We go to this Lovley restaurant quite regularly and always thoroughly enjoy our amazing food. Lovley staff and owners, they always ensure we have a 10/10 experience and are so friendly. Would definitely recomend to anyone and everyone as you can never go wrong. 😊

We recently ordered a takeaway from Sultanz Indian in Camborne, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious — bursting with flavours, hot, fresh and perfectly spiced. The portion sizes were generous, giving us great value for money. (I have leftover for lunch today - yum!) Service was top-notch; our order was ready on time, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The whole experience was seamless. Sultanz is a must-try. We’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommend — 100/10!

The service was very good, friendly staff always smile,nothing was too much trouble. The weakest link for us,was sadly the food, although all well cooked and presented it really lacked punch. The balance of flavours and stages of spicing just weren't there. We had had the mixed tandoori starter at £10.99 a very good portion for 2,consisting of 3 large bits of both chicken and lamb tikka,3 onion bhajees,and 4 samosa.All of it was very tame on the spices and really didn't have a great deal if flavour.The samosa were probably some of the worst I've had,and looked like they could have been bought in,almost totally tasteless. Mains for us was Chicken Jalfrezi,ok,good heat,but lacking too,pilau rice again pretty flavourless,Bombay aloo ok,and well cooked and tasty Bhindi bhajees,which was the high point accompanied by a reasonable peshwari that needed more cooking and char. Service excellent,good busy atmosphere,but sadly the food was a flavourless let down. Would I return, probably not sadly.

Great takeaway. First time and we will be ordering again. Hot and quick delivery. We had 2 set meals and too be honest 1 would of been enough.

This was just a really special discovery. The staff were sweet, friendly and attentive without being intrusive, but the food was the star. Gorgeous succulent curries, perfect rice, everything piping hot and perfectly seasoned. And the naan...I don't think I've ever had such wonderful, light, fluffy naan. Be aware that the restaurant does not have a drinks licence, but you can bring your own or have soft drinks or coffee.

Food was good quality, with generous portion sizes at a reasonable price.

Got a takeaway meal from here this evening and was very pleased with food and enjoyable we had chicken dhansak chicken balti and chicken jalfrezi egg fried rices and chips thank you will be back again

We ordered food over the phone. We didn't really like it. The staff was helpful when ordering and picking up and tried very hard to get everything done as quickly as possible. I saw that the restaurant was very crowded.

A really lovely meal, but be aware the restaurant doesn't hold a drinks licence. There is however an Aldi nearby if you wish to bring your own alcoholic drinks. My fish dish used mackerel which was an unusual touch, but fitting of the area, and was truly delicious. My partner said her chicken Madras was the best she'd ever tasted. High praise indeed!

Visited this place with a group of family members while in Cornwall. We ordered a variety of items, from the lamb shank grill platter to several curries with naan and rice. In terms of taste, nothing was extraordinary. I liked the king prawn curry, the chicken curry was too oily but okay, the lamb shank was underwhelming. The onion bhaji was a bit hard inside, maybe slightly undercooked, and the samosas were standard nothing special. The lamb tikka was a bit chewy, and the tandoori chicken didn’t impress. The papadums were fine. Overall, an okay experience.

Best bengali food in the UK. Amazingly authentic and very reasonably priced. Loved it so much had to get it couple of nights a row. Would highly recommend and will be definitely going again when back in Cornwall.

One of the worst experience I have ever had in any indian/ pakistani restaurant.

First time coming here last night and can honestly say it was the best Indian we have had in a long time! Staff were welcoming and friendly, service was good and the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back.

The curries are too sweet and filled with sugar instead of spices. The Naan bread felt like eating rock. But the biggest issue was the rudeness of the staff. They shouted at us because they were super occupied and unable to manage their service to us. And threatened us at one point with a knife when we responded back. Absolutely not recommended.

One of the finest Indian and Bangladeshi restaurants in Cornwall. We and our children went for holiday in Cornwall and went to this restaurant few times. The food was amazing and the service was top class. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff are amazing and best food I’ve had for a long time!

I think some of the reviews for this place are a little harsh. We booked through the website as well and while I didn't get confirmation, we went anyway and the staff were very accommodating and found us a table without fuss. The food was good and being from Birmingham, I'm used to a decent standard of Indian. This wasn't up there with the best but it was good none the less. Besides the very noisy table of table of teens, my only gripe with this place is that I was still chewing my food when the waitress wanted to take my plate and then came back to wipe it while, I was also still eating and hadn't finished my drink. On that basis alone, I wouldn't eat there again but the rest of the staff were faultless. This Camborne, you aren't going to get a great restaurant but this place is better than adequate.

Went to the website and booked a table. Received an automated email twlling me someone woukd confirm my reservation. Nobody could be bothered to respond, absolutely pathetic service. After reading reviews about the arrogant rude management this seems to be true. Good way to nake sure the locals leave you well alone, I won't be trying to book here again after this.

Dishes from the Menu was no match to the real Indian Food or dishes, I don't think it is to be named as Indian Restaurant, I think it is more likely Bangladesh restaurant, No offence but they should be delivering for what they are advertising. I will not recommend anyone for sure.

I'm not sure what's going on with Indian takeaway but they have made dishes that should contain no sugar so sweet they're barely edible. The reason for 2 stars is literally for the speed of delivery and easy ordering. The food has no spice flavouring and just pure sugar, I'm afraid I can't recommend this or any nearby indian takeaways at this time as they all use the same sauce supplier obviously.

We'd heard great things about this restaurant and decided to order a takeaway, I moment i was on the phone I knew our order wasn't going to be complete, after I asked the young lady to repeat my order she got it wrong. 1st actually forgetting to add an item and 2nd when it arrived it was missing the rice to both meals. The young lad that delivered was super polite and waited while I made a phone call back to sultans where I was spoken to rudely on several occasions and telling me I didn't order rice with my two curries. What I can say is the food was good, very tasty just really bad service.

Nice service, food came quickly and was hot. Restaurant is on a side street, view from the window isn't great, but you go there for the food 😉

We arrived without a booking and were greeted by very friendly staff. Excellent menu choices. Compared to our local area the portions were huge, and very tasty. The madras was sublime and my wife enjoyed her biryani. Would def recommend.

Had popadoms (nice and hot & enjoyed the accompanying sauces of which there were plenty). Chicken madras and peshwari naan. Again good portions. Both delicious. Staff were attentive. Take your own drink. Good value food

This is a regular choice for me, the staff are fantastic, the portions very very generous and the restaurant is in immaculate condition. I cannot recommend the Sultanz too highly. I would say it is one of the very best Indian restaurants in Cornwall and Devon. It is absolutely the best in this part of Cornwall so don't bother with the other offerings locally.

It’s not a real Indian food. They only add onions & oil on the curry.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I recently visited Sultanz Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was okay-ish; the naan was fluffy and soft, which was a plus. They do provide halal food, which is great for those who require it. However, I was disappointed that the dishes did not taste like authentic Indian cuisine. Considering the price, the quality was quite low. To top it off, the manager was rude, which made the dining experience even less enjoyable. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. The asked us to wait for 10 mins even thought seats were there and we had made a reservation prior.

Excellent food as always! I have eaten in the restaurant in the past and had wonderful experiences all times. I tried a takeaway this evening which benefited from the 10% discount as I collected instead of having a delivery. I placed an order online which was nice and easy using their website (even on an iphone). The staff called to confirm my order and collection time within minutes of my order being placed. They were also really friendly and efficient when I went to collect. Food was delicious! Particularly the Lamb Tikka (M) which was very tender. I always recommend and will certainly be back ☺️

The best Indian restaurant ever! We’ve been coming here (and getting takeaways) for a couple of years now and it’s excellent. The staff are so friendly and attentive, they make you feel like family. The food is delicious and very generous portions. It’s BYOB and there is no extra charge, they provide glasses and take the empties. The veg/ vegan options are really good and the staff are very knowledgeable about which things vegans can/can’t have. The vegetable dansak and tarka Dahl are especially tasty. If it’s someone’s birthday they will play a special song for you which is good fun. It is brilliant value for money and they give you a box to take any left overs home. We wouldn’t considered going anywhere else for a curry. Each time our family come to visit, they always ask us to book a table at Sultanz. They are nationally famous! It is an absolutely brilliant Indian restaurant and we feel very lucky to live close by. Thank you, we really appreciate everyone at your restaurant.

I had a takeaway from here. Cant complain about speed of delivery . But found with my chicken dish , the chicken was very rubbery and tough and the sheek kebab as well. Not very cheap either. Iv eaten in before and had an amazing dish. Very much doubt I’ll ever have a takeaway again though.

Just love this restaurant. Great food, amazing service and lovely atmosphere. BYO and they provide the glasses. They even bring a bottle opener or corkscrew if you need it. Take out is just as good!

We travelled from Swindon to come to Hayle on holiday and we were looking for a good Indian restaurant to eat in. We took a chance on Sultanz and WOW we were not disappointed! It was the best Indian food we have had to date. Its a shame we will never be able to eat here again, unless we travel over 200 miles. Excellent food and service, highly recommend

Actually quite shocked. Had a phone call from restaurant stating never to order again because we complained that the £12.99 prawn dish was inedible with prawns like mush. Most weeks the order we received is incorrect, wouldn’t mind but whatever we ask for is always confirmed by the staff on completion of ordering! Normally food is tasty however rarely received what we actually asked for! Apparently calling and saying tht things are missing or incorrect with an order isn’t allowed in this establishment!! Manager extremely rude and has no people skills.

Good quality at fair price - we enjoyed a takeaway that was ready for collection on time, and decent portions clearly labelled. We shall return - thank you for a great meal and super service! Bhindi bhaji much enjoyed.

Our first time in this restaurant, had a lovely chilled vibe, staff were really nice and polite, onto the food.......well what can I say, I've been eating Indian food all my life and without doubt this is the best curry I have eaten. The lamb was succulent and tender, for a vindaloo it was the perfect heat and taste, and at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely be eating here again. Delicious 😋

The food was superb, plenty of it, but then we knew that because we have our takeaway from here. Staff are always so polite. Only a 4* for atmosphere because it was a Monday evening & not many people in, meant you could talk without talking loudly & to be fair we were early & it started to get busier just before we left. It does not sell alcohol but you can take your own. Sells soft drinks. Very pleasant evening, we had taken my relatives from Australia who were visiting, they loved it too.

Can not fault this place one bit I chose this restaurant because of the reviews as a visitor to Cornwall, I collected a takeaway and the restaurant was absolutely buzzing which was a good sign the staff was really friendly and I did amend my Oder with no problems at all the young lady who works there was absolutely fantastic and went out her way with a Massive smile and most of all when i got back to my hotel the food was spot on (tandoori mixed grill)👌 will definitely recommend and will 💯 be back for more well done guys!!!

Very nice food asked for desi style and they made the curry just that, meat was very nice and tender, they also had proper naan bread. I would recommend this takeaway if your looking for decent food.

Great Indian Restaurateur, new to Camborne. What the town needs a large capacity open place. Food was excellent staff very friendly and attentive. Very flavoursome dishes! If you want authentic Indian food at a reasonable price please visit.

Couldn't fault the service nor the food. Decor was excellent. Provides takeaway and delivery service which became very busy whilst we were dining. Great service, authentic bengali food alongside the british-indian staples. Expertly flavoured and cooked. Fast service too. Recommend straying away from the usual curry fare, so you get to enjoy their superb speciality dishes.

Amazing food . Couldn't fault it . The lamb and chicken madras were so tasty and for the Asians make sure to ask to have it more spicy . Service was excellent , and the main starters were good . The Portions for the main dishes were large . I came from Birmingham and I have to admit this was one of the best restaurants I’ve been too in all my life . They even gave complimentary chocolates which was a delight.

Absolutely terrible food big embarrassment to actual authentic Indian food. I am Indian and can assure you the food was tasteless and a big waste of time and money. I don’t like complaining but this was just terrible. God knows how they have received good reviews.

Was there on a bank holiday weekend, was very busy, limited staff couldn't cope with the rush. Our food arrived 95 minutes after we ordered. Food was ok. Group of 8. The restaurant didn't levy any service charge.

This hotel is not eligible to get even sing star. The staff behavior is so arrogant not even worth to try a single time and the food is worst. They spoild our entire day and made huge delay on the severing. Food was very bland and not added even salt. please note its a honest review.

The staff was so arrogant and impatient in handling customer, please avoid this place, this might spoil your day. We were asked to leave by the staff after 45 mins we waited. He was doing the same with few other customers as well.

We had a very bad experience there. After a long day of travelling we went for a nice meal there however the experience was a nightmare .The manager of this place is extremely rude and doesn’t have manners how to talk to people leave about customer service ethics and all. When asking a simple question, he got really rude and angry and told us if you can’t wait I will serve you cold food. After waiting for almost 1 hour around 10:30 PM, he denied us to serve the food. He also doesn’t know how to talk to women. Never I have experienced such rude behaviour in any restaurant my whole life. He completely ruined the evening for me and my friends. I don’t think such places should be promoted on Google. We were befooled by the good ratings of this place however neither the food nor overall experience was any better. Please check the lowest ratings also before going to any place. Food was also very bland and not Indian at all. It says it’s an Indian restaurant but I don’t think it is judging by the how the dishes were cooked .

We came here as a family of 4 to eat in the restaurant. A lovely end to our camping holiday.We tried this place last year and enjoyed it enough to go back this year.We weren't disappointed. The service is second to non. Attentive but not intrusive.The portions are HUGE..And delicious. Its non licenced so take your own alcohol if you want .We will no doubt be back next year

We ordered a takeaway and had it delivered. The food was beautiful, hot and quickly delivered. This is the first time we have ordered from Sultanz and it won’t be the last, it was by far the tastiest Indian food we have had EVER. Top marks Sultanz from a very satisfied customer.

People are very friendly. I was there with my family and friends and the boss managed immediately all his best to make us be seated. All is perfect.

Warm friendly service, there was a big plate full of chicken tikka but we ate most of it before I took photos,the tikka and tandoori chicken were excellent,nice and clean place would definitely return, take your own drinks as they do not sell alcohol, we didn't know and ended up with soft drinks

Best Indian takeaway I've had in ages, possibly ever! I never write reviews but it was so delicious I had to say something. It even smelled delicious when we arrived and the staff were lovely. We ordered all vegetarian dishes and the vegetables were cooked to perfection, especially the aubergine. We'll definitely order again next time we're in Cornwall. Worth going into Camborne for, or they deliver to you anyway. Good portion sizes too - we had the leftovers for lunch the next day too. Thank you!

Lovely food. We had the vegetable balti, the chicken tikka Jalfrezi, the sag paneer, mushroom rice and garlic nan for the two of us. So a real feast, but we managed.
