The best restaurants serving Indian food in North Eastern NI

Haven't been here for ages. I walked in, and as I was about to place my order I was told they only accept cash. (I have no issue with this). I ordered first then went to the atm down the road. I came back and paid for my order. Whilst I was waiting, a guy came in and asked if he could pay by card. He was told immediately, 'yes'. (I have an issue with this). I asked why I was told I had to go and get cash but they were accepting a card from the guy. The response was that the card machine 'only works sometimes'. I said it was odd that I was never even offered this option, I was just told I had to pay with cash. Then, two women came in to eat in the restaurant. They asked if they could pay by card. They were told 'no' that they had to pay with cash. (Also have an issue with this). One of the women left to get cash. Now, there is obviously something going on here. I'm not sure what, but I really think you need to treat all your customers the same. Oh, and on top of all that, they managed to get the dips wrong........Food was just OK.

Worst food i ever had in my life. Its just mixed with food color not received as mentioned in the menu. Naan was burnt paneer tikka is full of food colour chicken chaat is not cooked. Will not recommend this restaurant

Food was really good. Arrived much earlier than I thought, which was actually better for me.

We had a take away here and were very impressed. Ordered on the app and food was ready for collection on arrival. High quality food and good value. We now plan to go to the restaurant.

For those who love Indian foods.

After spending £45 on a meal for 2, there was no salad or sauces with poppodoms. Felt it should be included as standard and was tight.

A wonderful experience ✨️ everything was magic. I believe that we will return to visit northern Ireland for this restaurant, no kidding, it has remained a point of reference that my husband always compers to, even when on our recent visit to India he said no food was as good as this portrush hidden Gem, I'll also add that we arrived in a busy night on a bustling bank holiday evening, we still got incredible service, excellent food and a magical atmosphere, the restaurant had indian dinners that seemed above and beyond happy with there food so that is also a great indication. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience ❤️

Absolutely terrible!!!! Ordered online at 6.15pm told it would be 35-45mins... Food arrived at 7.45... I had ordered a manchie box... Opened the box to cold food... Chips looked and tasted like they had been ready for over an hour and then just dipped back into th chip pan to reheat, goujons were burnt, hard as the road and cold... Doner meat was covered in oil and cold.. food must have been ready in the 35-45 mins that they stated on delivery then just sat there for the rest of the time until it was delivered... The place has completely gone to the dogs!!!!! Won't be back!!!!

I just ordered 5 minutes a Doner & regular portion of chips with sauce. They person didn’t tell me the doner come with chips. Then when he is paking the food he asked me to choose two sauce. I replied is it free with the doner? he said yes. While delivering the order he is asking me for 2 sauce price 3£!!!! I told him you said It's free before. Then I request to keep the sauces because I don’t need this. He replied I have to pay it’s not free!!!! This is so pathetic for me. What I will do with doner with chips & more chips with 2 extra sauce?? Please try to be professional & treat the customers as a clients. Have ordered quite a few times over the last couple of years. Service is amazing. Prompt reply and delivery by very courteous delivery staff. Always on time and I live a good bit away from Crumlin… Food delicious and I know I always go for the same. Lol But I’d have no hesitation to try something different… Just love this takeaway .
