Best curry house in Truro! Tried multiple places in Truro after that last 10 years and this ticks all the boxes. Great flavourful Bhuna, excellent moist Naans, perfect rice and excellent sides. 5*

Excellent location in city centre and awesome food. Always order online for takeaway. Never had a flaw. Excellent Balti and Prawn Puri! Affordable for Truro and great variety!

Superb takeaway food, reasonably priced with generous portions and lovely service from the staff. I had the Naga, which I'd recommend for those looking for a spicy kick and the dhansak for those wanting something with some sweetness.

Amazing madras really enjoyed every mouthful can't wait to visit again. Left some for husband and he totally agreed. Hot spicey and totally moorish.

I had the chicken madras, poppadoms, pilau rice and onion bhajis and the food is amazing. Really good spices, fresh and hot. Probably the best curry takeaway in Truro. Staff are very friendly polite and helpful.

Just moved to Truro and heard this was good for an Indian takeaway. Ordered early on Saturday evening for collection, they were on time and correct price which was very reasonable, even gave us free poppadoms. Food was delicious, everything was beautifully cooked and just right spice level for the different dishes. Huge amount in the containers and so much chicken in the chicken tikka biryani. Our go to takeaway from now on. Had enough left for dinner the next day. 100% recommend.

What can I say apart from WOW! We went in to order food on Saturday and ordered with who I believe was the owner. We were greeted with a warm welcome and was a very kind man. He took our order straight away and told us it would be 30 mins, was more than happy to wait as it smelt incredible in there. We popped out for a walk around and came back, we were again greeted with a very warm tone and our food was ready for us! We then drove back to helston and wow… after a 35 minute drive the food was perfect! Lovely creamy sauces! The naan breads are amazing and the mint sauce is a league above the rest! All of our food (2 mains, 2 sides, a naan, 2 popadoms and 2 mint sauce) only cost us £30.20!! It was enough to feed 3 people truthfully as the portion sizes are great! I will definitely be driving the 35 minutes each way every time I would like an Indian as this was so worth every single moment. I truly think this place is a little hidden gem! 💎

This is tasteless food ever I have try in my life when I order Dhaka dal and aloo gobi. I ask him to make it spicy but is too sweet . When I ring to restaurant to tell that this so sweet they ask me you put sweet inside .they might be need to change the chief.This worthless food I don’t recommend to anybody to order form this restaurant if you are a spicy lover

The owner was very nice with great hospitality. The Moglai chicken was great along with the tandoori, I recommend the ‘curry in special chicken’ it is a really nice nutty and slightly sweet curry. Naan was very nice but the samosas were quite mediocre.

We picked up food today: chicken tandoori starter, naan & chicken biryani! Food was super tasty and had an authentic taste. We were given an extra vegetable curry (thank you very much), it completed the meal. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a tasty dinner!

Absolutely amazing!!! Food came within 15-20 mins of ordering, and was piping hot and tasty. Will definitely be ordering again. Would highly recommend.

Great curry lovely service and fast service.

Took 2 hours to get our delivery. We're a bit on Truro outskirts but it's only a 12mn drive. After multiple calls to the restaurant, whoever was there did not feel too sorry about it, brushing it off saying it's on its way. The food itself was just ok, nothing to die for and quite greasy. Chicken tikka masala was way too sweet too. Probably a pass for us next time.

Slight delay with delivery due to being busy but food delivered hot and tasty. Would order again.

Cracking dinner, have been around the block when it comes to truro takeaways and as far as Indians go this is the best, everything tasted great, the spicy chicken and chips was something I got on the side as I was curious and it was great highly recommend, thanks to the chefs

We ordered two Chicken Tikka Dhansaks recently with mushroom boiled rice and nan bread's.It was superb as ever.We have been ordering meals from the Curry Inn for 6-7 years and they have never disappointed. We have visited all of the 'sit down' restaurants within Truro and we must say that the quality of the food from the Curry Inn is some of the finest on offer.The food is delicious and the staff always friendly.

Ordered food today both nam.bread burnt unedible egg rice was not egg rice!!! Food was bland terrible ghandis is far better, also the poppadoms had a nasty taste to them like they had been cooked in dirty fat wont be coming bk I find it very hard to believe how u have 4 and a half stars on just eat to dish put rubbish like that

Just enjoyed a 'Curry Inn Special Chicken', sag aloo and peshwari naan which was excellent, especially the bread. I'll definitely be back

Really disappointed. I am a local and live not to far from the place. Me and my partner are currently self isolating and decided to get a curry. The food was stone cold when it arrived and after waiting nearly 1hr 45 minutes we expected a superb curry. I work in hospitality and completely understand when it is busy but for it to be cold aswell after such a long wait.. not really acceptable. Won’t be ordering again!

Waited nearly an hour and a half for 2 curry's, absolute joke, phoned to complain and was told only around the corner and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Terrible service, food was cold too!

Thirty five minutes late. Lamb madras had a strange tang to it, not what the flavour was but definitely not madras. Pilau rice was ok, why can't Cornish curry houses do a proper curry?

We have ordered from this restaurant many times. They always say 1 hour for delivery and they take a minimum of 2 hours. Additionally, they started charging £5 for delivery today and did not tell us and to add further insult, they delivered the wrong meal. When we rang to address this, the man we spoke to insisted that we ordered a starter meal and not a completely different main meal. He did not offer a replacement or admit he may have been mistaken. So after waiting 2 hours and paying an excessive delivery charge, we did not even have what we ordered. We recommend this restaurant to guests and even put them in our welcome letter to say lovely food and no delivery charge. We will obviously now be removing them and speaking to other Indian restaurants to get an improved service. A real shame, as the food is nice, but the delivery charge suddenly being added and the incorrect order (with no responsibility taken), in addition to the excessive wait (always) for the food, was just a step too far.

So disappointed as I placed a order on just eat at 5.30, the order got accepted within a few minutes, I got an email saying my order will be delivered at 7pm which I understand as we live on the outskirts of Truro. It got to 6.50 and I get an email saying my order has been cancelled due to not having the delivery drivers! I was very upset as I was so hungry and the order had been accepted and when I phoned them they told me at 6pm a delivery driver didn't turn up! Why was I not told straight away! I was told I could collect and get a discount however I had a drink and didn't want to drive hence getting a delivery. Its such a shame as I was really looking forward to my curry was looking for a new local place to get a curry so they have really lost out.

It was an absolutely amazing meal I had tonight. The guy who served me was such a nice guy and gave us a couple things on the house! We will certainly be going back here again for every Indian we buy. Even if I lived in London I’d travel down to Truro to get an Indian from here as it was super amazing!!

Just had the best meal, at the best price, live seven miles away, food still hot and very tasty, this place is my curry takeaway for good, delivery driver polite and found us out in the middle of nowhere, hat's off to the chef, and all at this establishment, a big thankyou to you all.

Only Indian takeaway I could find open and I was glad it was. It was obviously busy as the estimated delivery time was 60 minutes (in fact it took 90). The food was well worth the wait, the four of us had excellent curries and naan breads and the mixed starter was superb. Would definitely recommend this take away.

Ordered curry tonight beautifully cooked chicken. Delivered within their own set time limits, were told 1hr 10 mins but delivered within the hour piping hot. We last used this service a while ago but I don't remember the food being this good. Please keep it up and we will certainly order again.

Used to be the best Indian takeaway in Truro. Regularly having 3 -4 a month. Tonight food was bland, rogan josh,4 bits of chicken, 10 tomato halves, naan breads have shrunk (so one each, instead of sharing) Will try once more but if same, won't be going back:

I had my first experience of this establishment last evening.I ordered Chicken Pasanda, Veg Curry (side dish) and Pilau Rice.The Pasanda was poor quality with little to no flavour at all. The veg curry was almost as bad as a tin of supermarket money saver curry. The Rice was lovely I do have to say in its defence.You are supposed to get a 10% discount upon production of their takeaway menu, this didn't happen but I wasn't unhappy to pay full price so please don't think this review is biased because of that.In conclusion.......stay away

Got my order wrong and refused to replace it. Until the next day unless I drove in. As I had already paid for delivery I was not going to start driving round cose of their mistake.

normally good here , but last week it turned up one and a half hours early , I sent it back because nobody was here to eat it , then it arrived on the correct time , the papodoms were burnt black and the meals were stone cold including the chips , I wont be going back

The staff is very friendly and it's a good, healthy place to eat, with a nice atmosphere. The owner is very outgoing and charming so he kinds makes his clients laugh most tgimes. Food is always good there and tbh it's a good price

I really enjoy this place! They make amazing food, always fresh and very rich in flavor. The service is always fast. We usually order around 8-9 in the evening and the food arrives within minutes. We sometimes go to the shop to order and I must say it looks very clean and tidy which is always good to know about the place that cooks your meal. Recommend all curry lovers to try it !

The place caught my attention when me and my mates were hanging out in truro. Their spicy chicken and chips and samosas were full of flavor and simply fantastic. Nice customer service too. I recommend!

I used to grab food from there every time I had my way in truro. I must say food is very appetizing and even on weekends when it seems to be very busy the service is great (in comparison to other takeaways at least). Well done, Curry inn!

Wasn’t sure if I should write this or not, but it should be known... My partner and I used to order here every week, but ever since the change of ownership last year, it’s only gone down hill. Food is always late and no texture or flavour whatsoever, different taste every week, no consistently, where as before it was great.

Great curry polite and friendly service

I had a takeaway Saturday night from this place they told me it would be 20 mins for collection I came to collect after 20 mins and it was already for me they gave me 10% discount for collection and a can of coke complementary. It was a great service I will definitely be going back . The guy was very nice he even held up the door for me and the food was excellent so nice I was so happy with the service. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve never had indian food before but I must admit Curry Inn really impressed me. My friends insisted we have a indian takeaway and i did not regret it. The service was really fast, the food was delicious and the people serving there were really nice! Will definitely come back for some more!

I'm a pretty basic person when it comes to curry, I don't do spicy so always have a Korma. The Korma from here was okay, no real complaints there. However I was not impressed with the chips, honestly looking at them I thought they might have been cold McDonald's fries, they were just generally disappointing. This was my first time ordering here and I'm sorry to say I probably wont be ordering again for a while. Also cans of Rio for £1.50 is a bit of a rip off when you are selling cans of coke for £0.95!

This is difficult, I'm a reasonably regular at a very local rival to Curry Inn, who I have rated fairly high. I only used Curry Inn as their menu dropped through my door today. I'm of Indian decent and of a good age. Thank you Curry Inn I really enjoyed my meal I'd rate it better than your near rival. Early days to definitely say your better, only time will tell. The one thing I hope to see is consistency something lacking in your rivals. 4.7/5.0 from me. See you soon..
