1st time ordering and the last. I opted for chicken tikka vindaloo and no hotness whatsoever. My dogs were able to eat it.

First time ordering from here and I must say that the food was amazing. The food was piping hot and portion size was good too. We had the korma, chicken madras and chicken biryani and chips and naan bread. It was delicious

some chips weren't cooked properly and donor meat was rock hard

Food was cold on delivery and needed reheated in microwave. Considering it was ordered 50mins prior to requested delivery time for it to arrive 30 minutes late is disgraceful. If I could have left no stars for delivery I would have.

Chicken dry, salad with meal was brown. Did not rate the doner.

Ordered a bhuna and received what can only be described as a Byriani sauce. Complained and after being told I was wrong, eventually they agreed to send me a new order. Them Received a bhúnna with no rice, 2 hours on I'm still awaiting my proper order. The Kinara used to be the best Indian in greater the area, this is sad to see - along with the now regular delivery delays and lukewarm food

The most disgusting kebab we ever ordered. There was 2 pieces of kebab which was dry, I m not even talking about salad... I ordered large coke for £2.70 and got small. The worst experience

I have ordered a number of times from Kinara. Food has always been good. My tandooru mix tonight was not as ordered. There were no prawns in the mix and the poppadoms came with 2 dips (2 tubs of the same mint sauce). Very disappointed.

app said food delivered but it did not come for another 45 mins. Just eat is rubbish. Will order direct from restaurant in future. Food greR as always

Food was suppose to be here at 7:40pm and didnt arrive until 8:33pm all food was ice cold and had barley any flavour, £35 pounds down the drain dont waste your money…..

Forgot the rice, disappointing when it was such a small order

35 minutes since the app notified me that the order was on its way.time of delivery was 21.40, twenty minutes past the end time range suggested by just eat. I live 7-8 minutes away from restaurant. food tastes nice, but is not hot, so i feel driver had several deliveries in one trip. whether the restaurant marks the deliveries as on way too soon, or the app gives too early a delivery window, should be corrected for future customers

Been ordering from this place years, but my order from today was pretty disappointing. Got a madras and the lamb ended up being extremely chewy to the point where I did not want to finish my dish. Bit concerned with the sudden change in the quality of the meat as the lamb is usually very good.

I ordered a masala sauce, the colour was like something I have never seen before in a masala sauce. It was the strangest red colour had no flavour at all. Very disappointed as an Indian without sauce is plain bread , plain rice and plain chips worst £18 spent.

Nice food sweeter than usual and could be hotter as I selected that , chips were terrible though

Haven't been here for ages. I walked in, and as I was about to place my order I was told they only accept cash. (I have no issue with this). I ordered first then went to the atm down the road. I came back and paid for my order. Whilst I was waiting, a guy came in and asked if he could pay by card. He was told immediately, 'yes'. (I have an issue with this). I asked why I was told I had to go and get cash but they were accepting a card from the guy. The response was that the card machine 'only works sometimes'. I said it was odd that I was never even offered this option, I was just told I had to pay with cash. Then, two women came in to eat in the restaurant. They asked if they could pay by card. They were told 'no' that they had to pay with cash. (Also have an issue with this). One of the women left to get cash. Now, there is obviously something going on here. I'm not sure what, but I really think you need to treat all your customers the same. Oh, and on top of all that, they managed to get the dips wrong........Food was just OK.

Quick delivery no hassle would definitely order again

We found all the sauces to be very sweet (I had a madras, he had garlic chilli tikka), including the sag aloo. Found it very annoying that we had to order compulsory side dishes with our sides (ie Bombay aloo I wasn't able to order without a bread or rice to go with). The lamb in my curry was quite gristly. All in all just a little disappointing.

Not a great experience, so annoying as this place used to be great! We were so looking forward to a wee treat but after having an overpriced starter to share. Service was awful, they are more interested in takeaway orders. Waited over 30 mins on our main to be told they have no boiled rice!! It's Friday night, we made the effort to go out and sit in their restaurant... WTAF??

No riata with the dry mixed starter and the Vindaloo was hotter than a phall. I'll bring it back tomorrow for the chef to taste.

Disappointing Kebab chicken tough and dry overcooked, bread wet and soggy sald and sauce nice as they where separate

I have just recently moved into the area and have been struggling to find a decent Indian, thankfully I tried this restaurant tonight as it was absolutely top class, from the chutneys to the tasty Jalfrezi, that chicken tikka melted in the mouth!! 10/10 🔥 If I could give one bit of feedback, I think it would be beneficial to store the poppadoms in a separate bag so as they stay crispy. Thanks again for a great meal!

I have ordered many times from The Kinara over the years and last night I was extremely disappointed! The food was abysmal. The doner kebab meat was dried up like leather and we couldn’t eat it. The chicken tikka chilli garlic masala curry was watery, tasteless and the chicken was tough. I’ve ordered this dish many times before and it never tasted like this. Cost £30 and most of it ended up in bin. I complained to Just Eat and nothing done, very disappointed and won’t be back.

Ordered from here by mistake. Was supposed to order Raduni and messed up. Worst one I have made, spelt bad, tasted bad. Ate about 4 pieces and had to throw it out. Not a proper kebab. Will ensure I don't make that mistake again

This is at least the fourth time ordering (not all via Just Eat - have also used their website/rang in an order) and fourth time experiencing extremely poor delivery time with tonight’s being 30minutes, tine before this was over an hour. Each time I’ve had to ring & follow up on an order and complain and each time I’ve been told, “sorry we are busy”; well I’m fed up hearing the same old sorry excuse so will be searching for a new local indian restaurant to give my custom to from now on.

Curry was watery and didn’t even taste like tikka. This has been a few times we have been disappointed with the take away. We have ate in the restaurnant and the take away curry is of lower standard.

Hi, Whilst I did enjoy my meal, the plain nan that I ordered had not been included. Also, I had ordered one pilau rice and received two. Thank you anyhow for your service.

Decided to go here for dinner on the 16th March 2024. Rang up a few times during the day to book, but got no answer until after 2pm, fair enough I assume they have other things to do, but an answering service may be a good idea. That said, when did get through , booked for 5pm. Ask could we bring our own beers and wine. Guy said yes, not a problem. Noticed on the menu it did say £2.00 corkage, no mention of any charges for beers etc (Lets get back to that later) Arrived a bit early, around 4.45pm, went in and was told we cannot order to 5pm, again not a problem, as it does not officially open to 5pm. We got shown our table and sat down and looked at menus. Lifted 1 bottle of wine , 2 Beers and a Blue WKD from our stock we brought with us. We opened the wine ourselves, and opened the beers. All good. Once 5pm came someone arrived to take the food order. We ordered the mixed platter for 4, Lamb Patia , Chicken Patia, Butter Chicken , Chicken Tikka Karahi, 4 Pilau rice, Garlic and Cheese Nan, Peshwari Nan, 4 Poppadoms, 1 Chips and a Coke Zero. Poppadoms arrived first with a few dips, Nice Dips, Lovely Poppadoms, we all enjoyed them, only thing I will says, is they charged for them £4.00 plus £1.50 for the dips, any other Indian Resturant we have been too (And we have been to quite a few) the Poppadoms are complimentary. Next to the mixed starters 2 plates of lovely mouth watering treats for 4 of us, more than enough to go around. Each item on the platter was delicious and full of flavours, every one fully enjoyed them. Cooked just nice and well enjoyed by all. Starters all done , table cleared and I opened 2 more beers myself. Out came main event , I myself had the Lamb Patia , Patia seems to be cooked differently in different restaurants, this one I liked , nothing wrong with any of the others I have had before, just this was not as hot and a more savoury taste, I prefer it more, that's all. The rest of the party liked the food and seemed to enjoy it. At the end of the meal everyone was happy and good comments about the food saying it was tasty and good portions. No complaints there at all. The staff, while attentive and did ask a few times was every OK, they seemed disengaged with the customers, not sure exactly what it was , just felt different to other Indian Restaurants we have been to (and again, we have been to quite a few!). Now, to be fair, Food was good, overall tasty , good portion sizes, served in good time etc. Staff, Ok, could lighten up a bit. They did charge £2.00 for Wine corkage, even though we opened the wine, poured the wine, drank the wine and took the empty bottle away. Considering the prices were a bit on the high side and charging for Poppadoms I would have rated it higher.

They the rice! Spoilt what should have been a good meal which wasn’t cheap. Rice delivered an hour later which was of no use. Pity, food good, but more reliable alternatives in the area folks.

Perfect! The tikka Jalfrazi was best curry I've ever had and the Lamb tikka was soo tender.

Said it was delivered so then had to ring to check and it had just left. That was fine I can understand its busy etc but it arrived with a missing garlic and cheese nann. Rang again and spoke to the girl staff member who said it would get sent out to have to ring again an hour later and speak to another male member of staff who said he would get it sent out. Hadn't arrived. Staff were polite and apologetic which I appreciate but to ring twice then be told twice it was being sent out and not recieving it was highly disappointing.

Got a takeaway and was very disappointed, food was cold on arrivs and the king prawn starter didn't have one whole prawn, about three that seemed to have been cut in half. They were dry and overcooked and in my opinion and not fresh. For a starter and one main it was £27.50 although price changed to £28.50 when it was delivered. Won't rush back

Honestly the food was so poor, we collected our meal and live about 5 minutes from the shop so I have no idea how the chips could be cold, soggy, seemed like they’d been cooked yesterday? The korma was cold and tasted bitter - popadoms were over cooked won’t be back

Took over an hour and then I decided to ring them and they told me it had been sitting there on that whole time. It was then on route immediately after the phone call and everything arrived cold aswell as part of the order missing. Absolute joke

Food was average. Kebab meat was nice, naan was pretty small, chips were soggy, greasy and looked like they had been cooked a few days ago and reheated. Overall it was ok, but would not be rushing back to order anytime soon.

Food beautiful as always, but delivery driver just plonked on doorstep and barely knocked door, just thanks to the app I looked for it. Food was warm but not hot so had to reheat. Had from here before and Food was perfect so please rethink delivery options.
