The best restaurants serving Indian food in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Meine Mum und ich waren in diesem fantastischen indischen Restaurant essen und waren begeistert! Die Speisen waren unglaublich lecker. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr geduldig, als es darum ging, unsere Fragen zu den unterschiedlichen Gerichten zu beantworten. Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte war vielfältig, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war, egal ob man scharf mag oder eher mild. Die Preise sind absolut fair für die hohe Qualität der Speisen. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Cornwall Urlaub machen, kommen wir definitiv wieder!

2nd time trying this restaurant/takeaway. Delicious food lovely flavours all really well cooked. Best curry I’ve had in years if not ever. Thank you to the chefs. Delivery chap is very friendly and food was delivered quicker than quoted which is always a bonus. Thanks again will definately be ordering again

Actually ordered a take away which was delivered got to say it was perfect in every way and really good size portions I rang the restaurant to tell them how pleased I was with the meal as I believe in giving praise where it’s due could not fault it

Really lovely food … friendly staff .. tucked away restaurant treat . Had kofte meatballs in a rich spicy tomato sauce .. absolutely beautiful.. amazing flavour … others had prawn curry with tasty rice & flat bread .

Me and my dear friend are men of curry, we have eaten curry from all over the country and world. This establishment looked picturesque, right on the Riverside and very welcoming. Poppadoms and dips were very standard, lentil soup starter was good. The curries were a total disaster. I have heard a lot of people state that some establishments use heinz tomato soup as sauce! But these guys really do! It's unbelievable, my chicken madras was submerged in heinz tomato sauce! If you don't believe me, go and Try it for yourself! I have given good, great and bad reviews on my search for a good curry but this place is awful! My friends lamb dish that didn't taste like lamb was burned and chewy! I have never said this in any reviews before but this has to be the worst indian food I have ever tasted nationwide. I'm just being honest. They were very friendly people. Staff were very accommodating. Mr Curry.

Amazing food cooked fresh and amazing prices. Cannot recommend more.

Food wasn't good, meat was poor quality, Korma was far too sweet, and we were charged twice for several items spending 25 quid more than we should have. A shame as last year it was really good but we won't be returning

So out of three meals ordered over the past. . First one arrived cold. Contacted and was offered a discount on the next order. That was great. Ordered picked it up that was a good meal. Sent a message saying thank you it was enjoyable. Didn’t get a reply. Ordered tonight. 40 minute round trip. Items missing. Called to let them know. Response can you come and collect? Well no sorry just had a 40 minute drive. Ok a refund or a credit note. That’s fine but I would have liked all the items I had ordered now ! To enjoy my food. I did get a refund for the items missing. But the point is why wasn’t the order correct? Shame as food is tasty but 3 orders of 2 wrong!

Food was good, wine was terrible. Charging £26 for wine that you can purchase in B&M for a £5. Service was good although it took quite a long time before we ordered, but when we did everything was as you would expect.

Another incredible takeaway last night, consistently delicious. When Kate Moss said, “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’” it’s because she’s never had a Shanaz.

We just turned up on the off chance to get a take away, but it was so cosy inside we decided to stay. The service was amazing and the staff super friendly. The food, absolutely fantastic, full of flavours and spices. Honestly this is the best curry I have had in a very long time. I live locally in Newquay and all the places there have really let their standards drop with food with zero flavour. This place is well worth a visit. Thank you for a lovely meal, I will be back.
