I've been enjoying food from Spice from some time. but I was so disappointed this time. The I had one of my usual main courses, but the sauce was so do sweet! I couldnt eat it. I also got the 3 piece veggie starter, which lacked flavour , and looked cheap. I have given 4 stars because the food good is usually very tasty, in the hope that you'll take sugar out of your sauce. and at least TRY to make you bhaji's look homemade, with added spice. please, or I'll go elsewhere.

Excellent service, excellent food

Has gone done hill massively. We eat her a few times a month but lately the food is greasy and lacking in flavour. Staff are completely clueless about allergies. If you’re looking a good meal in the area try Kathmandu Inn in ballyclare. Blows this place outta the water.

Called into this restaurant on the way to collect my son from the airport & so glad we did. It is a little gem just tucked off the main road. The decor inside is just as good as the staff welcome. Shown straight to our table we were pleasantly served by a young lady who when asked, gave my wife & myself excellent help with the menu choice. Order taken, drinks served, less than ten minutes later starters arrived & wonderfully presented & delicious they were. Starter plates cleared & a few minutes later the main courses arrive with all food piping hot & with the best garlic nann I have tasted. The food was fantastic & as for the curry dish I chose, I have never tasted anything so good. Chicken Casini, apologies if I have spelt it wrong but this dish made with Mango, Honey & other secret ingredients is a must of a choice with pilau rice. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough & I certainly will pay it another visit next time I have to visit Nr.Ireland. Should you be driving towards or from the airport do yourself a huge favour, stop off at this restaurant & enjoy great service with excellent food.

Spice Templpatrick is my favorite Indian restaurant. The food and the service is excellent. I would recommend this Restaurant to everyone !!

We are just back from Spice and had to write an immediate review as it's so so good. We used to go to the restaurant alot over the years and somehow stopped going out so much. Our friends bought us a gift voucher and this has brought us back! We had the most amazing meal and the service is incredible! Mona was so attentive and lovely and helped me with my menu choice. We each chose from the chef's recommendation part of the menu and the food was gorgeous!! Couldn't resist the masala potatoes to share as well as our mushroom rice and roti bread! Stuffed but happily so! We will definitely be back. It's a 'wee treasure' of a place. Thank you Spice!

Authentic Indian food. No other cuisine influence. Awesome taste and quality of meat. Highly recommend for proper Indian food. Don’t miss their kebab platter.

The order was settled as ready to deliver at 19:10 and I didn’t receive it until an hour later. The food was absolutely freezing and it was also missing a naan bread. I am demanding a refund for this as the quality and timing was simply that poor.

Finest Dinning in and around Belfast!!! Everyone in the staff specially Arun, Tarun, Mona, Adil, and Iqbal were very friendly. Me and my friends experienced the best hospitality . I would recommend to everyone who would like to experience the best and authentic Indian Food!!!

Spice should be a Michelin star restaurant with how delicious the food was. Our waiter Iqbal made our experience by far the greatest time of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I would definitely visit again, and hope Iqbal will be there. 10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Spice is the best restaurant I have ever been to. It changed my life. In particular, Iqbal showed the most incredible performance of a waiter I have ever seen in my life. He was almost angel like with his service. He charmed me. Spoiler alert, it’s called Spice for a reason.

Great quality food and delivered right on time.

Chicken very dry. Popadoms stale / old. Sauce/gravy with biryani was watery and tasteless. Ordered lamb in biryani but no lamb came. Only noticed all this once we got home and we’re offered complimentary popadoms on our next order to make up for it … collection was very quick and efficient, greeted at the door by friendly staff and sent to dedicated collection area. Shame the quality of the food didn’t match the collection experience.

Was told it was on its way at 18:20 did not receive notification of arrival until 19:20. Driver left it outside door making the food cold and inedible. Requesting a full refund.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I was over with friends and Spice was recommended to us by some locals. We arrived on a weekday at 7.00 and the car park was nearly full, always a good sign. We ordered various curries and one of my friends ordered a vegan option. Myself and a friend had the banquet option that comes with a selection of starters followed by my case with a butter chicken, rice and Peshwari Naam bread. Everything was superb, and I'm from Birmingham so I know a good curry. Service was excellent throughout and my colleagues appetites were suitably sated. An excellent restaurant and wish it was my local Indian restaurant, you are all very lucky to have this on your doorstep.

We had a really lovely evening @ Spice celebrating my Husband’s Birthday. On arrival we had a warm welcome from Adil who showed us to a lovely table. Our lovely, friendly waitress promptly took our orders and the service was excellent. It was our Son’s first visit and he said it was the best chicken tikka masala he’d ever eaten. My Husband received his birthday cake with all the staff singing to him. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff @ Spice for making our evening special and thank you to Adil who we all agreed was so lovely and made our evening extra special .. look forward to returning soon!

First time dining experience in this restaurant which we went to on a Saturday night. There were 11 of us in the party and they seated us around a table that would normally be used for 8. Needless to say, it was a tight squeeze and not very comfortable for eating. This was extremely disappointing and did not make for a pleasant dining experience. The food itself seemed to be enjoyed by most, and even though they charge for the poppadoms, they are definitely worth it. I will go back on an evening midweek with just one or two others and give it another chance to impress.

I was dining here tonight. Brilliant food and customer service. Adil is an absolute credit to the restaurant and made us feel very welcome.

Food was good and tasty they were quite busy so even though we got there for collection 15 minutes late we still had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes which was fine but the food just probably could’ve been hotter but will be back anyway

ordered for collection, was waiting around 20 minutes past the time I was given, understandable with how busy it was... that was put aside once I got the food home it was still more than warm enough, food was absolutely amazing, 10/10

I must have drove past Spice 100s of times but never been inside before. I am soo glad that changed tonight. Went for my wifes birthday and everything was just perfect. Ambiance brilliant, staff soo attentive and friendly. The food was top notch. Special touch bringing out cake for my wife for her birthday. Will definitely be back!

Curry was cold and rice was full off water only thing that was proper ate able was the naan bread I had to drain the rice and heat up the curry .

Large party of us (approx 20) booked for dinner and were brilliantly looked after from start to finish, in particular by Adil — hope I have spelt that correctly. Staff were happy to rearrange tables for us and the food was excellent with very nice surroundings. Will be back again for certain

Just been for an amazing meal for my sons birthday Made a booking so straight forward and easy to get through to and the man on the phone was so helpful. We arrived on time all 8 of us on a busy Saturday night and were greeted with a friendly smile and amazing smells of fab food. We were seated upstairs and the lovely Adil served us all evening with friendly chat giggles and recommending some hidden gems on the menu. The added touches made the evening and we all had such a lovely time we all are planning our return visit soon.

My boyfriend and I went for a nice casual dinner and not only was the food amazing, but the service was excellent. Since I have a severe peanut allergy going out for dinner is always a little bit more complicated and most restaurants understandably say that they can't guarantee there won't be any traces. Not so the staff at Spice. They all gave their best to give as a lovely dinner experience. Especially our server Suhaas was very helpful and understanding. It's definitely worth the drive out and we really recommend this comfortable Indian restaurant. Thank you so much for a lovely and delicious evening!

Amazing food, amazing staff. Buhaas even went over and above to cater us and gave a personal touch. Went for a friend's birthday and even got sung happy birthday and a dessert. Amazing food, so delicious, we'll definitely be back. 5 stars

I ordered biryani lamb with vegetables, unfortunately the meat was missing. All together the food was tasty.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely however the serveur was very clumsy and unapologetic. Our food was very bland and on a whole just mediocre.

Delivery- last as usual- the food is not even cold- it’s freezing- poppadoms are soggy, starter is cold and the curry is Luke warm! Disappointing! Will never order again from spice! This is the last time

First trip here and we were not disappointed. The service from our waitress was over and above, she was such a lovely girl, friendly and smiley and gave us complimentary shots. The food was absolutely beautiful and the service, second to none. Beautiful atmosphere and cocktails are well priced and beautiful. I will definitely be back.

Food fresh, arrived hot and extremely tasty

Called in tonight for an Indian, greeted straight away with a smile.... served by Suhas (hopefully spelt right) most attentive and accommodating server we've ever had! An absolute gentleman and a credit to the company nothing was too much. Has starters and main, I had the Punjabi butter chicken recommend by Suhas and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone and everyone! Thanks again.

I love Indian food… we have wanted to visit for a while since we seen the beautiful outside area… Arrived as they opened at 5 pm and yes the outdoor dining area really is beautiful. We did not get our food until 5.50 even though lots of take always came and went in that time… We didn’t go for starters even though they were very reasonably priced. I had large glass of wine and my daughter an Appletiser.. My daughter had King Prawn Jalfrezi which had £5 supplement for the King prawn… which was fine, but the prawns were completely over cooked and tasted like bland chicken. The other gripe was mine was Chicken Tikka madras which was very reasonably priced @ £13.95 but I asked for it to be xtra hot and they put a £2.50 supplement on for this???? All in all was a pleasant experience complimented by the beautiful weather. But nothing to make me rush back.

Food was lovely, no sauce with the biriyani and the wrong meat.

The food took quite a while to arrive. Although the curry tasted amazing, everything arrived cold and we had to reheat it all which was disappointing as it meant the chips and Nann were soggy. The popadoms were also stale.

Love this restaurant we get take away and also sit in every other month. Food is just delicious and staff are very friendly. Reasonably priced also.

This is a beautiful restaurant. We passed it on the way into Belfast and came back that night. Food was delicious and very authentic. Service was excellent as was the ambience. Seating inside and out (if only the weather cooperated). Ample parking. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Well worth a visit.
