We are regular customers at cuffs. An booked a meal for a birthday celebration for 9 people on Sunday 29th September 2024 @4.30pm. On arrival we were told that our table was booked for 5.30pm. Which was not the case. They seated us at 4.25pm. Four of the party had soup. Which they finished quick enough. Despite this. We had to finally ask at 6.15pm if our mains would be much longer. When they eventually did bring them out. One of the meals was wrong turkey and ham with gravy and should have been peppered sauce, one came (chicken goujons) an were eaten before the side that they came with was brought to the table. The final meal (a steak) (was brought when rest of the party were nearly finished there meals) and it to was wrong. Chips, instead of mash and pepper sauce instead of gravy. People who came in much later than we did, were served (3 courses) and left. Before all our party had received there meals. Not once were we asked if we would like more drinks throughout this time. Despite arriving at 4.20pm. We were the last to leave restaurant due to this service. All of us only having one soft drink each. This was very disheartening. I have only ever left good reviews for cuffs. An had recommended here to my friends. Hence why it was booked for a birthday celebration.

Bit weird at first, bar maid seemed to be taking the mick out of us with the locals. Great singer came on and enjoyed it.

My friends and I were walking around the wall and I needed to use the lavatory. I saw the Anchor Bar so one of my friends and I stopped in. While she used the facilities, I ordered us 2 half pints. The lady tending bar was super friendly as were the folks sitting at the bar. We ended up sitting down and talking to some folks at the next table. We then texted our friends to come join us. We ended up staying for 2 or 3 rounds. The bartender came over and took a few photos for us. We had a great time there. The vibe of the place was just so laid back and friendly. We all loved it. We didn't eat so I don't even know if they offer food.

Had a fab meal at the Clayton Hotel tonight. Lovely menu, really nice feel about the place, didn't feel like you were in Belfast in a good way - plenty of space between tables and a lovely atmosphere where you didn't have to shout to have a conversation! Food was delicious and service was great too. Will definitely return and would 100% recommend.

A beautiful spot to relax and unwind. Really busy when we were there during the week. But there's lots to do. My only flaw is they need to have music or something at the big glass jacuzzi. Food is amazing and drinks r a bit expensive.

Appalling over all. Cheap cuts of meats presented to us as rib eyes ( silly of Deane to compromise on quality and thinks customer doesn’t know any better) Rude and cold staff ( that’s to be expected when you meet the manager) he is no leader that’s for sure! Rudest arrogant manger we have ever encountered in any restaurant ( he’s been there a while so tells you Deane & Co. are not invested in their customers, their feedback or good food over aggressive staff! Imagine going to pay to eat in a restaurant and being humiliated by an arrogant man and we were paying the bill and left a tip ( more fool us) Manager starting arguing with us when we gave feedback over the quality of some of the steaks served to us among many other hiccups over our dinner service Sides were average. Wine average and over priced. Overall we ran out of the place relieved to never have to be subjected to that abuse again

Our 3-night stay was lovely - amazing staff who give you a personalised service, and the chef who will do his best to accommodate your request for food not on the menu. I requested for a main course with prawns, and voila, it was done. All the waiting staff are friendly and helpful. We got to know Eugene, Ms McCaan, and the manager, Michael. Michael went out of his way to furnish me with a print-out of the express bus schedule to get into Belfast, as this is my first time in Ireland. Just can't say enough of the amazing service, and fantastic food. We didn't feel that we need to dine elsewhere because we love the food, the ambience, and the service. We'll love to be back.

The best little port on a cold wet day. We visited Ballintoy on a typically dreary day and the cafe was so cosy warm and welcoming. Staff are wonderful, coffee was fabulous and the cakes were out of this world. Since great views too. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in a small town. Building is across the coastline, close to the cliff view. Rooms were great and bathroom large and modern. We had dinner and breakfast - service was excellent - very pleasant staff. Loved it.

One of my 'go to' places for years and we were very underwhelmed. It'susually packed (especially on a Saturday night) and has a great vibe but there was no atmosphere. The menu wasn't great and the food was bland overall. Waiting staff mixed up drinks orders (there were only 3 of us) and one of the main courses. We won't be rushing back.

Lovely spot set out in a quiet area.. Approximately 3miles from omagh And roughly 3miles from the Gortin glen glamping site.. Only down fall was that (I think an co owner) Jessica took my coat out after I forgot it an didn't recognise me from working together a few yrs bac but this can be forgiving with the food and few beers we had.. Plz give it a visit if in the area..
