Great hotel in a small town. Building is across the coastline, close to the cliff view. Rooms were great and bathroom large and modern. We had dinner and breakfast - service was excellent - very pleasant staff. Loved it.

We booked this hotel after our visit to Giants Causeway. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and were extremely pleased with all the food we ordered. The wait staff were helpful with our food allergies and were amazing with their customer service.

Have been here lots of times Wont be back again or recommending. Had a very bland lunch, with cold under cooked oven chips. The chef was in restaurant discussing another customer who had a gluten intolerance issue, and spent so much time with that , i think our order was not that important.

We stopped in for lunch whilst in Portrush. We were seated in the bar area with an amazing sea view. The staff were friendly and attentive but not overbearing and the food was beautiful. Would highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at bar none. The staff are absolutely fantastic, very friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. Sean's cocktails are perfect and his craic is on the same level. Matthew the night porter was very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast in the morning and it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms and decor have no expense spared not to mention the beautiful sea view. The location is perfect. Completely Stunning.

Cocktails are a rip off, £23 for 2 cocktails and 1 came in a Prosecco glass, very miserable small cocktails and didn’t taste great , place to stay in is lovely, room is big but no outside window so no view staff are friendly but I wouldn’t go back , there are better places to stay for less money , eating and bar area are very small

We have just come back from a truly wonderful meal at this hotel. We were staying about half a mile away, but we were unable to get a taxi back as none would come into town. This was a problem as my wife was in crutches. Charlotte, a fantastic staff member, saw our plight, went and got her own car, and drove us to the door of our hotel. A great experience all round. Definitely recommend this place!!

waited 1 hour for a flipping personal pizza and then they told me after asking 6 times that it wasn’t put through only for me to have to wait another 30 minutes and no apology or nothing. shambles. Some unc rolling dough was also shouting expletives to his other workers acting as if he was doing much

It's been a while since we had been to Strawberry Fayre, it didn't disappoint on our return, we really enjoyed our lunch, pumpkin & bacon soup served with wheaten bread, both delicious followed by toffee apple crumble with custard again delicious, portions were generous too, won't leave it as long to our next visit, really worth a visit .

Called in to place an order to take away. Sat for 40 minutes waiting during which time i watched the girl at the till swinging her ponytail over food, scratching her scalp and nose with her oversized long nail extensions, and then proceed to butter scones without washing her hands or wear gloves. Wiped her hands on her jeans and carried on. Came and told me then after 40 min, that my order hadnt gone through to the kitchen, and when i said to forget it and asked for a refund, she was very rude. Accused me of being rude because i said i hadn't time to wait and said it wasn't her fault i hadn't received my order. Then didn't know how to issue a card refund, and kept me waiting a further 15 minutes while she disappeared into the back of the shop. Awful experience from someone not capable of dealing with customer issues, she was totally unsupported by the manager who stayed in the back. Food handling hygiene needs looked at. Really disappointed as I've used this lovely café before, but on this occasion the service and hygiene was not good at all.
