Utterly fantastic food and service from the boys at massala fusion. In Puerto del Carmen? Want Indian food? Go here. Believe me you won't be. Disappointed. 10 out of ten.

Food was great as always but this was the second time in the past 3 orders that they’ve got wrong. I know others are also experiencing this issue. Such a shame as the food is good but no longer reliable as far as getting the correct order goes.

I’m wondering if I was at the same place as these 4&5* reviewers! The chicken Korma I can only describe as disgusting- white sauce? that looked like curdled cream and totally tasteless. told the manager/owner and his response was “I’ll tell chef” no apology ! We ordered a bottle of NZ Sauvignon Blanc and a bottle of Aus SV was left on the table without a word. Turns out they didn’t have the NZ wine and just took it upon themselves to give us a replacement without checking! I ordered a g&t the tonic was flat and the gin was missing! My friend a vodka and ginger little or no vodka. I tried to tell him again about the bad korma but he seemed to be programmed to say “I’ll tell chef”. A free sambuca doesn’t replace a very bad meal. I haven’t been in this restaurant for years opting to go to another one in the area - I certainly won’t be back . I really should have taken a pic of the korma it was just pieces of chicken sitting in what looked like a bowl of semolina!!

The chicken jal jal was superb, thoroughly enjoyed. Pilau rice was cooked beautifully also. My only pick is the Garlic naan could do with more garlic.. otherwise delicious and will happily order again.

Just had a delivery and spoke to Sonny at the takeaway .. 3 items missing from the order. His excuse … well we are ever so busy 🤷‍♂️. Thank god he’s not a surgeon , would probably take out the wrong thing because .. well , we’re ever so busy … Offered a discount on the next order but I told him we will order from somewhere else.. pot luck here in Antrim… Sonny just rang .. apologising.and offering a voucher . … Ive upped my rating to 2 stars… why only 2 ? Should have got it right in the first place… but at least he had the decency to call…. Albeit after I posted my review 🤷‍♂️

Use Fusion Masala regularly. Last night however was the first time we had an issue. From point of order it was 2.5 hours until delivery was received. That said the food was as usual excellent and importantly, WARM! I got cross on the phone just before it arrived insisting the order was cancelled, glad it arrived and will continue to order there if they will still have me. Magnificent food

Usually a great meal from Masala Fusion but tonight's delivery left a lot to be desired. The overall felling was that it was rushed. The onion Baji was crisp on the outside but still raw in the middle ( oil too hot) the chips were soggy and tasted old. The chicken Mahakni was bland . So what was to be a nice treat ended up with 3 portions in the bin.. Very disappointed 😞

Ordered a takeaway meal for 2 and it was ready when I collected it. The starters were excellent however the two curries that followed were okay but could have had more depth of flavour and spice. The naan was delicious. Portion sizes were very good and as was the price.

I ordered a takeaway online and had to wait 25 minutes for it, It appeared totally disorganised, with no regard to social distancing and people standing all over the place waiting for orders or to be seated, Very few were wearing masks and I did not see anyone used the hand sanitisers provided before being seated. They had a lot of walk ins and nobody was turned away even though the restaurant was almost full. The food was fine but I was not happy with the lack of care in relation to the Covid guidelines.

Just a quickie for lovers of a proper vindaloo curry ... had a chic vindaloo tonight from Fusion and it was fantastic, seriously good ruby, the best I’ve had in years - including from curry houses in brum and manc.

I am fully understanding the times we are going thourgh are far from the norm and we do appreciate the risks eatiries and their staff are going through to remain open but tonight we ordered form masala fusion, we have ordered from masala fusion on numerous occasions before and have always been pleased with it but not tonight, we ordered a chicken nugget meal and chicken kurma, very different from how we normanlly experience it but same price, to charge £8.50 for a small box of chips and several chicken nuggets is beyond me, it is also advertised as coming with a salad, no such salad was delivered, how can £8.50 be justified for the attached photo?

On Saturday night in Masala Fusion we had an enjoyable meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

Terrible I could smell the burnt bread as delivery driver left it off why would any chef let burnt food leave their kitchen . Horrible dirty lazy chef

First order and pretty disappointed food was cold on arrival and korma and nan tasted like sugar was thrown over it was really sweet and the rice wasnt drained properly there was water under my meal on the plate just didnt taste nice at all £16.25 for it and couldn't eat it i have photo and video proof of the water running round the plate

When your Curry contains tinned carrots, you know this isn't going to be great. Jeez tinned carrots what are they thinking!?!

We have often gotten carry outs but have never “sat in”, but as it was a special occasion we booked a table for seven of us. We were warmly greeted at the door and shown to our table. We took a while to pursue the extensive menu whilst eating the complimentary popadoms and chutneys. Delicious food, good sized portions and the service was 1st class.....we will now be regulars. If you haven’t eaten here yet....why not? Give it a try.....it’s not a bank breaker!

Me & my husband went here on Friday nite, for my hubby's 40th + we celebrating 20 years together, the place is beautiful, nice & cool were we sat, the food was amazing, the staff was lovely, & i gave a good tip, we will definitely be back again ♥

Good for family meal on sundays

Had a few deliveries from here in the past, always been pleased so no hesitation in ordering again online. On the website I ordered the dishes and specified extra chilli phaal strength heat. What arrived was the complete opposite. No chilli in anything. The result was sadly bland, and unenjoyable. Luckily I had green chillies from Asda which helped, but not the same as the chillies being cooked in the dish. To top it all, the driver arrived nearly an hour too early. I would order again but think I will call them to be sure that they don't forget the chilli. So important!

Masala fusion? Masala con-fusion more like. Will not go back. Disgusting. Prefer fresh food, authentic indian flavours. If your standards are low or you dont care about food, fill your boots. Not for me. Gave 2 stars because the dips and pilau were ok.

Rare night without the kids we gave this place a shot and we hit the bullseye. The owner was the service staff and he couldn’t have been more helpful given lovely poppadoms and dips to get us started and he helped us through the menu...

Ordered a takeaway from Masala Fusion, and was greatly disappointed. I would eat Indian food quite regularly, and it was far too bland and did not have the exciting mix of herbs and spices. I have been in contact with the restaurant via their website, firstly by live chat, then by the forum. I received an email saying the manager will be in contact with me to discuss it - its been over a week and I haven't heard anything from them, which is actually why I feel the need to share my feedback online. There are plenty of other Indian options, and I would recommend to avoid this one.

The food has greatly improved and tastes really nice. The restaurant has also had a makeover which is greatly improved the look. Very good service at times can be very busy.
