a good few times. Food was also cold. When I called to complain and ask for some kind of refund (which I never do) he simply said "no it is not our problem". I've worked in hospitality for years and never have I heard my boss say that to a customer. Very disappointed, don't waste your money unless your prepared for horrid service.

Reasonably priced food, tasty and quick service. Sometimes the chips can be a little dry but the pizzas are always spot on and excellent value on the garlic bread pizza special.

Load of rubbish! Ordered my pizza, 25 mins for Collection, turned up 25 mins later, no pizza ready! Hadn't even been made! Waited another 20 mins. The staff were just running around totally unorganized. Pizza wasn't nice! How do you get a simple ham pizza wrong? I even had to finish cutting the pizza by myself.Won't be going back, plenty of other nicer pizza shops in the area........go there!

Hi Just took delivery of my best pizza yet from chinchillas. I had half bolognaise and half Neptune. It was absolutely delicious loads of topping! Delivery driver very pleasant and pizzas were still red hot as if just out of the oven. Highly recommend

We had house special kebab with salad, chips and garlic sauce. Portion size was huge, we shared it. Flavours were fantastic. Staff were pleasant and helpful

Ordered food to collect in 20 minutes then stood outside for 40 minutes waiting not the best pizza's not cut properly didn't seem cooked mingning attitude and they couldn't run a bath if they where sitting in it running All owa the shop definitely a noo from me

Pizza was lovely, great flavour and the wedges were lush too, only problem is the garlic sauce Is too strong so it's a little spicy (when sober, best thing I've ever tasted drunk 😂). Also garlic bread with cheese was delicious aswell

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and good food. When ordering a delivery, it's not too quick and not too slow, meaning you never get a burnt or cold pizza*. *Other food options are available.

First time ordering , very easy website to use. We even had a courtesy call asking about a part of our order which was a great touch. Quick delivery, very hot and really fresh tasting pizza's that everyone enjoyed. Nicest ones we have had in a long time, and will certainly be ordering again.

After placing an order on Friday whilst intoxicated and being charged when the shop was shut, we got in touch with the guys who gave us a full refund. Came in to collect the money and ordered again, even got free chicken whilst we waited. Great customer service and the best pizzas around made with fresh dough.

Thought I'd have such a hassle when my girlfriend placed an order after closing time online, was delivered when they reopened the next day and sent back as we weren't there. They've been in contact and told me to come get my money back. Come in to do that, placed another order and they've given us some free chicken while we wait. Cannot recommend this place enough

Was lovely at first but orded last night, over a hour and a half late after already waiting 45 mins. Food was cold and wrong order.

If you haven't tried the pizzas at Chinchilla's please please please give them a go. Best pizzas in the north east by far. Fresh dough makes all the difference. Fast, friendly service and very reasonable prices too. I've tried others but won't go anywhere else now. Five stars isn't enough but it's as high as I can go.

Chicken kebab with salad and chilli is always spot on! If I’m honest best takeaway in the area. Even at peak times delivery is pretty much on time and if you pick up you can see your food being made as a glass window is infront of kitchen. All looks clean and fresh so I’m always a happy customer ! I recommend to my friends so always a good sign.

Please avoid! been in for a burger and cooked in oven and dry, sat and watched no morals!

Waited over an hour for pizzas , then told wouldn't get a discount for having to wait ! Even though they said an hour ! Terrible customer service, shame as there food is ok !
